Everyone else had already left, but Uchiha Fugaku hadn't.
"Fugaku, is there something else you need?" Tsunade noticed him lingering and asked proactively.
"Can this Medical Ninjutsu for limb regeneration work on the Sharingan?" Fugaku asked directly.
"Sharingan?" Tsunade paused slightly, then understood. She instinctively looked at Kitazawa.
Although she was the best Medical Ninja in the Ninja World, she hadn't yet mastered limb regeneration herself, so she couldn't answer Fugaku's question.
"No," Kitazawa said with a calm shake of his head. "The current limb regeneration technique can only regenerate ordinary organs."
"It can't now," Fugaku pressed, catching the unspoken meaning in his words, "but does that mean it might be possible in the future?"
"I can try to improve it," Kitazawa replied. "But whether it will succeed, I don't know either."
"That would be troublesome. If it succeeds, our Uchiha Clan would owe you a huge favor," Fugaku said, his voice filled with anticipation.
"I'll do my best," Kitazawa said with a slight smile.
"Hokage-sama, I'll take my leave first." After getting his answer, Fugaku didn't stay long and turned to leave.
"Can it really regenerate Bloodline Limit organs?" Tsunade asked curiously once he was gone.
"It's difficult," Kitazawa admitted honestly. "I'll try when I have time."
He had too many things to handle at the moment, so improving limb regeneration would have to wait.
"It's already quite remarkable that it works for most ninja," Tsunade said with a nod.
Although Konoha had Bloodline Limit ninja, they were ultimately the minority.
"When will the Medical Ninja training class start?" Kitazawa asked, glancing toward Nono and the others, who were still examining Kosuke's condition.
"It depends on your schedule," Tsunade said after a pause, smiling slightly. "You're not going to blame me for suddenly giving you a teaching assignment, are you?"
"Teaching students is my strong suit; a few more won't hurt," Kitazawa said with a playful blink. "But if Lady Tsunade really feels bad about it, you can always compensate me."
"What compensation do you want?" Tsunade raised an eyebrow.
"Let me think." Kitazawa looked at her, his gaze unconsciously falling to her lips.
That previous kiss — because Tsunade had been drinking — carried mostly the scent of alcohol, and he hadn't truly tasted her flavor.
"What are you looking at?" Tsunade's heart skipped, and her beautiful face instantly turned stern.
"I wasn't looking at anything," Kitazawa said quickly, shifting his gaze. "I can't think of anything for now. I'll tell you when I do."
"I do have a compensation I can give you," Tsunade said with a light snort. "I'll teach you the Yin Seal."
On the battlefield between Konoha and the Hidden Mist, she had promised to teach Kitazawa the Yin Seal.
Now that she was Hokage and things had settled, she finally had time to make good on that promise.
When Kitazawa heard the words Yin Seal, he immediately thought of his system mission.
To be fair, he and Tsunade were no different from teacher and student now — so why hadn't the mission been completed yet?
"Lady Tsunade," Kitazawa said after a moment's thought, "can I call you 'Teacher' now?"
"Call me whatever you like," Tsunade replied after a brief silence.
"Tsunade-sensei," Kitazawa said at once, smiling. "When do we begin learning the Yin Seal?"
"Come find me in the afternoon if you're free," Tsunade mused. "I'll try to finish my work in the morning."
"Okay." Kitazawa nodded, then suddenly thought of something. "Tsunade-sensei, how about I teach you limb regeneration?"
"Hm."
Tsunade agreed without much thought. Limb regeneration was a highly practical Medical Ninjutsu — she naturally wanted to learn it.
"I'm going back to my office now. Remember to come find me this afternoon." With that, Tsunade walked down the stairs.
"Nono-senpai." After watching her leave, Kitazawa walked over to the operating table. "How is Senior Kosuke's condition?"
"Very good," Yakushi Nono replied with a smile. "No problems were found during the examination."
"Kosuke-senpai, try walking a few steps," Kitazawa said, turning to him.
Kosuke took a deep breath, placed his feet firmly on the ground, and stood up. A smile spread across his face — after so many years, he was finally standing on his own two legs again.
