Niya silently and quickly flies to a small port in Aralon that she knows Barbatos usually uses so as to not raise too many questions because of its…questionable cargo from time to time. From her vantage point above the port she can see that his ship is already fully docked, meaning he's been in town for at least a few days. Perfect. She glides down and lands gracefully next to the car she knows is his. She smooths out her hair and dress and casually leans on the side of the car and waits for him to come out. She knows his crew is incredibly vigilant and she wasn't trying to be stealthy when she landed, it was only a matter of time until he came out to investigate.
Barbatos is inside his Captain's quarters eyeing the maps as he plots the next course for his crew, knowing that he will be treading into one of his enemies' territories soon, Adamaris. He is going over the map meticulously when he hears a knock at the door.
Without turning his head, Barbatos shouts: Enter.
His first mate, Mustafa, a hammerhead ant with a tall stature and thick muscles with shaved sides and dark brown locs on top, came into his office and pointed towards the side of the ship: Yo, there's a woman leaning on the side of your car. She's fine as fuck, so if you don't go talk to her, I will.
Barbatos looks up: A woman? What's she look like?
Mustafa: Long dark brown hair, real curvy, huge tits, succubus. No lie man ima go holla if you don't.
Barbatos gets up swiftly, pulls his captain coat on, grooms his locs a bit and struts outside with a smirk: Heh, oh really? I know who she is. I'll handle this.
His crew was already half-assed doing chores but also looking at the beautiful lady. The murmurs of "Who is that?" "She single?" "She came out of nowhere." "If the women were more like that, I would stay longer hehe," echoed through the ship and now many of them were curious but didn't make a move unless it was fine. Once they saw their captain strut out, they knew they had no shot and some even pouted. Barbatos walked down to the docks and to his car to greet Niya, who was leaning so persuasively on his car. He couldn't help but admire her beauty.
Barbatos strutted over, keeping his distance to make sure she felt safe but still smiled a toothy grin, his gold canine gleaming in the sunlight: Professor Kaur, my my to what do I owe the pleasure of you visiting my humble ship?
Niya: -she smiles softly at him and flutters her lashes- I heard you were finally back in town and had to come say hello. I was hoping maybe you could help me with something?
Barbatos pushes his chest out but still keeps a toothy smile, looking down at Niya's beautiful face: Oh? And what can I help you with Professor Kaur?
Niya: -she walks over to him, making sure to sway her hips and tail. She traces her manicured claw gently down his chest- I was hoping you could help me with something at work? I wanted to invite you to a little…teacher workshop?
Barbatos grins even more, feeling that claw go down his chest and tug at his partially opened shirt: Heh, really? Who all will be there? Why do you need my help anyways?
Niya: It would be just the two of us. I'd like your unique perspective if you don't mind~. Does this Fro Dae work? I don't like waiting too much.
Barbatos chuckles and tugs a bit at the hip lining in her dress, just a little with his claw: Heh I don't like waiting much either. You don't want to just have this workshop at my house? My unique perspective is also offered there.
Niya: Heh, there are a few things I need at the school. You don't mind, do you? There are just some things I can't do without~. I'm sure you're very, very good at…adapting.
Barbatos growls a bit from excitement: Heh, I definitely can. Well, Fro Dae it is. I'll see you in a few days, Professor Kaur.
Niya: -she pulls out a small date card and tucks it into his belt- See you then, Professor Salam~. -She winks at him and grows her wings once more, taking off before he can react-
Barbatos bites his lip almost hard enough to draw blood: Fuck, she's sexy as shit…mmmm *pulls the card out of his belt and sniffs it deeply* Mmmmm jasmine and vanilla, some of my favorite Baehalanian scents ever. Well…I should enjoy this…
He goes back on his ship and tells them to get back to moving cargo and mind their fucking business, not divulging any details but also…not really looking at the back of the card either.
On the back of the card, the date was specifically for a meeting with Natasia Haile, not Niya Kaur but…what he doesn't know won't hurt him.
