Chapter 36 - Chapter 36: Curse! From Which World Did I Summon Lucifer?

According to the Book of Hell...

In the beginning, hell was not divided.

There was only one dimension complete, powerful, whole.

But later, for unknown reasons, that dimension shattered. It fragmented into many smaller dimensions.

These smaller dimensions are now controlled by various so-called "Lords of Hell."

Although they carry the title of "lord," many of them are not true Dimensional Lords.

Some aren't even on the level of a Heavenly Father, while others can destroy entire worlds and possess the power of the universe or even the multiverse.

It all comes down to one thing:

Control over dimensions.

"Wait…"

"If what the Ancient One said about the dimensional barrier is true…"

"Then, if I gather the power of all the hellish dimensions…"

"Wouldn't I be able to merge those fragmented hells back into one great original dimension?"

Aron froze in thought.

According to the Ancient One, a sufficient amount of energy from one dimension can weaken the barrier between it and the real world.

Meaning, if he resided in one hellish dimension...

If he conquered all the others...

Wouldn't that lead to their integration?

The dimensions could communicate and merge.

"Too ambitious. Focus. First, summon one Lord of Hell."

Aron smiled to himself, somewhat cynically, and opened the book.

Candidate list: Lucifer, Mephisto, Hades, Hela...

Yes, Hela. The Goddess of Death. She's an interesting case.

"I summon you, Hela!"

As soon as the words were spoken,

Within the mirror dimension, a crack in reality slowly opened.

Green light illuminated the interior.

Aron's eyes widened.

From the darkness emerged a figure—tall, graceful, in tattered clothing that barely covered her body.

"Hela?" he asked.

She didn't answer. She just stood there, silent, staring at him without a word.

Then, a voice.

"Is Odin dead?"

Aron was stunned.

Classic. The Goddess of Death, daughter of Odin, hits straight to the point.

"As far as I know... no."

But as the words left his mouth, Hela had already turned her back and walked back into the crack. The crack slowly closed.

"Don't call me until he's dead."

Crack!

The rift vanished.

Only Aron remained standing, eyes wide open.

"What the hell…"

He rolled his eyes. He had no choice but to move on to the next target.

"I summon... Lucifer!"

Boom!

Thunder echoed. And then... silence.

"???"

"Again, nothing?"

Aron raised an eyebrow. Maybe the demons from the Spirit Prison were spreading lies about him and sabotaging the ritual in the other hells?

Just as he was about to try a new name...

Suddenly!

A voice, warm like the morning sun, rang out behind his back:

"You were looking for me, mortal?"

Aron flinched and turned around.

Behind him stood an unfamiliar man, blond, elegant, almost perfectly beautiful.

Even Aron, who wasn't impressed by appearances, felt that the man before him... was unrealistically attractive.

But something didn't sit right.

"Isn't Lucifer supposed to be a red devil with horns?" he muttered.

In the Book of Hell, there were illustrations of Lucifer. And the monster from the book had nothing to do with the man in front of him.

"You are... Lucifer?" he asked uncertainly.

The man laughed.

"You summon me, and then ask for my name?"

Then he strolled through the room, lightly, without hurry.

"Interesting place."

As he spoke, he began listing names:

"Eternity. Destruction. Death. Infinity. Galactus... Infinity Stones... The Living Tribunal…"

He stopped and looked at Aron with a smile.

"This is truly... an impressive world."

Aron felt a chill.

Something was terribly wrong. This wasn't the Lucifer from the hellish book. This wasn't the demon he expected.

"Thank you for calling me."

"My name is Lucifer. Lucifer Morningstar."

Always the same gentle smile. Pleasant, almost innocent. Like the morning sun.

Aron said nothing but quietly reached for the deck of magic cards.

"Don't worry," said Lucifer without even looking at him. "I'll leave on my own. Divine nonsense no longer interests me."

Then he added:

"I know why you summoned me."

"But unfortunately... I have nothing to offer you in return."

He paused, then raised his hand.

"But, out of gratitude... I'll gift you something."

He lightly touched Aron on the forehead.

[Ding!]

[Abnormal energy detected!]

[System successfully purified!]

Lucifer paused briefly and looked at him more closely.

"Interesting… You have something in you that I don't understand."

Then he explained:

"This is my power. They call it the Morning Star. Or Divine Will… though, honestly, I hate that name."

"I've implanted the core of that force into your body."

"It's enough to grant you immortality."

"Of course, you can reject that eternity and use it... say, to revive someone you've lost."

"Your choice."

His body began to fade, as if someone was erasing him with an eraser.

"Your name is Aron, right?"

"See you again."

And with those words, Lucifer Morningstar vanished from the space.
