Chelsea, Doris and Avery entered the rooftop and saw Emma sitting on the bench looking lost in thought.
Her open arm was what their eyes saw and they ran to her immediately shocking her.
"Are you okay??" Avery asked.
"What happened to you?" Doris asked.
"Who had the guts to hurt you? Is like that person doesn't love his/her life" Chelsea said and Emma chuckled before standing up.
She hugged the three girls all together.
"I love you guys so much" She muttered and they hugged her back.
"We love you too" They chorused before breaking the hug.
"My mum always beats me up even when my dad was still alive. The beatings these days are getting too much and even though I try to get used to it...."
"You can never get used to pain Emma. I tried getting used to the scar on my face but it didn't work. You can never get used to pain and no body should ever get used to it" Chelsea cut in.
"So that's why I always see injuries on your body" Doris muttered sadly and Emma nodded fighting back her tears.
"I'm sorry for not telling you guys earlier. I'm also sorry for yelling at you. I didn't mean to" She said letting the tears flow freely.
"You didn't do anything wrong Emma. No need for the apologies" Avery said.
"We totally understand you" Chelsea said and she looked at them.
"Whatever the issue is Emma. Always tell us, we'll be able to help I promise" Chelsea said and she hugged them again.
"Thank you so much guys. You guys are really amazing friends" She muttered and they reciprocated.
"Anytime" They said with smiles on their face.
They broke the hug afterwards.
"Why don't you leave the house?" Chelsea asked.
"I don't feel like. It's the only thing that reminds me of my dad" She muttered.
"But you can't keep suffering cos of your so called mum" Doris said and Emma bit he lips.
"If you ever feel like leaving the house, I'm one phone call away alright?" Chelsea said and Emma nodded.
The electronic bell rang and they exchanged glances.
"Last person to the class is a rotten egg!!" Avery screamed and sprinted out of there.
The girls exchanged glances before running as well.

Emma was running and then she looked back.
Immediately she turned, she bumped into a hard chest.
She was about to fall but the strong hand held her waist pulling her to himself.
Her eyes was closed as her palms landed on his chest.
"Are you okay?" Adrian asked and she opened her eyes slowly.
She looked into his eyes and she felt her heart skip a bit.
"Yes" She muttered and he released her.
"Watch where you're going next time" Adrian said and walked off.
The girls ran past her and Doris hit her head.
"Slow poke!!" She yelled and Emma gasped.
"Heyyy!!" She screamed and ran after them.

It was time for the presentation.
Angelo and Chelsea already presented. It was about a video which contained how Angelo and Chelsea helped the elderlies with both food, clothes and others.
They got 40 marks.
Alexis and Doris did their own project. It was about the forest and animals. Since Doris was a lover of animals, she was able to show the animals while Alexis talked about each one.
They got their marks.
It was finally Adrian and Emma's turn.
They did an amazing dance that made everyone happy. People cheered for them and they smiled as they bowed.
Mina bit her lips feeling slightly hurt as she stared at them.
They got their 40 marks.
Other people did theirs and got their marks including Linda and Reed.

School closed 1 hr ago and Emma could be seen on the couch watching TV.
Her mum came into the house and Emma sighted her. She paused the show and stood up.
"Welcome mum" She said and the Lenny rolled her eyes at her before going upstairs.
Emma sat back down and unpaused the show. She smiled when it got to a romantic side and laughed when it was funny.
Her mum came downstairs and took the remote from her before offing it.
"Mum" She called as she stood up.
"Go and make me noddles" She said sitting down on the couch.
"But mum, I prepared spaghetti and meatball" Emma said and she looked at her.
"Did I ask for that?"
"Yes you did. This morning you told me to prepare it for you and I shouldn't eat out if it which I did" Emma said.
"Throw it away then" She said and face the TV.
"I can't do that mum. You'll eat it cos I can't waste time on a food yet you didn't eat it" Emma said and the woman paused the show before standing up.
"Go and prepare the food" She said.
"No" Emma said and she slapped her.
"I said go and make the damn food!!" Lenny yelled.
"Why did you change mum why?" Emma asked instead.
"What do you mean?" Lenny asked.
"I mean, why did you suddenly change. You once loved me a whole lot. You wouldn't even let a fly touch me but you've changed. Now you're the one hurting me" She cried and Lenny looked away.
"Am I really your daughter?" She asked.
"Stop asking me rubbish questions and go make my food!" She yelled and Emma shook her head.
"I won't. Tell me, am I really your daughter?" She asked but got no reply.
"Answer me mum!!" She yelled.
"You're not my daughter!!" Lenny yelled back and Emma's eyes widened.
"What do you mean?" Emma asked as tears trailed down her eyes.
"Your father cheated on me with a lady which produced you. Your dad took you away from your mother when she was still sleeping at the hospital and brought you to me. He switched the babies and your mum thought you were dead. I thought you were my daughter cos I gave birth the same day and it was a girl but unknown to me, the baby died and my husband covered it up with you. I loved you as my own back then but when I found out, i despised you and i still do" She said and Emma moved back.
"You're lying" Emma said crying more.
"You asked for the truth. That's what I'm giving you" She said and Emma sniffed.
"Who's my mum and where's she?" Emma asked.
"She's currently dead and her name is....