Slowly, he began to walk. From stiffness to ease, each step filled him with overwhelming emotion.
"Currently, the surgery seems very successful," Kitazawa said thoughtfully. "But for safety, Senior Kosuke, please come to Konoha Hospital for check-ups several times this month."
"Okay, I'll come regularly." Kosuke nodded, then bowed deeply. "Kitazawa, thank you!"
"You're too kind," Kitazawa said quickly, helping him up.
"You deserve it," Kosuke said warmly. "Then I'll be going now — I won't disturb you. I'll come back in a couple of days."
"Senior Nono," Kitazawa said once Kosuke had left, "what are your thoughts on the medical training class for limb regeneration?"
"Learning together isn't realistic — Konoha Hospital needs Medical Jonin on duty," Nono replied gently. "I think we can do it in shifts."
"That's a good idea." Kitazawa nodded approvingly. "Then let's divide them into two groups, alternating their studies. The location will be the Ninja Academy."
"The Ninja Academy?" Nono asked, surprised.
"It's quieter there," Kitazawa explained with a smile. "The main reason is that I also have to teach at the Ninja Academy."
"Alright then," Nono said. "I'll bring the first group of Medical Jonin to the Ninja Academy to find you tomorrow."
"Good." Kitazawa clapped his hands lightly. "Today's surgery was a complete success. Thank you all for watching — you can disperse now."
"Lord Kitazawa, goodbye!" The Medical Ninja bowed and began to leave one after another.
"Sakura, you stay at the hospital to help," Kitazawa instructed, glancing at Sakura and Kabuto. "Kabuto, come back to Anbu with me."
Kabuto nodded, and together, they left Konoha Hospital.

[Current Mission: Before graduation, find a Jonin leader who is stronger in status and ability than Kakashi Hatake.]
[Mission Reward: Rewards will be issued based on the squad leader.]
[Host has completed the mission, rewards are being issued.]
[Because the Host's teacher is Tsunade, the Yin Seal is rewarded.]
Kitazawa, walking down the road, instinctively stopped. Has it finally arrived?
This system mission was definitely the one that had taken him the longest to complete.
A large amount of information suddenly flooded into his mind, and Kitazawa felt his body undergoing subtle changes.
The Yin Seal was, at its core, a Ninjutsu designed for storing chakra.
Training the Yin Seal was divided into two steps.
The first was to create a reservoir on the forehead capable of storing chakra. The second was to compress one's chakra and inject it into the seal.
Once the diamond-shaped mark formed on the forehead, the training was complete.
Kitazawa already possessed Senju blood and had more than six units of chakra — he didn't even need daily accumulation.
With the help of the system, he mastered the Yin Seal in an instant.
The Yin Seal had two primary functions.
One was to store chakra — theoretically, it could store an unlimited amount, as long as one continued to accumulate it.
The second was to regulate chakra throughout the body, achieving a variety of effects — such as strengthening attack power, enhancing physical functions, maintaining youth, and more.
But the Yin Seal alone wasn't enough to become another Tsunade.
The true key lay in Ninja Art Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Seal — an advanced application of the Yin Seal.
When activated, it could automatically heal any injury sustained. To what extent could it heal?
Simply put, during the use of Ninja Art Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Seal, one was practically immortal. Its effect was overwhelmingly powerful.
Kitazawa already possessed Seal-less Healing, and now, with Creation Rebirth: Strength of a Hundred Seal, his regenerative power rivaled that of Senju Hashirama himself.
"Teacher Kitazawa?" Kabuto noticed him suddenly stop and looked at him in confusion.
"Keep going," Kitazawa said calmly.
He tugged down his Konoha headband, covering the diamond-shaped mark formed by the Yin Seal.
Still, it was easily noticeable — he would have to add a sealing technique later. The Yin Seal couldn't be exposed yet.
If people knew he had mastered it immediately after Tsunade's lesson, it would be too shocking.
The best approach was to pretend to be learning it gradually, and then reveal it later.
Kitazawa and Kabuto soon returned to Anbu — not the office within the Hokage Building, but the separate Anbu base next door.
The base consisted of two buildings and a training ground.
