In the morning, Natasia and Niya were awoken by a very energetic toddler with light honey colored eyes and brown skin like his mother jumping on them, who was ecstatic to see his other parent home again.
Octorias: Tati! Tati! Tati! I missed you! -"Tati" was Natasia's nickname that he had lovingly given her since he wasn't so good with saying her full name yet-
Niya: -she yelps slightly from being tackled awake but started laughing when she heard Octorias' little chant- Told you he missed you~.
Natasia wakes and her hair bellows out as if she was in fight mode: Ahhhh! Oh..hehe it's you, my little Tori~. How is my youngest? *pets his head lovingly*
Octorias: -he smiles brightly at her and hugs her tightly, his messy pale orange curls tickling her nose- I'm good! I saw…saw…three! Three deer this mornin!
Natasia stifles her nose as she sits up and pulls him more into bed, in between her and Niya: Really, my love? Three? Were they all part of the same herd I assume? She puts an arm around Niya and Tori while listening to him tell his story about the deer this morning.
Octorias: -he looks up at them happily- I got my chair all by myself! Sebes was still eepy. And then the deer left so I came to say mornin to Mama and saw Tati!
Natasia: Well, would you like to have some breakfast with us? We can watch cartoons as we eat. Your mother and I should get up soon anyways. *looks at Niya, thinking about the conversation they had last night. It was still fresh in her mind but she's already planning the 4th and 5th step ahead to make sure everything is coming to plan.
Octorias: Yaaaay! -he crawls off the bed and pulls Natasia with him-
Niya: -she smiles and laughs quietly at her little one's excitement. She gets up and heads downstairs ahead of them to make breakfast and snacks for later. She knew she'd need to bring Octorias with her for the day to help Natasia with this new task-
Natasia, being pulled by the strength of a two-year-old, gets up and follows Octorias downstairs but pauses: Hang on a second Tori, I want to see if Sebes is up yet. Would you like to go with me or Mama?
Octorias: -he holds her hand tighter- Tati!
Natasia smiles and chuckles softly and heads to Sebes' room down the hall: Alright alright, come on.
She knocks softly on Sebes' door and hears rustling around, then a teenage boy with medium-sized antlers and blue locs answers the door sleepily.
Natasia softly: Good morning, my darling. How are you?
Sebes rubs his eyes and yawns: I'm good Ma, how are you?
Natasia: I'm well, staying up too late? *rubs his cheek softly*
Sebes grunts at the sudden touch but leans into it: Mmmm! Oh mmmm~! N-no…maybe? A new game came out so I've been on it a bit…
Natasia: Well it's fine since it's Chroma right now but once school starts, gotta get back into the routine alright? Also, your brother wanted to say hi.
Octorias: -he hugs him tightly- Mornin Sebes! I got my chair myself! I saw three deer!
Sebes leans down to hug him and rubs his head softly: Hey Tori, you got your chair all by yourself huh? I'm sorry your big bro wasn't up today.
Octorias: I whispered in your ear but you were too eepy to hear me.
Sebes chuckles: I didn't hear nothin' Tori I'm sorry, I can try to be up tomorrow though, okay?
Octorias: It's okay! I can do it by myself now! I'm big like you now!
Sebes smiles: Alright bud! I believe you. Oh Ma, do you need me for anything? I was going to go running soon at the pond nearby?
Natasia smiles and rubs his head softly: No no my son, just wanted to check on you. Go ahead and do what you have to do. Breakfast will be done when you get back but I'm going to get your brother ready with your mother, alright? Just be safe.
Sebes leans in and kisses her cheek: Alright. Thank you. *closes the door softly as Natasia and Tori turn around to go downstairs*
Natasia: Let's go see if Mama needs some help, huh Tori?
Octorias: Okay! -he holds her hand and pulls her downstairs- I can get Sebes' big bottle for him!
Natasia: Heh alright Tori. *gets pulled downstairs and sees Niya making breakfast* My love? Almost done already? I was only gone five minutes. So efficient~.
Niya: -she taps her nose with her tail- It's why you love me~. Your coffee is ready by the way. Tori, Sebes' bottle is on the counter. Can you get it for me? Mama needs to finish making our lunch boxes. We're going to work with Tati today.
Octorias: -he gasps and squeals happily. He runs over to the counter and drags out his little stool to reach the top- I get to be principal today! Yay yay yay!
Natasia grabs her coffee and comes over to kiss Niya softly and smacks her butt playfully: Yes yes Tati has quite a bit to do and I need Mama's help and of course darling, you can be principal today!
Octorias: -he gets the bottle and runs to wait by the kitchen door, bouncing in place- I'm da boss today~. I'm da boss today~.
Niya: -she laughs at him and wraps her tail around Natasia's thigh- I told you he missed you.
