Do you readers want to see lemon scenes in this story? I can do them, I just don't know if you all are in interested. I purposely left this little scene out, but I could do an additional chapter here. Let me know!

Coming out of the bathroom with a towel draped over my neck, my cheeks are now even more rosy thanks to the shower I took and the little fun I had. My eyes remained looking downward. My left hand was raised and in front of me. I feel like I've just done something I shouldn't have done...
I was already dressed again, by the way. Into my Zero Suit, I got buzzed saying the meal was now ready, so it was time to eat. I just didn't expect to see such a familiar face arrive followed by a hiss of a door opening. This didn't immediately happen, I made sure to calm down and make myself presentable, seeing as a guest was arriving. And it was a guest alright.
"So this is what you're like underneath all that armor. I must say, this quite isn't what I had in mind. You're a pretty one.", Obi-Wan said, coming into the guest room I was staying in with a couple trays with roasted meat on them. I am not even going to question where this food comes from, if it looks good, it looks good. There's way too many things you don't need to know about Star Wars, and food is one of them. It smells great, and that is all that matters to me. But seeing that it was Obi-Wan who arrived here, it was for a decent surprise.,
Look, I know there's lives currently at stake here, but when you travel through hyperspace, it is one of the most boring experiences you can receive here in Star Wars. You'll receive that initial excitement of seeing rapidly vanishing stars, yes, but then after one moment, two moments, maybe several moments, you'll come to realize you're just standing in place. It becomes quite boring. But in return, it allows one to relax like this while they're travelling, and I wasn't foreign to that. I've gone on several airplane flights in my previous life, and jumping through hyperspace is a very similar feeling to that. It's just inside a sci-fi setting. You get bored quick.
There's still around a half hour before we exit hyperspace and arrive at the Bith System. I knew I had some time, so I decided to play around and have a little "fun", if you know what I mean, and freshen up at the same time. It was now time to enjoy a meal. I didn't think it would be Obi-Wan himself carrying some food into my room. I couldn't help but crack a grin hearing Obi-Wan say that as he arrived.
"That isn't going to cause a problem, will it?", I asked, teasing Obi-Wan.
"On the contrary. Master Yoda praised your skillset from the get-go. I am looking forward to seeing what you can do on this rescue mission.", Obi-Wan answered, placing the couple of trays down on the table in the center of my room. He pulled up a chair, as did I. Was he looking to eat here too? I don't mind. It's nice to pass some time with some small talk, especially with a major character like this.
"Those Separatists do know that I'm a sniper during that battle on Rugosa, but they don't know that I have my own ship. I should be fine for the most part.", I replied. I want to personally test my Plasma Lasers against shields used on the big ships here in Star Wars. They're those huge extensions on the sides of my ship. They aren't just wings. They actually open up, containing cannons inside them to fire said lasers. Is it similar firepower to the blaster cannons those cruisers and flagships have? Does my gunship just completely overwhelm them? I don't know.
But I will find out soon~
I think the name of the ship itself is called Malevolence? It wasn't just the name of a weapon. I don't want to suddenly rip open a giant hole in their hull or something with a single Plasma Laser. That will just be no fun. I'm assuming it's going to hold similar power to what Star Wars weapons hold. I don't want to accidentally kill Count Dooku here or something, haha!
Do I see myself engaging in a duel with someone like General Grievous? No clue.
Hell, they probably don't even know that I exist, unless they were able to get a good shot of me during Rugosa.
"That's reassuring to hear. Anakin is going to assign his Padawan to you for this mission, don't let her cause too much trouble, alright? She has only recently become a Padawan herself.", Obi-Wan said, smiling back at me. "By the by, you aren't looking for long-term work by chance, are you? Our training sites could use someone of your caliber as a combat instructor. The position's stable.", Obi-Wan said, suddenly offering me a job. I just looked at him.
Isn't this moving too quickly? Then again, Obi-Wan likely knows how to judge character. He hasn't seen my actions in person, unlike Master Yoda. It was a tempting offer, and could potentially allow me to head to Planet Kamino ahead of time, but I quickly shook my head, denying Obi-Wan's offer.
"I appreciate the offer, but at the end of the day, I'm a bounty hunter trying to make a living in this galaxy.", I said, denying Obi-Wan.
"A shame. The door's open, should you express interest in joining the Republic.", Obi-Wan responded, sighing.
"I am considering settling down on Coruscant, if the chance arises.", I said, not rejecting Obi-Wan outright. Who knows, I could potentially become a combat instructor in a year or two. I know the forces will switch sides after the Clone Wars end, and the Clone Troopers will become the Storm Troopers and such. Likeminded jobs will also follow suit, so a job like this would let me blend well in the Empire.
I can't bother to worry about that right now, as I can't even settle down properly.
I lack identification!
I'll need to head to the Hutt Space first and have them forge some papers for me. That's probably the easiest way for me to go about this, rather than doing an inquiry deep inside the Republic where they'll start questioning my origins. Why bother with all of that when you can simply pay someone to do it for you?
And I'll pay top dollar, er credits? Just to have all of that taken care of. I want the real, legit item. Not some secondhand knockoff that'd get me in trouble with a simple scan.
I'm sure they offer these services at the Guild.
I saw Obi-Wan's eyes show a look of interest hearing me say that.
"Is that right? Depending on your budget, I can show you some areas.", Obi-Wan suggested.
"We'll see. It's still a while for that. Thanks for bringing this meal by the way. You can't exactly fight on an empty stomach, haha!", I replied, laughing.
"You can say that again. I worry sometimes whether Anakin is eating his meals properly or not. You need all the nourishment you can get. Battles like these really know how to stress the body.", Obi-Wan said, nodding in acknowledgement. "And well, if we do part ways from here, I can lend you one of the Republic's comlinks. We could very well call on your service again.", Obi-Wan continued.
"I'd like that. That way, the door remains open.", I replied, agreeing. He smiled, and the two of us raised our glasses, and clinked them.
Just like that, we spent the remainder of our hyperspace travel enjoying a meal, passing the time with some small talk here and there. I learned some more interesting facts about him. Turns out Obi-Wan was actually committed to someone in a relationship before he became a Jedi, and had a rather interwoven past with Planet Mandalore. It was very interesting to learn that he actually dated a Mandalorian. Is that why he was so easy going around me? I wasn't exactly Mandalorian, but they're true-to-the-bone bounty hunters, and live lives as warriors. They're much more hardcore in that aspect, compared to me.
But nonetheless, we were able to make it to the Bith System. Obi-Wan bid farewell, and the droids came to clean up our dishes. Donning my Power Suit once again, I saw several ships, which composed itself into a fleet. They were stationed here, shuffling supplies. They couldn't leave, causing Anakin unable to move. Ahsoka, however, could, and would soon be assigned to me. Just temporarily. I wasn't going to greet Anakin in my Zero Suit. After all, I was now on this second mission.
I could now be seen at my gunship, looking upward at the hatch.
"You ready to do this, Adam?", I questioned.
[Of course. You can leave the weapon systems to me. Once your guest boards, I will engage the cloaking device.] Adam declared.
"Got it. We still need to do the dock exchange, so let's exit this cruiser.", I declared back.
Just like that, I returned to my gunship, and made my way to the cockpit!