"Lord Kitazawa," an Anbu ninja greeted, approaching. "I'm Gazeru, a squad leader of the Anbu."
Kitazawa nodded slightly.
Gazeru— she had even appeared in the original work. She wasn't just a squad leader but also one of Tsunade's Hokage Guards.
"Since this is your first time here, I'll take you to your office," Antelope said politely, gesturing forward. "This way, please."
"Thank you," Kitazawa replied, following her upstairs.
Before long, they arrived at a simple but functional office.
"If you need anything, just call us," Gazeru said before turning to leave.
"Kabuto, are you getting used to being in the Anbu?" Kitazawa asked, glancing around the room.
"It's quite good," Kabuto replied evenly.
The Anbu operated directly under the Hokage — naturally, its rules were strict and its demands high.
But Kabuto had come from Root. For him, this level of discipline was almost relaxing. Torune was the same.
Only Uchiha Izumi seemed somewhat unaccustomed to the Anbu's high-intensity operations.
"That's good." Kitazawa picked up a document from the desk — it was a report on recent Anbu recruitment.
Because of the large number of applicants, seven rounds of assessments had already been conducted, and many had passed the strength test.
He counted — there were more than fifty names. That made it hard to choose.
Kitazawa frowned slightly, lost in thought as he studied the list of those who had passed.
"Kitazawa-sensei," Kabuto suddenly said, remembering something. "Asuma-senpai mentioned that the Anbu needs four people for a mission, but we're still short one."
"I've been quite busy lately," Kitazawa said after a brief pause. "How about this — I'll find someone to lead you."
The first person who came to mind was Itachi.
Kitazawa's team already included Uchiha Izumi. As a fellow Uchiha, Itachi surely wouldn't refuse.
Moreover, Izumi's strength had reached a bottleneck — she was close to awakening her Three-Tomoe Sharingan. More missions might just push her over that edge.
Still, relying on Itachi to lead them every time wasn't a permanent solution. He had his own team, after all.
Kitazawa thought perhaps he could recruit someone else — someone like the Ice Release ninja, Haku.
Since Zabuza Momochi hadn't yet defected from the Hidden Mist Village, Kitazawa couldn't encounter Haku there.
Haku was likely still wandering somewhere. With proper training, his Bloodline Limit could easily elevate him to Jonin level.
And most importantly, Haku was loyal.
"Go call Itachi," Kitazawa said finally.
He no longer hesitated. His "trusted subordinate" system mission already had a clear solution.
He picked up a pen and circled eight names on the recruitment list.
There were twelve Anbu vacancies this time. Kabuto, Torune, and Uchiha Izumi already occupied three.
He decided to leave one position open — and selected eight others.
Kitazawa's selection method was simple: one each from the Uchiha, Hyuga, Sarutobi, one from Ino–Shika–Chō, one Aburame, and one Inuzuka.
Overall, it was very fair — everyone was taken care of.
Except for the Shimura Clan.
The Shimura Clan held considerable power in Konoha Village and was an elder Ninja clan that had joined Konoha since its founding.
But because of Danzo, Kitazawa had no good impression of them; not settling accounts with them was already him being magnanimous.
"Kitazawa-sama." Itachi walked in.
"Itachi, there's something I need your help with."
Kitazawa explained the situation with Yakushi Kabuto and the others and hoped he could take them on missions when he had time.
"No problem." Itachi agreed without hesitation.
"Thank you, Itachi." Kitazawa expressed his gratitude and said, "You help me lead them for this period, and it will stop once I find new teammates."
"It's a small matter." Itachi suddenly showed a hesitant expression.
"Is something wrong?" Kitazawa raised an eyebrow and asked.
"There is something." Itachi hesitated for two seconds and said, "My father approached me two days ago; he wants the Uchiha Clan to return to their original compound."
Kitazawa understood immediately. The Uchiha Clan wanted to return to the center of power.
However, this was also normal. If they remained on the outskirts of Konoha Village forever, they would never produce a Hokage.
This matter was both difficult and not difficult.
Now that Tsunade had just become Hokage, some appointments would change.
If someone from the Uchiha Clan could enter the Hokage's secretariat or the Hokage Guard, their return to their original compound wouldn't be far off.
