Leon's feelings weren't much different than Amber's. He also felt angry at those people who killed so many innocent lives just for revenge. As long as there was even a small chance of success, they would follow that plan even if it meant thousands died.
They were the lowest of the low, one of the bottom scums in the human hierarchy, exactly the kind of people Leon hated the most.
But that was also what made them dangerous.
"Anyways, if what you said comes true, then they would need to mess around with the Rune Formations to disturb the Concealment and let the Primordial Expanse know of this city's existence," Amber said, jumping to her feet.
She patted his shoulders and added, "Enjoy your day, because we're going back to the Academy tomorrow. I won't be lenient on you just because we share a relationship now."
"Yeah yeah, I know that much. I also know you'll especially go 'easy' on me because of our relationship," Leon scoffed and swatted her hand away.