Natasia feels Niya's tail around her thigh and a soft growl lets out of her throat and then ceases it: grrrr mmm I-I mean hehe. You tempt me. *she whispers to Niya in a seductive tone, her robe falling a bit off her shoulder* Maybe later…? *she kisses her on the lips as Tori sings his baby boss song* Also our son is so cute.
Niya: Mmm~ heehee of course he is~. He takes after me~. Heh go sit and relax ...later you can do as you please.
Natasia bites her lip but goes to sit down with her coffee, looking at the weather hologram to see the forecast.
A robotic voice with a whimsical light pitch comes from the hologram and sings: "Good morning! Today is Opus Dae! Try not to overwork yourself. The weather is 85 degrees and sunny. Perfect weather for the pool or going to the beach. Jogging, walking, and running exercises are preferably in the mornings and evenings. Have a wonderful day~!" The hologram fades to the weather data of the day and Natasia puts it down to cut on some cartoons for Tori while she drinks her coffee. Sebes comes downstairs with headphones on and goes over to Niya to kiss her on the cheek. He sees Tori by the door with his water bottle and smiles, heads over to Tori to grab his water bottle. He takes his headphones off to address him.
Sebes: Thanks Tori. I'm going for a run, I'll see you later!
Natasia catches him before he goes: Oh, your mother and Tori are coming with me to Mythic today so if you aren't home by the time we get back, you have your keys right?
Sebes pulls the keys out of his left pocket: I got them. I love you all if I don't see you by the time I get back. Be safe!
Natasia: You too, son. *pats the right side of the couch* Come sit with me, Tori.
Octorias: -he runs over to her and climbs up onto the couch with her, using his baby tail to grab onto her to lift himself up-
Natasia lifts him up the rest as he settles beside her and pats his head softly. Such a sweet boy, both of them…hopefully things get better by the time they grow older…
Niya: -she brings them both their breakfasts and kisses their cheeks- Eat up, I want to leave soon so we can put a dent in this work.
Natasia groans: Ugh…yes yes dear. Even though I'd rather be doing something else, something entirely different and so much more delectable. *she eats up with Tori, seeing him using his toddler fork to pick up his food and eat it* Mmmm delicious as always Niya my love.
Niya: -she smiles- I'm happy to hear that. I'll be upstairs getting Tori's clothes ready. Clean up for me please?
Natasia: Of course! *grips her ass* I'll clean up everything for you. Tori, go ahead with Mama and I'll be up after I'm done cleaning. *offers her hand to Tori*
Octorias grabs her hand and climbs down with her help to head upstairs with Niya while Natasia cleans up with her magic hands.
Niya: -she blushes and giggles at the little grab then takes Octorias upstairs to get them both dressed for the day-
Natasia's eyes glow a bright blue and all the dishes start to pile together and clean themselves with the pots and pans following. She also uses a broom to magic-sweep the floor and vacuum the floors as well as fixing up the living room. After she's done, she lights a small incense by the kitchen window and leaves it cracked. She then heads upstairs to see Tori putting on his cute outfit for the day.
Octorias: -he runs up to her dressed in a star covered jumper with a matching hat and knee high socks- Look Tati! I'm jus like you! So I can be da boss today!
Natasia giggles, putting her hand over her mouth: Heh you are positively adorable Tori. Absolutely the best principal a school could have! Tati is going to head to her room to get changed alright? Are you coming, my love? *she looks at Niya, smiling* If you could Tori, I can put on a show for you here while we get dressed for the day.
Octorias: It's okay, I can do it! I'm a big boy too!
Natasia smiles: Alright, we'll be back in a bit. *natasia extends her hand to Niya* Let's get changed my darling. *smiles with a hint of mischief*
Niya: -she takes her hand and pulls her into their room, gently kicking the door closed behind them- Keep smiling like that at me and we won't get anything done today.
Natasia pulls her close, the stark difference in their heights as she towers over Niya by more than a foot: Darling, If I wanted to, I would and could. *licks up her neck* But…so much to do right now, heh wouldn't want Tori to come knocking in the middle and you didn't finish your meal, hmmm? *kisses her ear and whispers* I bet you're so wet right now heh.
Niya: -she grips Natasia's arms, her nails digging in slightly as she shivers in delight from the feeling of her tongue on her- H-hush~...you're not helping~...
Natasia still whispers: Never said I would, my love. *kisses her deeply, wrapping her arms around her fully and picking her up to take her into the bathroom* We should get ready though. *touches her tail softly* lest we be late, my delicacy.
Niya: -she wraps her legs around her and kisses on her neck while she's being carried- Fine…but you owe me later. Especially for all these late nights.
