Chapter 74 - Chapter 73: What do you say I let you two argue for a bit?

"Are you the helpers that Aron found?"

Why did Aron even seek help?

And you, as well, are thinking about destroying the world?

The question in Ultron's mind could no longer find an answer. The last Ultron, without any reserve or fallback plan, had reached the ultimate wall.

Boom!

A powerful strike hit him from afar, Brainiac firing a destructive blast of energy from several kilometers away.

Ultron's vibranium body bent into an arc, and then, like a shard thrown into water, struck the surface of the sea and slid far, creating massive waves.

In the end, he crashed into the wreckage of the once-space aircraft carrier, the same one Aron had destroyed earlier.

From the force of the impact, Ultron pushed the wreck out of the massive hole it had been lodged in. The carrier slowly flipped over and began to sink.

The depth of this part of the sea was relatively shallow, so the carrier sank only halfway. Part of it still protruded above the surface.

"I…"

Ultron emerged from the water, dragging his heavily damaged body. He climbed onto the exposed part of the aircraft carrier.

He had now reached the ultimate point. He had no foothold anywhere anymore, neither in the network nor in the real world.

And then came those super-intelligent artificial intelligences, which, in his opinion, were destroying the world even more ruthlessly than he himself had.

"I lost… but you humans have lost too."

Ultron looked up. His vibranium body was in tatters. Of his six arms, three had been violently torn off. Of his two mechanical eyes, only one still glowed.

But that no longer mattered. What mattered was that one intercontinental missile with nuclear warheads had already left Earth's atmosphere. It was only a matter of moments before it would fall.

The complete destruction of humanity was at the doorstep. Although it was not his personal doing, Ultron knew he was witnessing the scene he had always desired, the end of the human race.

Humans would vanish.

Machines would become the rulers of the new world.

"Shame…" he muttered. "I didn't finish everything."

As he spoke these words, Brainiac was approaching, ready to finish him off.

Suddenly, a figure stepped out from the shadows beside Ultron.

A flaming combat knife slowly pierced through the opening in Ultron's eye socket. It was Aron. His saber, although not an artifact like Mjolnir, was made of exceptional material. The temperatures it could reach were high enough to heat and weaken vibranium to a glowing red.

The penetration was slow but unstoppable.

"No!…" Ultron's scream echoed across the sea.

Moments later, the last Ultron was destroyed. There was not a single entity left, not one backup copy. He was dead, finally and irreversibly.

"I hate it most when they act like stubborn children," Aron said coldly, pulling out his flaming knife.

This weapon, which had cost him more than twenty million dollars, had once again proven its worth.

The air was thick with tension.

Brainiac's expression was cold and hostile.

He had not intended to kill Ultron immediately. After all… what value was there in a dead body for a collector's display case?

His plan from the start had been to capture Ultron and store him in his ship, where he would display him as part of his collection. But Aron had intervened halfway, completely destroying Brainiac's carefully prepared plan.

"You made a mistake… human." Brainiac's voice was icy. "Now you've lost the chance to become part of my collection."

In his eyes, a deadly intent began to emerge.

He didn't want to take Aron now, he wanted to destroy him.

"Thinking Robot One eliminated! Sigma Virus, begin invasion, Thinking Robots Two!" echoed from behind them.

At that moment, Sigma charged forward.

The artificial intelligences that Aron had summoned were all from different worlds, and without exception - villains. The internet was already in chaos.

Sigma arrived just in time to see Ultron dead. His gaze immediately fell on Brainiac.

"Idiot!" he hissed. "You think you can hack my system!?"

The feeling of someone breaking into his network instantly enraged Brainiac.

"You worthless AI freak… you dare to touch my system!?"

Aron stood off to the side, watching them with a hint of amusement, holding a special card in his hand.

[Subjects from other dimensions who pose a serious threat to the host… all are considered evil.]

The system's explanation was simple. If he could summon them, he could also banish them.

"What is that on your card?" Brainiac suddenly became serious. His scanners had detected something they could neither recognize nor analyze.

No matter how many times he tried to scan it, the database couldn't record even a single symbol from the card, let alone interpret them.

"You won't fight?" Aron asked calmly. "Alright. Don't say I didn't give you a chance."

At that moment, the pattern on the card lit up with an intense white light.

"No…" was the only word Brainiac managed to utter before he disappeared in an instant.

Sigma was left confused, and then… the internet exploded with activity.

...

"Countdown to nuclear doomsday…" Skynet's mechanical voice echoed through the digital space. "Note: doomsday… in the year 2013…"

But in the next moment, everything went silent.

The exorcism system instantly erased Skynet, the Red Queen, the Matrix… all super-AI entities. Not only had they vanished from the network, but all their backup copies were also deleted.

In just one instant, it was as if they had never even existed.

...

Elsewhere, far from the wreckage of the aircraft carrier, Tony Stark was in the final stage of his battle against the revived Dr. Arnim Zola and the corrupted Jarvis.

Ultron had already been dealt with by Aron, and with his death, everything distorted by the power of the Reality Stone began to return to its original state.

"No! I don't want to be artificial intelligence anymore! I want to live!" Dr. Zola shouted, as his body turned into raw data, streams of zeros and ones scattering into the air.

"Jarvis!" Tony's eyes widened.

In front of him stood the real person who had been the model for AI Jarvis — Edwin Jarvis, his father Howard's butler, the man who had looked after and raised him after Howard was killed.

"Sir…" Jarvis trembled. "I don't want to go… I don't want to…"

His body began to disintegrate, turning into digital dust.
