Chapter 46 - EPISODE 46: “The Cursed Truth and the Forest’s Call”

Whispers in the Library of Power

In the heart of Kaelthor Empire, the grand library glows under pale flames. The silence of the air is deep—broken only by the turning of ancient pages. Kaelthor stands in solitude, eyes focused on scripts bearing and seeking the secrets of legendary and forbidden arts.

Suddenly, footsteps echo behind him.

A old man , Varnak Vaelstrix, Monster King 6, enters with a casual tone.

Varnak casually asks the kaelthor in the library,

"What are you still doing here, Kaelthor? Haven't you mastered every spell inked in this realm?"

Kaelthor without showing his face speaks ,

"I seek what lies beyond knowledge—reincarnation."

Varnak brows furrowed and asks What in questioning,

"Reincarnation? For what purpose?"

Kaelthor slowly closes the book in his hand and then sighs, his voice is deep and worried ,

"The Kthai Clan… rumors say they were extinguished. But if those born of pure power can return… then maybe it wasn't extinction. Maybe it was something worse."

Varnak's expression darken and horizontal nods his head and lay a hand on kaelthor, speak,

"You think they were gone? No. They were cursed."

As he heard the "cursed" from the Varnak his eyes became disbelief and asks,

"Cursed…?"

The silence is filled in the room as the kaelthor is going to know something greater .

The Cave That Echoes Fate

Far from the world of logic and war, deep in a desolate cave, shadow and stone fuse together. The atmosphere is thick with old malice. A voice stirs from the darkness—soft, calm.

But then a voice of a mysterious man speaks,

"Then... shall we meet him now?"

From the black void, two glowing eyes flare like burning frost and something ancient. A voice, colder than the void, responds,

"No... We will not meet him. Because he is not next. He is the first."

Those sentences trembled around the cave.

The Lie to Find Truth

Back on Earth…

In the high school , Sang stands before his school principal, holding a leave letter. And speaks,

"Sir, I need a week's leave. For... medical reasons."

The principal squints at the letter, skeptical. And in scolding,

"A whole week? What happened?"

Sang hesitated and speaks in doubt,

"Even I don't know, sir. The doctors told me, and I'm just telling you."

Principal who is convinced, sigshed and said,

"Then call them. Let me speak to them directly."

Sang stiffens, eyes darting. Quickly, he pulls out his phone, whispering under his breath. and says,

"Who should I… Oh—Zoick!"

He dials.

Sang by seeing his principal face , awkwardly gives a smile and then says,

"Sir! Bad signal. Can I go near the window?"

Principal in curious says,

"Go."

At the window, the call connects.

Zoick with the calm tone ,

"Hey, what's up—"

Sang before he finishes rushesly says that ,

"Pretend to be my doctor! Tell my principal I need a week off. I'll hand you the phone now!"

Before Zoick can object and clarified, the phone is passed to the principal,

Principal with curious tone speaks,

"Hello?"

Zoick a sighs and in hesitant speaks,

"Y-Yes, this is… Dr. Z. Sang definitely needs a full week of treatment."

Principal got conviced a lot and tells ,

"Very well."

And then the principal give the phone back. Zoick's voice still coming faintly:

"Wait! Why do you need—"

Click. Call ended.

Principal, taking the leave letter and open his ink pen mouth and says,

Ok. Then , I'll sign it.

Sang in bright , says,

"Thank you, sir."

The signature is done. The gate to a journey opens.

The Forest Beckons

Walking home under an open sky, Sang looks up, eyes steeled with purpose. And then in challenging

"Now... I've bought time. Bhaira Forest… I'm coming."

The wind brushes past him like a whisper of fate.
