I've been eating my meals in secret. I had to blackmail Ana into helping me lie to the pack members in this house, so the news would reach Kieran.
Sylvia huffed in amusement. "Blackmailing an omega to lie to her Alpha? You're playing with fire."
It was a risky move, but if manipulating Kieran's protective instincts could get me out of this gilded cage, so be it.
Using my own health against him might work, so I pretended I hadn't eaten all day, hoping it might nudge his conscience.
I was sitting on the bed, locked inside my room. I was so bored here. I wanted to go out, but I had to sacrifice a little. I had to rebel so Kieran would let me go. I really wanted to start a life on my own, and I wouldn't be able to do that if he kept holding me by the neck and caging me in his world.
The night was approaching, but I was still waiting for Kieran's decision. Though I would insist on moving out even if he didn't agree.