Niya flies all the way back to Mythic Academy and delicately lands back on the balcony to Natasia's office. She shrinks her wings back down to a manageable size before going in and smiles at her.
Niya: He'll be here in the afternoon this Fro Dae.
Natasia smiles at her brightly, her hair becoming winded, moving with fluidity and grabs Niya, kissing her so deeply: My beauty, you did perfectly. Now, I've made the contract and did all the necessary paperwork. If you want, we can have some…private time. Unless we don't have time right now.
Niya: Mmm~ some private time will have to wait until later my darling. I promised Vias we'd take Tori back by the end of dinner so he can get back to his little ones.
Natasia frowns but sighs and nods: You are right. He is going through some things right now. *kisses her cheek and lets her go* Let's go. If you want, you can have dinner with Octavias while I watch over the boys. I think spending some time with Sebes and Tori is needed. I do miss them…
Niya: -she holds her hand- They've missed you a lot this last week. While you have the boys I'll explain a bit about what's going on to at least prepare him. And after the boys go to bed tonight…we can finally have a bit of alone time.
Natasia smiles and puts her forehead to Niya's: That sounds good my love. I'll probably have an ice cream and movie night in the theatre room downstairs. They love those.
Niya: -she nuzzles her nose softly- Oh they'll love that~.
Natasia giggles and kisses her nose: Alright, let's lock up and go find them. I wonder where they went. Do you think they are at Saints?
Niya: More than likely. Octorias loves the cookies that Saint and Dre make.
Natasia holds her hand as they walk out of the office, locking the door with a magic seal: Well, let's head over hehe. I'll have the driver meet us out front.
They both lean a bit on each other as they walk out, the driver coming to the front of the school to pick them up. They get in and head to Saints to meet with Octavias and Tori.
Octoriss: -he's sitting in his favorite booth, looking out the window and hops up excitedly when he sees his Tati's town car- Mama and Tati are here Appa!
Octavias looks out and looks at Tori: Remember what I said, don't get up until they get in the door and to our table okay? For your safety.
Octorias: -he plops back down into his seat- Oh okay.
Niya: -she gets out of the car with Natasia, holding her hand, and leads her inside-
Natasia and Niya walk in together like the baddest power couple ever and see Tori and Vias to the side of the cafe: Ah there you two are. Hello Tori! Hello Octavias, I hope everything has been great!
Niya: -she smiles and picks up Octorias and hugs him close- Hello little sprout~. I missed you~.
Octorias: -he giggles and hugs her tightly- I missed you too Mama! Appa got me three whole cookies! Well he got me two and Mr. Saint got me another one for being a good boy!
Octavias: You are a good boy Tori so you deserved it, plus Mr. Saint makes wonderfully delicious cookies. *he smiles at Niya* Did everything go well?
Natasia: Yes for the most part. Now we wait. In the meantime, Tori…would you like to have ice cream night in the theatre room at home? Of course with Sebes.
Octorias: -he gasps and reaches out of Natasia- Really! You promise??
Niya: -she laughs and helps Octorias into Natasia's arms- Of course Sprout. Tati really missed you.
Natasia holds Tori in her arms and nuzzles his neck playfully: I did little one. Come, let's go home. I'm sure Sebes is waiting for us anyways. *turns back to the two of them, standing close together* I'll see you later my darling. And Octavias, do try not to fully treat her to dinner. *turns back and out the door she goes with Tori*
Vias laughs awkwardly from the sheer intimidation checks he has to roll with this woman on a regular basis and turns to Niya: Heh, she sure is…fiery today. More than usual but…I get it. She loves you too.
Niya: Hehe she does, but she did want to give us a minute for dinner. It's her apology for earlier.
