With the Urkind Spirits now largely expended in the creation of the first six primary races, the Dragon God turned to a different wellspring of power for the remaining 8 of the 26 races. He looked to his most trusted companions and manifestations of his will: his five revered pets—the majestic phoenix, embodying all elements and pure flame; the enigmatic nine-tailed fox; the fierce dire wolf; the noble qilin, the majestic fernir; and his two formidable insect generals. Fusing their divine wills with the dwindling remnants of the Urkind Spirits' energy, alongside the essence of 56 celestial beasts, creatures, and other powerful beings, he embarked on the creation of these additional races.
From the benevolent essence of his pet qilin's divine will, interwoven with the might of 7 celestial kijins and the lingering remnants of the Spirit of Darkness, he forged the 7 primordial Majins, known as Nocthyr. Their skin and scales displayed a mottled pattern. Four curved horns adorned their heads—one pair gracefully shaped like a qilin's, the other splintered like shards of volcanic glass. Their flowing manes and tail-tassels subtly shimmered. Utilizing the residual energy of their own creation, the 7 Nocthyr then gave rise to the diverse Majin race.
Following this, the Dragon God focused upon his pet Dire wolf's divine will, fusing it with the strength of 7 celestial wolves and the remaining echoes of the Spirit of Light. This powerful union birthed the 7 primordial Tengu, or Seravul, each embodying one of seven distinct colors. These majestic beings manifested as Humanoid-Lupine. The 7 Seravul then bestowed their blessing upon the sky wolves, creating the Tengu race.
Next, the Dragon God continued his work, creating the 7 primordial Fenrirs, or Noxalor, each imbued with one of seven distinct colors. These powerful beings were forged from the potent fusion of the Dragon God's pet Fenrir's divine will, the might of 7 celestial Fenrirs, and the collective remnants of the Spirits of Light, Darkness, Creation, and Void. These majestic beings manifested as Humanoid-Wolf. The Noxalor, in a profound act of self-replication, created the Fenrir race by shedding their potent fur, which then coalesced into new beings.
The Dragon God turned to his pet nine-tailed fox, fusing its divine will with the essence of 7 celestial foxes and the combined might of the Spirits of Light, Darkness, Chaos, and Destruction. This intricate blend gave rise to the 7 primordial Fox-tailed beings, or Vulkarin, each embodying one of seven distinct colors. The Vulkarin then bestowed their blessing upon the foxes, creating the adaptable and enchanting Fox-tailed race, also known as the Yokarions. These beings were tall, elegant, and possessed an androgynous beauty, typically appearing humanoid with inherent fox traits.
From the divine will of his pet phoenix, which embodied all elements and pure flame, along with the essence of 7 celestial sky beasts and beings and the Kings of the Winds, and imbued with the very will of the Spirit Queen, the Dragon God forged the 7 primordial Harpies, or Aeravellion. Each of these magnificent beings radiated one of seven distinct colors. The Aeravellion, in turn, blessed all bird-like beings and creatures throughout the universe, giving rise to the numerous harpy race. While lesser harpies were commonly characterized by tall, slender builds, large, ornate wings replacing their arms, and taloned feet like birds of prey, the Aeravellion themselves, and higher-tier harpies, possessed a more nuanced and powerful form.
Simultaneously, the Beastman race, or the Urvalin, came into being. This race was forged when the Dragon God imbued the will of the Spirit Queen directly into 7 celestial beasts. Through this divine intervention, these celestial beasts gained human forms, becoming the 7 colored primordial beings of the beast race, known as Therionea. The Therionea, embodying their unique colors, then took it upon themselves to bless various animals and monsters across the cosmos, leading to the creation and proliferation of the diverse beastmen race, the Urvalin.
The Dragon God then turned his attention to his two insect generals, fusing them with the collective essence of all 7 Urkind Spirits. This powerful amalgamation resulted in the creation of the 7 colored primordial insectors, or Entrovex. The Entrovex, upon their formation, diffused their residual energy across the vast expanse of the universe. From among the myriad insects that were able to accept these unique energies and adapt, seven distinct groups were chosen and placed within their own specialized dimension, the Insector Realm, marking the true genesis of the Insector race.
Finally, harnessing the last remaining, potent energies of the 7 Urkind Spirits, which had subtly imbued all previous creations, the Dragon God fused them with the final 14 celestial beasts, creatures, and beings (comprising 7 celestial beings and 7 celestial beasts/creatures). This ultimate fusion resulted in the creation of the 7 distinct colored primordial cryptics, or the Kynzorith.
These enigmatic beings were immediately placed within their own isolated domain, the Cryptic Realm. Upon their arrival, the 7 Kynzorith released an enormous surge of mana, an ethereal wave that permeated and covered the entirety of their realm. As time unfolded, strange and alien creatures began to spontaneously form from this mana-saturated environment, signifying the birth and creation of the enigmatic Cryptic race.
The Cryptics represent the very end of all existence, designed as an antithesis to life itself. Remarkably, versions of nearly all other races, apart from those uniquely created from the Universe, Universal Tree, and Dragons and Dwarves, can eventually be found among the Cryptics.
The sole definitive way to differentiate a Cryptic from its counterpart in other races is their mana wavelength, which is profoundly alien and unique. Their mana signature is so distinct that anyone, even an infant, would instinctively recognize its inherent strangeness.
Cryptics do not assimilate or transform into other races; instead, they possess the unique power to create their own versions of these races. However, they are inherently incapable of creating creatures originating from the Universal Tree, and Dragons, Dwarves, and the Universe itself—not due to any counting or limitation imposed upon them, but because the very origins of these races are entirely distinct and not born of the Urkind Spirits that birthed the Cryptics.
The genesis of Cryptics is not a mere mimicry, replication, or reflection; rather, it stems from the profound truth that within the power of the Urkind Spirits from which they were formed, there inherently lies a portion of their very opposite. This means that within the Spirits of Light, Void, and Creation, there resides a subtle yet potent fragment of the Spirits of Darkness, Chaos, Destruction, and even the Spirit Queen herself. Cryptics are bound to their realm and cannot leave it by their own will.
The only circumstance under which they are ever permitted to emerge is to bring about the complete cessation of all things, signifying the end of the 8th universe. In essence, they serve as the designated 8th universe ender.
"That's how the Dragon God created the 26 races," they finished, a solemn voice echoing in the darkness of the chamber. A figure emerged from the shadowy periphery, a being whose presence seemed to command the very air, addressing the unseen audience. "Why are you telling me this?" he said, his voice flat, devoid of emotion. He made to leave, turning his back on the speaker.
"Lord El, please wait," the voice resonated, imbued with a deep reverence.
The Dragon God paused, halting his departure, and without turning, asked, "What's it this time?"
"With the emergence of James Novaryon, it means the universe is nearing its end. We ask, as your creations, to aid us in preventing the end of the universe."
The Dragon God, still facing away, his silhouette immense against the dim light, replied, "All things that begin must end. Nothing must remain forever." He raised a hand, stopping their impending protest.
"Instead of bothering me, why don't you wait for the arrival of 'VOID.'" He paused for a moment, a cryptic thought passing through him. "You might find an answer." And then, he simply vanished.