[As a future Hokage, balance the various forces of Konoha Village.]
[Current Mission: Help the Uchiha Clan return to their original compound and gain their friendship.]
[Mission Reward: Izanagi.]
[Do you accept?]
Kitazawa's eyes widened involuntarily. It was Izanagi?
He had seen Izanagi many times during his battle with Danzo. As long as there were enough Sharingan, this was an invincible resurrection skill.
And Kitazawa just happened to have Sharingan. He had plundered them from Danzo— a total of four.
Although Kitazawa didn't like to change his eyes, when it came to life-and-death situations, there was no need to be so particular.
Izanagi could definitely be called a life-saving divine skill.
"The relocation of the Uchiha Clan was an order given by the Third Hokage-sama at a Jonin meeting."
Kitazawa thought for a moment and said, "Now, if they want to move back, it also needs to pass through a Jonin meeting."
"It will be difficult for the Uchiha Clan to get the support of so many Jonin." Itachi sighed inwardly and said.
"That is indeed a problem." Kitazawa already had an idea, but he didn't say it directly.
After all, if something was too easy to accomplish, he wouldn't get the Uchiha Clan's heartfelt gratitude.
"This matter still needs long-term planning." Kitazawa continued, "Although my teacher is the Hokage, she cannot act unilaterally. I will find a way to resolve this."
"Thank you, Kitazawa-sama!" Itachi was stunned for a moment, then quickly expressed his gratitude.
He hadn't expected Kitazawa to actually be willing to help their Uchiha Clan. After all, the difficulty of this matter was indeed very high.
Just as Kitazawa said, even if Tsunade agreed, other Ninja clans and Jonin would not — because the Uchiha Clan had been too assertive in the past and had offended many people.
"It's nothing. You've helped me so many times, it's my turn to help you once." Kitazawa said with a slight smile.
Itachi couldn't help but be taken aback, thinking that Kitazawa was truly an honest person...

Hidden Rain Village, Land of Rain.
Even though it was almost June, the weather here remained unchanged — continuous gloomy rain.
Konan glanced at Deva Path Pain standing on the tall tower and walked into the rain. She used her Chakra to block the falling raindrops and successfully arrived at her destination — a house not far from the tall tower.
"Kakuzu, how have things been recently?" Konan pushed open the door and walked in.
Sitting in the living room was a male Ninja with a masked face. He was holding an old book and flipping through it.
"Alright." Kakuzu said casually, "I've completed three more bounties, earning twenty million ryo."
"Have there been any changes in the Ninja World?" Konan nodded and asked again.
"Konoha Village has a new Hokage; Tsunade has become the Fifth Hokage." Kakuzu thought for a moment and said.
He was active in the underground black market, and major events like the change of Kage in the Five Great Villages had naturally spread far and wide long ago.
Tsunade, huh? Konan sighed inwardly.
She also thought of her teacher, Jiraiya. But with Yahiko's death, they were destined to become enemies with Konoha Village.
Just then, the ground swelled, and a White Zetsu appeared before them.
"White Zetsu, do you have any new intelligence?" Konan snapped out of her thoughts and asked.
"Tsunade's student Kitazawa has created a Medical Ninjutsu for Limb regeneration." White Zetsu replied.
"What did you say?" Konan's gaze sharpened involuntarily.
"Are you sure?" Kakuzu also looked at it and asked, "How can there be such a Medical Ninjutsu as limb regeneration?"
"Absolutely true." White Zetsu explained, "Kitazawa publicly performed an operation, helping a Ninja named Kosuke recover his left leg."
Konan subconsciously clenched her fists, then quickly released them. She stood rooted to the spot, lost in thought.
Would limb regeneration be useful for Nagato? Years ago, they fell into Hanzo's trap, and Nagato's legs were crippled by an explosion.
Afterward, seeing Yahiko's death, he summoned the Gedo Mazo in a fit of rage, which resulted in a massive drain of his Chakra and life force.
Now, Nagato's legs were completely useless, and his body was emaciated.
Konan felt she should make a trip to Konoha Village. Coincidentally, she and Kitazawa had met once before.