Vias nods: Ah I see, she is forgiven. *lifts her hand to his mouth, meeting her gaze* For you my sweet…*kisses your hand* darling Queen.*his smile touches his eyes as he meets Niya's gaze head on*
Niya: -she blushes and smiles shyly- You darling man…my sweet King. Spare me a bit of your time? And I promise I'll get you home to your girls at a reasonable time.
Vias nods and smiles: Then let's have dinner darling. *he offers his arm to go sit down at another booth across to reset the energy*
Niya: -she takes his arm and happily walks to a new booth with him-
Vias sits across from her at the booth and waits for Dre to come over with the menus and take their orders.
Dre comes over after some time, the diner is getting quite busy as people file in for dinner time.
Dre: Hey folks! What can I get ya? *he pulls out his notepad and pen*
Vias: You can go first love.
Niya: I'll be honest I really want some chicken tenders and loaded fries and add jalapeno's too please?
Dre writes it down: Of course. And you drink? We have soda pop, ice cream soda, boozy milkshakes, regular cocktails, and beer. Oh and water with elderflower and/or lemon.
Niya: Hmmm~...Just some cherry soda pop please.
Dre writes that down and then turns to Vias: Awesome and you sir?
Vias looks at the menu: Can I have an Elderflower and Dragonfruit Cream Soda with a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and…I want to try an onion blossom with the sauce you all make. It's some good sauce.
Dre writes it all down and then smiles at both: Alright I got it! I'll be back with your drinks and to check on you. Your food will be out shortly.
Vias: Thank you! *turns to Niya* I actually haven't been able to eat at Saints in a long time.
Niya: Hehe neither have I, not without Tori's little fingers in my food.
Vias chuckles and touches her hand softly: How are you at home though? Everything good? Natasia usually isn't so wound up so I'm just making sure everything is alright.
Niya: Things at home are fine. Sebes is doing well at school and Octorias is playing well at daycare…Tasia's tension started in the last week…That's what I wanted to talk to you about. She's too proud to ask for help but I think you'd be invaluable for our task.
Vias raises an eyebrow: Like do you need my…seed or something for you Natasia or is it something else?
Niya: -she stares at him for a moment before she starts laughing- That's the first thing you think of?
Vias shrugs: Well if you and Natasia want a child of your own…you know. I don't know. Anyways forget all that, what did you need to talk about?
Niya: -she keeps giggling for a few more seconds before taking a breath to settle herself- Oh my love I needed that. Okay okay I'm good now. Anyways.. -she lowers her voice to make sure only the two of them can hear the conversation- The issue started right after she had a meeting with the Goddess.
Vias: So Natasia met with The Goddess which she does sometimes, it must've something serious she was told for her to be this stressed.
Niya: -she holds both of his hands and looks at him with worry in her eyes- My love…Resosia is dying and the Goddess is the only thing keeping it alive… She's asked Natasia to help with finding ways to combat whatever is causing the sickness.
Vias looks at her with a shocked expression as he pauses to grasp what she just said: What..? but…how? She is a goddess…how is Resosia dying?
Niya: Tasia didn't give me specifics…But she saw it, she felt the sickness and it's growing…From what she saw we maybe have ten years? Possibly a few more but that's it…The Goddess told her that some of the children we teach and train at the school will help to fight against this, so that's why we were here today. To go over all the files and start ear marking the ones we could tell right away would be assets. That's also why she told you to add wound care and first aid care to the curriculum.
Vias: Makes sense, I just thought she wanted the kids to care for themselves just in case a nurse couldn't come in time. But wow…ten years. That's not much time…I see why she's flustered.
Niya: I'm helping take over a few of her duties at the school and really for the city so she can focus on helping to find a strategy or at least some sort of cure to give us more time.
Vias: Mmmm that's a lot to deal with Niya…is there anything I can do?
Niya: Try to work in the new curriculum as much as you can…and maybe let Tori sit in your office some days? We all might be pulling some long nights. Sebes thankfully can stay at his dorm if he needs to.
