With his knowledge of his cultivation, he deeply understood just how hard it was to reach the Foundation Establishment Realm.
To reach this realm, he had to cultivate True Energy. To convert the spiritual energy into true energy, he had to understand the Law.
Understanding the Law wasn't the same as manifesting or condensing the Law.
That's the realm for later.
To reach Foundation Establishment Realm, he had to understand a certain Law, connect to the Universe with that Law, borrow its power, and merge it with his spiritual energy.
When the merging process was complete, his spiritual energy would gain an additional attribute of the law.
That was life force.
