As Akira went over some possible plans for YuShow so it isn't such a bad duel school, he decided to get some fresh air. As he walks he bumped into the kids who yell "YUZU IS IN TROUBLE, SHE NEEDS HELP" Akira calms them down and runs towards where Yuzu is.
It's takes a good minute or two to get there as he kicks the door in.... Before falling to his knees panting hard, this caught everyone in the warehouse off guard and Yuzu yells "AKIRA!?" who puts his hand up, gasping for breath hard "fuck, I shouldn't have just sprinted, AHHH WHY ISN'T SORA HERE!?" He yells that last part, wanting Sora to carry him currently lol.
That caught Yuzu off guard, while Bitchatari yells "YOU, I'LL DEAL WITH YOU AFTER I DEAL WITH HER" while a cloaked figure walks up saying "wait, let me deal with him, I have a question to ask anyway" while Akira is comically whining for Sora in the background.
Yuzu nods and backs up, while Bitchatari and the mysterious figure activate their duel disks and yell "DUEL!" at the same time "I'll go first, I draw" the mysterious figure says "I set five cards face down and end my turn" that surprised everyone but Akira, who's done whining.
Sawatari laughs before drawing his card "SERIOUSLY!? ALREADY GIVING UP!? I DRAW, since you have a spell or trap card I can special Escher the Frost Vassal, then I tribute it for MOBIUS, THE FROST MONARCH, his effect activates, I can target two spells and trapss you control and DESTROY THEM" he yells, Akira just cursing to himself, as with the echo it actually kinda hurts his ears.
Meanwhile Sora and Seto get pissed off for some reason but nothing was nearby to piss them off, back to the duel Sawatari yells "I THEN ACTIVATE TRIBUTE CARNIVAL, I CAN TRIBUTE SUMMON AGAIN SO GOODBYE MOBIUS AND HELLO MOBIUS THE MEGA MONARCH, AND HIS EFFECT ALLOWS KE TO DESTROY THREE TRAP AND SOELL CARDS" when that happens Yuzu shivers slightly and Akira puts his hand on his mask, his scars are sensitive to cold and heat so.
"ATTACK, MOBIUS THE MEGA MONARCH" Sawatari declares, but the mysterious figures voice cuts through as he says "I activate three of the cards that you destroyed on you attack, I can special summon Shadow Veil as a monster in defense position, I have three so come forth" Sawatari growls but destroys one of the veils and ends his turn.
"My turn, draw, I set a card face down, now XYZ SUMMON" the figure declares, while Sawatari and his goons yell "WHAT!? ONLY THE ELITE AT LDS CAN LEARN THAT" Yuto does his chant "come forth, the representation of my dark yet rebellious soul, XYZ SUMMON, RANK FOUR, DARK REBELLION XYZ DRAGON" when he appears he roars loudly.
Sawatari, being the dumbass he is, claps mockingly "while that was impressive it's still weaker then my Mobius so that show was for nothing" Akira sighs "and this is why you're not even close to being a top Duelist" as Sawatari growls, and the mysterious figure nods in agreement "indeed, I activate Dark Rebellion's effect, I can half the attack points of one level five or higher while discarding a material from Dark Rebellion, GO, TREASON DISCHARGE" Sawatari and his goons are surprised, Akira states "hmmm, didn't hear a once per turn there."
"GO, TREASON DISCHARGE" the figure yells again "NOW, ATTACK MOBIUS, MAULING MADIBAL DISCHARGE" the resulting explosion has debris go everywhere, small ones but still.... And unfortunately for the figure, on hits Akira's scar, going through the mask and hitting the skin directly, causing Akira to yell out in pain as more hit, causing him to cry.... Oh no.
Seto is somehow just locked in on Akira's situation the moment he has a feeling he's hurt, Sora is running to where Akira is.... Well, R.I.P the figure wait.... Oh shit that's blood on his mask now and Akira is whimpering in pain slightly.... Well, Seto and Sora will be pissed, anyway Bakatari is at a measly one hundred life points and in slight pain from the explosion "how!? It's not even an action duel!!" The figure walks up and grabs his clothes "tell me, are you with Academia" Sawatari is confused "who or what is Academia!?" The figure stays silent before walking back "I activate Phantom Knight Spear (forgot the actual name), this deals one hundred points of damage after negating that card you used" Sawatari used a lp gain trap, and he loses.
The bitches run away like the cowards they are before the figure turns to Yuzu and says"Ruri? That you?" Yuzu is confused but realized something and slowly turns over to Akira, who's still slightly whimpered ".... For your safety stranger, you should run" that makes the figure confused.... Before the top of the warehouse blows up, blowing the person's mask off in the process, and a certain person jumps down through the hole.... That's right, it's Seto, motherfucking, Kaiba and he runs over to Akira to asses how hurt he is. Yuzu is obviously very much terrified and confused, as she has pieced together who Akira's brother is, SETO KAIBA, and that the stranger, to her, looks like Yuya.