Vias: Hmmm alright. I can do that. He likes spending time with me, and I get to teach him about medicinal plants as well as get him used to gardening.
As soon as he's done speaking, Dre comes over with their sodas and food. He seems so stressed.
Dre: I do apologize so much folks. It's gotten super busy and my pops got slammed. Please forgive us for being so late with the drinks and food.
Vias puts his hands up and smiles: No No it's okay, we were having a deep conversation and didn't mind the wait at all. We know it's going to be great regardless.
Niya: Don't worry at all darling, I'm happy to wait for the best food in the city~. Feel free to keep an eye on your other tables a bit more. We've got some work things to go over so we'll be fine okay?
Dre blushed a bit and smiled at both of them: Well, thank you. I'll leave you to it and come check on you all in a while. He walks away to go run and check on his other tables.
Vias looking at the food and sodas: Wow this food looks amazing. Well let's eat heh and enjoy ourselves for a bit. *starts drinking some of the soda, a purple and red fusion with cream on top* Mmmm that's delicious. I haven't had one of these in so long.
Niya: -she starts eating- You need to make sure you're taking care of yourself Vias. I just got on Tasia about this. You both have people that depend on you, you can't fall out because you were ignoring your own health.
Vias looks at her and keeps a neutral face: Alright. I understand that also means I may spend less time at school and more time at home as well. Especially since things are testy right now. I got Millie to think about as she's quite young. Well all my kids but Millie is the last one to come into this world besides Tori.
Niya: -she sighs quietly- I miss the girls…Heh I need a new picture to put up from Zeally. And Tori misses his twin.
Vias: I know but after that one time and she's pregnant right now, there would be no way…unless William the head butler meets you without me but…I doubt he would do that. I can send you some photos of the kids later. I have so many of them with Millie as well, especially going to the park.
Niya: Oh I would love that~. Hehe Millie loves taking pictures~.
Vias: Haha she really does honestly. She tries to take my orb all the time and take photos. I also feel like she's been trying to call you to get a hold of Tori. But *eating more of his onion blossom* we will figure something out. Sometimes I wish we all could co-parent better but oh well. *eats his chicken sandwich* Mmmmm so good.
Niya: I'm sure we'll figure something out…I'm hoping finding a way to help Resosia will help us find…some sort of answer for ourselves.
Vias: Yes, it's gotten so strange lately. Everything has gotten weird.
Niya: I promise I'll let you know when we uncover more about whatever the hell this sickness is. Hopefully you and Onxia can come together and your knowledge can help us pinpoint some sort of answer.
Vias groans from the thought of hearing Onxia's yelling and foul-mouth: Ugh she's so smart but she really has to watch her verbiage. Can't say anything now especially since she's an adult. At least I can't if we are by ourselves. *he finishes eating his sandwich and is just eating his blooming onion slowly* How are you feeling about…us? I know things are hectic but…I want to spend some more time with you..
Niya: Heh don't worry about me, my love. With what's going on with Lassandra I can understand why we haven't had much time..but the school year will start up again soon and we can make time then. I'll wait as long as you need me to.
Vias holds her hand: How come? You don't have to wait. My life is honestly a mess and it just seems to get messier, I don't even know how I can give you what you deserve.
Niya: Because I love you Octavias. I knew this would get messy when we started this but that's okay. I…I just want to see you smile. You're an amazing partner and a wonderful father, you're worth waiting for my darling.
Vias looks like he wants to cry as he smiles very genuinely at her: I…I…I love you too. I'm in love with you Niya. I have been for a very long time and I very much want you in my life. My kids love you and care for you and you have been so thoughtful and patient and…understanding. Most aren't this understanding or would've permanently ended by now but you really are one amazing and wonderful woman, Niya. I really enjoy being with you and I'm glad you enjoy being with me too. *he interlaces his hand with hers and just stares at her* You want to…come to my place in Brevurant? Just for a little while …
Niya: -she kisses his hand- I'd love to. Hehe I can help you settle the girls in and have a..small moment alone with you.
