Chapter 153: Dance of the Corpse Veins
"Six swords, interesting, truly interesting."
Kaguya Baizhan, seeing Sasuke's three-headed, six-armed form, felt a desire to fight. Bone swords sprouted from his knees, shoulder blades, and arms, turning him into a human hedgehog.
"Corpse Vein: Willow Dance!"
Baizhan moved, his body smooth and without unnecessary movements, but every gesture was a coherent and powerful attack. Sasuke's three-sword formation could barely match him.
"What strong fighting instinct!" Sasuke thought, shocked. Baizhan had no fixed movements; he fought by pure instinct, breaking all of his formations. His physical condition was excellent, his strength even superior to Duy's. He let a clone secretly analyze the Kaguya's bone strengthening method.
"White Blood Demon, you dare to be distracted!" Baizhan roared, and unleashed the Camellia Dance.
"Wind Breath, Fifth Form: Water Leaf Cut!" Sasuke counterattacked.
A piece of Baizhan's bone sword was cut off, but it kept growing, and he became more and more excited. "Corpse Vein: Larch Dance!" he shouted, and his body was covered in hard bone spikes that even the Water Leaf Cut could not easily penetrate.
"Wind Breath, Infinite Style: Illusionary Willow Blade!"
Sasuke trapped him in a genjutsu, but Baizhan's combat instinct caused bone spurs to sprout from his vital points, blocking the attack. He understood that against such an instinctive taijutsu expert, sneak attacks were useless.
"Wind Breath, Seventh Form: Ten Thousand Swords Return to Origin!"
Sasuke's six swords merged into one, drawing in the chakra water swords and becoming a giant spinning sword. He added the three hidden swords from his mouth to increase its power.
"Corpse Vein: Clematis Dance!"
Baizhan performed his final dance, condensing the strongest and hardened bone lance. The giant sword and the lance clashed in a shower of sparks.
"Hahaha! I won!" Baizhan laughed. Although his lance shattered, it continued to grow and finally defeated the Ten Thousand Swords, striking Sasuke and shattering his syrup armor.
"In terms of physical abilities, you seem to be better," Sasuke admitted, slightly wounded.
"Let's go together," Baizhan challenged him, ready to fight Sasuke and his four mechas alone.
"No need," Sasuke replied, and unrolled a huge sealing scroll. "Release!"
A column of white smoke rose, and from it burst a tsunami of active water syrup, a sticky wave that rushed towards Baizhan, inspired by Karuo's Sand Waterfall Funeral. Kaguya Baizhan tried to cut through the waterfall, but he was stuck in place, sinking into the syrup.
Sasuke placed both hands on the syrup and activated his chakra, forming a vortex that buried Baizhan deep within. After this, he felt a palpitation and a bad premonition.
"Corpse Vein: Dance of the Seedling Fern!"
A large quantity of sharp bones sprouted from the earth and the syrup, covering an area of hundreds of meters and transforming the battlefield into a forest of white death. Sasuke, who had anticipated it, used his four mechas as shields to barely resist.
"White Blood Demon, go to hell!"
Baizhan's body, now connected to the bone forest, rushed out. The strongest bone lance in his hand directly crushed the mecha blocking Sasuke and pierced his chest.
But the pierced Sasuke turned into a puddle of active syrup and fell to the ground. It was a clone.
