Third person POV.....
The evening was cold and calm, the waves at the beach was as calm as the sky, it's been three hours after the introduction meeting, the mansion was quite everyone has settled in the rooms, Dia and Idris are already gone to their worlds, Sylus would have; to study or prepare for school but he found a new friend he must get to know.
both Sylus and his new female friend were walking at the beach, two of the moons were almost full, casting a zigzag reflecting on the water below.
Back at the meeting room, right after the introduction Lady Asha explained to them the training will begin twelve days later and the Kings will be attending personal matters in those days.
The fox girl, who he now know as Zipporah wanted to apologize for the incident earlier, Sylus just wanted to talk to her. They ended up talking about everything.
" so we have two weeks of no training " Zipporah asked.
" yeah, it's not two weeks just a week and some days, you guys can use it to check out the island, it's pretty big , you can also check out the training facilities and start something on your own before we come back " Sylus answered.
" and about the sins, you said there's four but we are ten does that mean some of us will be going home" she questioned.
"yeah Lady Asha has already gone about what will happen with us, some of you guys will go home after every week till you have five left"
" why five "
" Because this is not a joke, Lady Asha knows very well someone can die in the final process, we are dealing with monsters that can turn the world into one big nightmare not some twisted way of pet picking"
" I see, I guess I have to work harder than ever " she sighs
" yes you have, to be able to call yourself a Kings member, you have to work harder than expected push yourself beyond your limits and break records no one expected you to" he turned to look at Zipporah who was quite.
" hey, hey hey I didn't mean to scare you, "
" I'm not scared, just feeling sorry for those who will have to be my stepping stone cuz my victory is at someone else's loss" she said with a smile.
" you really came prepare, that's good to hear, I hope we could have talked more but I have to go, I will be back twelve days later with the others " Sylus started walking away from the beach towards the hill.
" I will stay here and enjoy the night, see you " she waved.
Sylus didn't look back, Asta was already yelling at him.
" I was starting to wonder how long you would be here because of a girl, have you forgotten you have a life somewhere, it's almost time for school and you know that "
" Yes Asta I know, now please can you get back to what you were doing before you realize how late I am" Sylus was looking annoyed.
He go to the teleportation circle above the hill, took one look at the beach where he could still see Zipporah, look at the mansion and disappeared.
He woke up back in his room and back in his high school boy body, the time was almost seven, Asta flew into the kitchen till complaining, Sylus just shock his head, 'Asta will forever be Asta' .
After about an hour, Sylus grabbed his school bag,"Asta I'm leaving are you coming or not" Asta instantly jammed into his school bag. " let's get this over with lucky for us it's just six hours on like the-" Sylus zipped the bag shut.' you take too much for your size '.
He went outside and lock his gates, it's takes thirty minutes to get to the school but five minutes after walking, he noticed a car following him.
He tried to walk faster to lose it but it was right behind him, he stopped at som point for it to pass by but it stopped, he took different roads but the car was still there .
He stopped and walked to the car looking furious, the windows were all closed, he tapped on the drive side and the glass shattered.
" Excuse me, I have noticed you following me from since I felt my house, if this is a kidnapping you have the wrong person, stop whatever you're doing or else your bones will be the next thing I brack " he turned to walk away.
" Sylus...! "
A voice called his name , he looked over his shoulders, the passenger side window rolled down, a man in a nose mask and sunglasses was sitting there, probably he was the one that called him. Knowing his name doesn't mean anything.
He ignored it and kept walking.
" or should l say King Sylus of Greed "
That stopped him in his trucks, he turned to face the man, the smile on his face was too wide the mask couldn't hide it. The car moved slowly till Sylus and the strangers was face to face.
" isn't it strange how a member of the great team 'Kings ' is on this planet living like a normal highschool student "
" who are you, what do you want " Sylus questioned.
" Didn't your captain tell you, if she didn't why should I, but you can use my car as a transportation to your school, get in we have so much to talk about " he opened the side door .
Sylus looked at him then the door, the man tapped the seat beside him and smiled. He was still hesitant.
" I will tell you my name and how I know you if you get in, trust me I don't mean any harm, I know well than to attack a member of the 'Kings'. The way the glass broke with just one tap , I know what you're capable of " he gave him the same smile.
Sylus got in and closed the door, the driver started to drive.
" now tell me who are you what exactly is going on " Sylus asked.
" how is Asta doing, did you bring him along " the stranger asked too
" how do you know Asta, you said you'll answer me not ask questions " he shot back.
Asta got out of the bag and glared at him.
" hi there Asta, you look cute by the way the last time I saw you you were taller and bigger than a story building, Asha is really treating you well"
Asta and Sylus glanced at each other then back to the stranger .
" How do you know Lady Asha " they asked at the same time.
" she and I are .....friends , let's say we know each other personally." he removed his masks and glasses.
Sylus was shocked, he looked exactly like Lady Asha except male form.
He smiled at their shocked faces and said ...
" My name is .... Aspen"