Vias smiles and puts his hand up to get Dre's attention who has slowed his pace now that most of the crowd has dispersed: Dre! Can we get the check please? Just one. *turns back and looks at Niya* Well..let's do that.
Dre brings over the check and Octavias puts down his Drachma Card which Dre scoops up to cash them out. Once he comes back, Octavias stands up with Niya.
Vias: Let's go. Oh we can take my car because I don't think your car is here. Right?
Niya: Nope, Tasia had the town car take us around all day…That or I just flew.
Vias: Would you…like to try to drive my car? Heh. The two of them walk outside as the sun is setting. Wow…it's really nice this time of year. Not too hot yet either.
Niya: -she grins and pulls him to the car- You'd really let me drive~? This is going to be fun~.
Vias gets pulled to the car and pushed up on the passenger's side with Niya's hands rubbing down his chest: Woah! Ni-Niya! Haha you are excited huh? You sure love driving hehe!
Niya: -she lets her hands trail down to his belt and let her claw gently tug at it- I just like going fast that's all~. You drive like a grandma and I have things I want…now. So get in Vias~.
Vias blushes and giggles like a school girl: heheh okay okay. *gets in the car, shuffling a bit but also adjusting himself*
Niya: -she gets in and quickly adjusts all the settings- Ready~? I think I can make it to Brevurant in….20 minutes this time!
Vias looks at her with shock: 2-20 minutes?! I'm ready but I'm not sure if-
Niya: -she grins and floors it, peeling out of the parking lot and flies down the road in the direction of Brevurant deftly weaving in and out of traffic- I think I can do it~.
Vias is holding on to dear life and whiteknuckling, moving from side to side with Niya's aggressive driving.
Vias: Niya! Holy shit! We are going so fast!
Niya: To be honest Vias your car is actually going rather slow, when was the last time you got a tune up?
Vias looked at her with the most "are you joking?" face: Are you serious? You asking that now??
Niya: -she looks over at him as she weaves around two more cars- Of course I am, you need to take care of your car darling.
Vias is having a mini panic attack, looking at Niya as she's looking at him: Niya look at the road! I understand the car, I'll get it tuned up soon just look at the road! Fuck!
Niya: -she looks back at the road and laughs at him- You big baby you worry too much~. I know what I'm doing~!
Vias is still holding on to the side of the door and as she swerves a corner, he falls to the side on Niya's breasts, face just full of them: mmmmmff! *gets back up fast and blushes redder than a tomato* I'm sorry I'm sorry!
Niya: Hahahaha~! You still blush like a school boy when you touch me~, so cute~.
Vias covers his face trying to calm himself: I-No No No I don't!
Niya: I already saw~. Besides, you know you can't hide from me. All that you're feeling is in the air and it tastes delicious~.
Vias groans: ah…okay…*he feels entranced by her, her driving, her voice, her body, her everything, it has him so captivated* I want you to feast on me…
Niya: -she grins at him, her fangs getting a little longer- I intend to my love. -she starts going faster, and they make it to Brevurant in a little over twenty minutes-
As soon as Niya drifts into the driveway and puts the car in park, Octavias leans over and heavily makes out with her for several minutes before they finally get out and compose themselves a bit. The two of them are greeted by four very excited young girls happy to have their father home and ecstatic to see their Nini for the first time in a long time. Niya spends time catching up with them until it's time for bed. Octavias and Niya work together seamlessly to put all four girls down for bed and finally finally have a soft sweet…and steamy moment alone together. Two hours later they're snuggled up to each other with just the bed sheet covering them, thoroughly satisfied now that they could properly indulge in each other. Niya's phone buzzes, as she checks it she sees Natasia has finally gotten both of the boys in bed which she takes as her cue to return home. The two share a few more deep sweet kisses goodbye before Niya gets dressed again and flies off into the night back to her own home to spend the rest of the night with her dearest mate.
