Chapter 205 - Chapter 205: Truly, Welcome Home

In the backyard.

Uchiha Gin, eagerly waiting for the opponent's move, keenly sensed a ripple of spatial energy. His heart leapt—he didn't expect such an obscure NPC to trigger a high-level technique. Feeling like the luckiest man alive, he whispered excitedly to himself.

Then—

Whoosh~

As the fallen leaves danced in the wind between them, the space chakra around Shiranui Genma surged to its peak.

"Is it finally coming?"

On full alert, Gin activated his Sharingan, the crimson eyes locking firmly on Genma, who had held the same stance for an unnervingly long time. He didn't dare drop his guard.

And then—

Without warning, the dense space energy exploded from Genma's body, startling Gin into retreating a few steps. The spatial pressure triggered his eyes to change—evolving into a bluish-white Byakugan variant. In that moment, space itself became visible to him.

Thud~!

As Gin began to feel an illusion of mastering space, a loud thump shattered the moment. Shiranui Genma collapsed with a twitch, his body convulsing violently as if he'd been electrocuted.

"…Huh?"

Gin blinked.

"I didn't do anything! He just dropped!"

He looked around in confusion, wondering if the system would think he had cheated. Before he could panic further, a rippling light swept in, removing Genma's twitching body from the scene.

Then came the system message:

"Backyard Random Daily Skill Unlocked: [Flying Thunder Formation] Fragment ×1"

[Flying Thunder Formation (1/3)]: A degraded version of the Hiraishin no Jutsu (Flying Thunder God Technique), requiring three people to operate. Can teleport people or objects within the formation.

Note: Only usable by specific NPCs — Shiranui Genma, Azuma Yūki, Iwashi Tatami.

Gin stood frozen.

Did he just hear the name Flying Thunder Formation?

Frantically, he opened his skill panel and searched through the endless sea of greyed-out, unlearned skills. Sure enough, in a small corner sat the (1/3) marker next to the Flying Thunder Formation.

"No wonder Genma couldn't finish casting it… it's the dumbed-down, idiot-proof version of Hiraishin!"

Reading the skill description, Gin's expression soured. This technique was practically useless on its own.

"What am I supposed to do, assemble a three-man express delivery team?"

As he ranted, another system alert chimed:

"Detected item: Flying Thunder Kunai. Skill compatibility established. Chance to comprehend: Hiraishin no Jutsu."

"Wait, seriously!?"

Gin immediately shut his mouth and stared reverently at the dusty kunai buried in his inventory—the very first item he'd ever drawn. His eyes sparkled with newfound respect.

"Minato, your legacy lives on. Your little bird is safe for now."

In high spirits, Gin whistled a cheerful tune and walked back toward the house.

But as he stepped through the back door, fantasizing about becoming the Shinobi Delivery King, his eyes landed on a curvaceous figure standing in the living room.

The silhouette seemed vaguely familiar… but he was certain it wasn't anyone he knew.

Eyebrows furrowed, Gin questioned the intruder.

"Uh… who are you? Wrong house maybe?"

The alluring stranger flinched at the sound of his voice, then jumped with joy. Her lower body curved upward as she sprang, long fair legs carving a perfect arc in the air.

"Gin! You're finally home!"

The woman spun around and rushed into his arms, her voice incredibly familiar.

Too stunned to react, Gin was smothered in softness and warmth before he could dodge.

His usual straight-laced pride soon returned. After enjoying a brief moment, he "struggled" free from the hug, preparing to lecture the woman about propriety, about not approaching him during the day—better to meet somewhere private at night.

But before the words could leave his mouth, he saw her face.

That face.

Gorgeous. Cold and elegant. Yet unmistakably—

"Wait… you're… Hikari!?"

The woman covered her red lips and giggled.

"Surprised? I finally mastered the Yin Seal!"

Her charming black eyes sparkled like spring water, causing Gin's heartbeat to skip.

"Ahem… Hikari, you learned it already? Damn, you really are a genius…"

Gin took a few steps back, forcing himself to suppress… a certain urge.

"Hmph! Of course! A Yin Seal is nothing for me!"

Hikari grinned proudly, hands on hips, her now thirty-year-old form radiating a mature scent. Her figure wasn't overly exaggerated—but graceful and captivating.

Her slim waist could be held in one hand. Her hips were round, firm, and inviting. And her long pale legs were just irresponsibly exposed.

Gin felt the urge to throw a Balenciaga cloak over her. For her own protection, of course.

"Tsk, tsk… not bad~"

"Huh? Gin, why are you bending over?"

Pierced by her innocent eyes, Gin's heat cooled instantly. He straightened his back and replied righteously,

"Your talent, Hikari. Truly… legendary~"

"Hmph… is the Yin Seal really that hard? I thought it was just basic stuff."

Her lips pouted.

Gin could tell she was still a bit bitter about being the last one to master the seal.

"Ara ara, what nonsense~ This technique is so difficult that even most S-rank jutsu are easier. Only Tsunade and Sakura ever learned it in the whole series!"

He was about to pour more praise on her when—

BOOM!!

The front door exploded open.

The ornate wooden entrance was blasted apart. Luckily, it was made of Mokuton, so the chakra quickly repaired the damage.

"I told you to wait! Didn't you see how much Governee-neesan and I were carrying!?"

Gin's words caught in his throat.

Why does this brat's voice still sound like a girl!? Isn't he turning eighteen soon!?

He was about to scold the intruder and order a voice check-up, when—

From behind the mountain of goods, Senju Itama peeked his head out.

Gin gawked.

"Y-You! You little gender-bending goblin! Just a few days and you've already gone wild—W-Wait… WAIT!"

"…Gin-nii? You're back? Weren't you supposed to be on the frontlines with your cousin?"

Itama tilted his head in confusion. His appearance hadn't changed, still androgynously pretty…

But the diamond-shaped Yin Seal on his forehead?!

Gin rubbed his eyes, then stared again, dumbfounded.

"Y-You!? You actually learned the Yin Seal!?"

In Gin's system, the Yin Seal had a note: Only females or the host could learn it.

How did this brat bypass that?

Don't tell me… the system got tricked by his feminine charm!?

"You doubting me!? I was the first to master it!"

Enraged at being underestimated, Itama dropped his carefully selected shopping and leapt at Gin.

"Huh? That's Chakra Enhanced Strength!?"

The aura was unmistakable.

Gin, a master of the technique, instantly recognized the blue light surrounding Itama.

"Enough, Itama. Don't be so loud, others will laugh."

A gentle voice echoed.

Behind him, Uchiha Rika raised her hand and caught Itama midair with a large, pink-glowing palm.

After a few soothing words, she set the pouting boy down.

Gin's gaze shifted to her.

Now that was normal—Rika with a Yin Seal made perfect sense.

"My dear Rika, I knew you could do it."

Compared to Itama's cursed awakening, Rika's Yin Seal felt like divine balance restored. Gin beamed proudly.

As the chaos settled, the three women sat together. Their eyes sparkled with amusement as they watched Gin in the kitchen, wearing an apron and humming while preparing dishes for his welcome-home party.

Then they said in perfect harmony—

"Welcome home, Gin~ / Curly Gorilla~ / Gin-sensei~"