Natasia puts her on the bathroom counters, their dual sinks hold each other's personal cosmetics and daily routine packs: Of course, I plan to give you as much as you need. *kisses her deeply again and then slides a hand up her thigh* mmmmm I really want to right now though…*licks down her neck and nips her collarbone then stops* sigh…but…work first…
Niya: -she huffs, pouts and hops off the counter- Fine fine… -she gets ready for the day-
Natasia chuckles a bit from the pout but gets ready, wearing very fashionable tailored black shorts with a loose blouse and black shades, with her gold accessories and bangles on her arms.
Natasia comes out of the bathroom after getting ready and puts her summer heels on, then waits for Niya: Ready soon my love?
Niya: -she comes out in a soft pink sun dress and decked out in all of her gold jewelry- I'm ready I'm ready. Let's go before Octorias tries to walk to Mythic so he can "be the boss" hehe.
Natasia smiles at Niya and comes to her fast, quickly kissing her before taking her hand so they can go out the door: Of course my love, lets!
Natasia and Niya go to Tori's room to grab him as they get in their stylish towncar with her personal driver, Lumil, a nightmare who grew up in Aralan and now lives in Lucid City in much better living conditions. They all pile in, getting Octorias in his seat while Natasia and Niya sit on either side of him. Natasia pulls out her phone to text Barbatos, the professor she wants to recruit for Battle Master class. He was one of the best fighters in trained combat and street fighting techniques as well, and she thought that with his skills, these children will not only excel but succeed in their endeavors even more and the possible impending circumstance.
Natasia to Barbatos via Orbit(texting): Good morning Professor Salam. We need to talk, if you can meet me at Mythic, that would be wonderful.
Natasia did not expect to get a buzz so quickly back.
Barbatos: Ah Dean Haile, good morning. Whatever for?
Natasia rolled her eyes and Niya raised her eyebrow and looked at her curiously. Natasia showed her wife the text message and they both rolled their eyes simultaneously.
Niya: At least he's not busy at the moment.
Natasia: Heh yes, getting that man to show up is always the hard part. I feel like just saying "Oh I'll give more money if you stay," sounds too much like begging and I won't ever do that.
Niya: Heh, maybe I could invite him? He won't suspect any kind of business if it's me. Maybe that will make it easier to bring him in.
Natasia groans: Yes but it's him. Granted he's not a creep but he is a whore. I know you can handle yourself. Mmmm do you have a plan for how you could bring him in?
Niya: I could do a bit of snooping to see where he's staying right now and just extend the invitation as a…"teacher workshop". Like you said, he's got an appetite and who could resist me?
Natasia grins: You aren't lying at all, it's very hard to resist you darling. This could work, I leave it to you then. I should've worked with you sooner. I know. But thank you for being here regardless darling.
Niya: -she takes her hand and kisses it gently- Of course my love. You don't love me just cuz I'm a pretty face~. I told you, I'll always be there to help you.
Octorias: -he grabs both of their hands and smiles- I help too!
Natasia laughs trying to stifle it but he's just too cute. She leans over and kisses Niya softly, cupping her face as they approach the school.
Niya: -she giggles into the kiss and pets the top of Octorias' head. When they arrive at the school, she helps him out of his car seat and leads him all the way up to Natasia's office-
Inside this beautifully painted room was Natasia Haile's office that she made and crafted with her own hands and magic. The walls were a deep, dark wood with deep blue and gold tapestries that hung on each side with the insignia of Mythic Academy etched in. The ceiling hung a wonderful sapphire chandelier that spun ever so slowly counter-clockwise and stopped when there was a change or shift of energy in the atmosphere in Lucid City where she is alerted by one of her wisp of the direction it stopped at. Her desk is wonderfully crafted with the same dark wood with a beautiful blue overlay and multi-hidden shelves and drawers that are all magic-activated. She has a giant stack of papers to the left of her desk with her hologram top to the right, currently off. She has two couches and a single recliner as well for if she's having a meeting with one of her students or teachers or if Tori or Niya are just hanging out. She also installed a small fridge, holo-freezer, and flame oven if Niya needed to make something small. She did this after Niya became pregnant with Octorias. The group walks into the office and Natasia snaps her fingers and all the lights illuminate the room, the windows open up since it's quite nice today, and her holo-top turns on saying: Welcome Dean Haile, lovely to see you this morning. May I be of assistance?
Natasia puts her purse down on one of the seats while Niya is getting Octorias together: Yes, please pull up the files I was working on yesterday. I would like to show Niya.
Holo-top: Of course Dean Haile. *it pulls it up and manifest it on Natasia's desk, a big stack of organized files on some of these students handpicked by her to fulfill a role*
Natasia sits down in her leather-bound chair and crosses her leg over her knee: Thank you. *she picks one of the files up and looks at Niya* My love, we will be starting with the kids that I think will be able to help out and then we can start with potentials after.
