Chapter 26 - A New Friend?

The flag was waved, indicating the start of the match. Leslie's machine worked as a summon, which had a slight delay. Knowing this, Hani took advantage of it, dashing in with a dagger in hand. Seeing this, Leslie pulled out her arm shield, which was just strong enough to withstand the attack. Hani quickly jumped back as the shield broke, she had not expected this. Now, she was in a very dangerous position being in close range to Leslie's machines, but if she had been further, it would have been worse. Even though it was easier to dodge, it was harder to attack.