Yuto is confused and very much intimidated by the man in front of him "uhhh, ahem, who are you and are you working for Acedamia" he still managed to ask, Seto, stands up and calming Akira down and states "duel me, now" and an AI voice says "forced duel initiated" as Seto puts on his DSOD duel disk. (Did you really think I wouldn't use Seto in at least one duel as an overprotective brother?)
Yuto prepares to duel as well, slowly, slightly scared as well as he doesn't know what he's like, with how stoic he is. As they draw their beginning hands and Yuto sees his hand and is confident.... Slightly confident. He's still nervous from how unknown his opponent is to him. Yuto states "I'll go first, I draw" and continues to look at his hand "I normal summon Phantom knights of Ragged Gloves, then special summon Phantom Knights of Silent Boots then I XYZ summon, come forth and cut down those who opposed me, come forth, rank three, Phantom Knights of Break Sword" the XYZ monster appears "Ragged Gloves effect adds 1000 attack points to the monster, I set two cards and end my turn" he believes this is enough do to the fact that he's easily beaten many Acedamia with this set up.... But oh boy, he's wrong.
Kaiba draws and states "hmph, a pathetic move, even Wheeler has better moves then that, I activate Heavy Storm, all spells and traps on the field are destroyed" Yuto's eyes widen, considering how rare the card is in general. "Next, I activate pot of greed and draw two cards" he does so "now, I activate Melody if Awakening Dragon, I discard one card and add up to two dragons with 3000 or more attack and 2500 or less defensive, I add to my hand Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon to my hand, the card I discarded for Awakening activates, I add one Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my deck to my hand" Yuto is very surprised from how much he's added to his hand with only three cards. "Now, I activate Polymerization from my hand, and fuse my two Blue-Eyes White Dragons from my hand, FUSE TOGETHER IN TO THE TWIN DRAGON OF DESTRUCTION, LEVEL 8, BLUE-EYES TWIN BURST DRAGON" Yuto growls with pure HATE at the fusion.
Kaiba is obviously indifferent, but Yuto yells "YOU DARE USE THAT FUCKING CURSED SUMMONING!?" Kaiba glares at him and states "so you had a bad run in with fusion users.... Hmph, they will get my wrath soon enough, but summoning methods depend on the user, not the entire method, you dare say that a method is cursed again, I won't be so merciful in the next duel" Yuto is surprised, Kaiba is going easy on him!? "Now, I activate Chaos form, using the final Blue-Eyes White Dragon as the tribute for the ritual summon, COME FROM THE CHAOS ITSELF AND MAKE ALL THOSE WHO OPPOSE ME DISAPPEAR FROM MY SIGHT, COME FORTH LEVEL EIGHT, BLUE-EYES CHAOS MAX DRAGON" and a dragon, easily twice the size of the warehouse they're in appears from the unstable portal, and when it roars it shatters the glass nearby, Twin Burst shelters Akira from the glass, Yuzu already gone to check on Yuya.
Yuto is absolutely terrified now "battle, Twin Burst attack TWIN BURST STREAM OF DESTRUCTION" Yuto is surprised "WHAT!? THEY'LL BOTH GET DESTROYED" Kaiba snorts "amateur, Twin Burst cannot be destroyed by battle" he gasped as Break Sword is destroyed "BREAK SWORD'S EFFECT ACTIVATES, I CAN TARGET TWO PHANTOM KNGHTS MONSTERS OF THE SAME LEVEL AND SPECIAL SUMMON THEM BUT AT ONE KEVEL HIGHER, I SPECIAL SUMMON THEM IN DEFENSE MODE" the moment he hears that, Kaiba laughs like a maniac, terrifying Yuto "wh-why are you laughing!?" Kaiba smirks and says "I'll say why after Twin Burst attacks Silent Boots since he can attack twice per battle phase, only on monsters though, TWIN BURST STREAM IF DESTRUCTION" Silent Boots is DISINTEGRATED "now, CHAOS MAX, ATTACK HIS RAGGED GLOVES CHAOS STREAM, HIS EFFECT, NOT ONLY DOES HE DO PIERCING DAMAGE, ITS DOUBLED" Yuto backs up before getting fucking THROWN into the wall, Kaiba walks up to him.
"Get rid of that hate, you'll lose over and over to actually good duelists if you don't" and he checks on Akira and brings Akira home, Yuto disappears like in all other fanfics as Yuya and Yuzu show up, Kaiba went with his chapter to Akira's current home, Sora immediately got a long with Kaiba with how protective they are of Akira and that they know how to have good clothes as well. Yuto is currently mulling over what Kaiba told him, slowly realizing just how right Kaiba is.
