Every story has a beginning that is never told. The legend of the hero we know as 'Muscling' is no different.
There was another hero who was supposed to save this world first. He arrived in Luminaria in his thirties, ended a hopeless war, closed the chapter on the gods, and became a legend in his own right.
But when it was all over, he saw the true apocalypse coming from beyond the dimensions—a threat so immense it would annihilate existence itself, far beyond any trial he had ever endured.
He was left with only one option.
To tamper with time.
It was a universal taboo, a forbidden act that would unravel the fabric of reality. It was a brutal path, forcing him to erase everything he was.
But for the sake of humanity's survival, he did not waver. He decided to sacrifice it all: his triumphs, his bonds with his allies, his entire life as a hero, and finally... his very own existence.
Thus, the tale of the great hero disappeared, fading from all memory. And upon the altar of his sacrifice, an ordinary young man, still ignorant of his destiny, reached for an old magic book.