Niya: -she takes the files and looks through them. The first file is actually marked for her, a new potential teacher's assistant. The file has the name Matea Tlatilpa, a budding runic master, and a young Wilding chieftess- My goodness, you weren't lying..her file is incredible.
Natasia finds another file, Onxia Amaimon: Yes she would be a wonderful asset and I believe she will be back in town soon. No letter but call it a hunch if you will. And I do believe you will like her a lot. She is a very kind young lady but firm. That's what these kids need. This one. *lays her hand on it* This one…your boyfriend won't be happy about it, so if you could break the news to him that would be wonderful. It's harder to argue with you anyways especially if it's him.
Niya: -she smirks- Using me against Octavias~? Devious goddess~. -she looks over the file and her eyes widen slightly and she starts laughing- Oh no not her~! I remember how much he complained about her! She's a genius when it comes to alchemy but an absolute tyrant to him. I don't even think I can soothe him over this.
Octorias: I can tell Appa! He's always happy with me!
Natasia smiles at Octorias and puts her hands together, settling her chin on top: Could you convince your Appa for me Tori and I'll get Mama to make one of your favorite snacks? Sound good?
Octorias: -he quickly hops up and makes grabby hands for the file- I can do it! I want yogurt covered starfruit!
Natasia: Alright alright, yogurt starfruit it is. *looks at Niya* Heard that right Mama? *she winks at her and gives Octorias the file* This person is named Onxia Amimon but you can just call her Onxia okay Tori? Your Appa will know who that is. And she's working with him in the spring.
Octorias: -he takes the file and holds it tight to his chest- Tell Appa his new friend Onshia is coming in spring, got it! I remember where Appa's room is! I can go!
Niya: Ah ah, wait just a moment. -she flicks her fan open and waves it over him and a small shadow wisp takes shape from her mist- Now you may go.
Octorias: -he marvels at his mothers magic for a moment before giggling as it flys around him- Thank you Mama! -he runs out of the room with the file tightly in hand and the protection wisp following closely behind. He jumps up to hit the elevator buttons, bounces in place in the elevator to the music. He runs down a few hallways until he gets to his Father's office. He hops up trying to reach the nob but thankfully the wisp helps him and opens the door for him- Thank you! -he looks at his very surprised Father and smiles- Hi Appa! I'm here on a errand! I'm da boss today!
Octavias: Tori?! When'd you get here?! You shocked me! *he lets him in and holds his hand as they go more into the room* Did you run all the way here from your Tati's office? I didn't think Mama was working right now either.
Octorias: Mama and Tati have special work to do today. I'm helping!
Octavias: Well alright then. What is this special errand that you have for me? *he leans down to him to see what the file is* What's this?
Octorias: -he presents up to him with both hands- Tati said that..that..oh yeah! That you have a new friend to help you in the spring, her name is Onshia!
Octavias' face genuinely glitches for a second as his eye twitches and he forces a smile: I'm sorry son, can you repeat that? Onshia?
Octorias: -he nods- Onshia um…uh…ami…I can't remember her last name…But Tati said you might be upset so I said I would tell you cuz you're never upset at me! Her name is on the folder though!
Octavias holds out his hand for the folder: May I have the folder to take a look?
Octorias: -he hands it to him and smiles- Here go!
Octavias pets his son's head and takes the file: Thank you Tori. *he scans it and looks through it for a few seconds and then sighs heavily, closes it back and puts it on his desk* Sigh…I guess it can't be helped but I definitely think someone is playing a cruel joke on me right now.
Octorias: -he looks up at him and tilts his head in curiosity- Did I…do a bad Appa?...
Octavias looks at him and smiles as warmly as he can and waves him over so they can sit together: No no my boy, I just…haven't seen her in some time. I used to teach Miss Amimon a while ago and now she will be helping your Appa. She is strong-willed like your Tati though.
Octorias: -he climbs up on the couch in his office and sits with him- …So she can be bossy like Tati?
Octavias laughs: You think Tati is bossy? *leans down to Tori* She is a little bit yeah. But she likes to try different explosions and sometimes they aren't always the safest and she can be quite rash. She's a genius though, like your Appa.
Octorias: Ooooh. Maybe you gotta tell her the rules again and she will be safe. Sometimes I forget the rules…but Mama tells me again and it's all okay!
Octavias nods his head, contemplating his son's response: I think you are right, I'll try that and see what happens. Thank you. Did you wanna stay with Appa for a bit or go back to Tati's office? I can take you back.
Octorias: Can you take me back Appa? Mama has my snack box. -he reaches up to him to be picked up-
Octavias picks him up: Alright, come on. Maybe I can have some snacks too heh. Plus it'll be nice to see Mama. *goes back to Tati's office, having some idle chatter with his toddler*
