Chapter 42 - 42 The Bet's Conclusion

Teeradon's pleased smile at seeing Wittawin waiting at the villa's entrance twisted into a scowl the moment he heard what the young man said.

He wanted to leap forward and squeeze the neck of this 'little dolphin' of his.

"It's entirely possible you hired that man to come out with you," Wittawin said with a poker face.

"You cunning little—you're the most devious person alive!" Teeradon sputtered.

"Yeah, yeah, just like you're not cunning at all," Wittawin countered.

"The moment I walked into that pub, people were already looking me. Just a glance left and right and I could find someone interested in me. Mind you, I didn't even mention who I am—didn't say I own Kunanon Brewery and The Dazzle. I simply said I was staying at Palm Beach Resort, in the Palm Beach Villa Grand Suite, here for a weekend getaway. Lounging around during the day, then taking the yacht out for afternoon cruises. That's all it took for that guy to be interested. Truth is, I didn't even need to mention where I was staying or that I drive a yacht. Just this pretty face alone—haven't even shown off my body yet—and I could snag myself a knight."

"You're still using money to buy them, same as always. Dangling your wealth as bait," Wittawin pursed his lips after listening to Teeradon's lengthy speech.

"Do you remember our bet? Recite it for me, Wittawin. Or are you a cheater with a poor memory? I figured you'd pull something like this. You want to be absolutely sure, don't you, that I actually got that tough, intense, manly guy? I even took a video. Want to see it?" Teeradon's voice turned steely as he pulled out his phone.

"Crazy. What kind of perverted nonsense—"

"When playing with you, I have to be thorough." Teeradon raised his phone, poised to show Wittawin. "So what do you say, Wittawin? Recite our promise. I remember we agreed: if I can't do it, I'll never bother you again for the rest of my life. But if I succeed..."

Teeradon raised an eyebrow, waiting for Wittawin's response.

"I'll sleep with you," Wittawin bit out.

"Then please, what are we waiting for?" Teeradon gestured for Wittawin to enter the luxurious villa.

Wittawin pursed his lips, scowled, then walked into the opulent Palm Beach Villa. The space was so vast he couldn't help but glance around in wonder.

"Don't waste time admiring the pool and gardens. Don't think about soaking in the atmosphere. The bedroom's over there. Hurry up," Teeradon urged.

So eager to sleep with me, aren't you? Fine then. Sleep we shall...

Finding this amusing, Wittawin immediately peeled off his t-shirt, revealing his bare torso to Teeradon's stunned gaze.

"Wittawin—"

Teeradon stood frozen, staring at the fair-skinned young man with dark brows, a prominent nose, and red lips—the person he'd seen once and couldn't stop thinking about ever since. Now standing before him, showing off his smooth, clean, fair chest, tilting his head with a challenging look.

Teeradon swallowed hard, his eyes drinking in Wittawin's image, reluctant to look anywhere else. But his mind commanded his gaze to drift lower, taking in the flat stomach and smooth pale skin of the person he used to call 'little monkey' in his head, now transformed into 'little dolphin.'

Damn it, he just licked his lips...

Wittawin, do you understand the look I'm giving you? I'm staring at your lower half, which means take off your pants too. And turn around so I can see your ass...

Wittawin seemed to understand Teeradon's gaze. The young man unbuckled his belt, then the button, and made to unzip his jeans...

Teeradon's jaw dropped.

Oh God, I might faint...

The man waiting to watch this 'striptease' felt his heart racing harder than ever before. Desire surged through him, nearly beyond control. Teeradon had been with countless people, but Wittawin affected him the most!

He couldn't understand why!

"Wait a moment. I remember we bet that I would sleep with you. Is that right?" Wittawin broke the silence.

"Khun Teeradon." Wittawin called to the other man standing motionless and speechless. When he heard his name, Teeradon nodded slowly.

"Sleep we shall, but just sleep. You're absolutely forbidden from touching my body. A bet is a bet, a promise is a promise. Whatever we agreed to, that's what it will be."

I want to kill Wittawin so badly...

"Devious. Absolutely devious," Teeradon ground out through clenched teeth.

"With you, it has to be this way. You said you wanted to sleep with me, so I'll keep that promise. I hope you're truly a player and man enough." Wittawin's voice was stern. "If you break your promise, we never have to see each other again."

Maybe the first bet would have been better—one kiss. But someone as devious as Wittawin would probably find an excuse to weasel out. Like 'one kiss doesn't necessarily mean on the lips, you know. A kiss anywhere will do. I'll let you kiss the back of my hand and we'll call it even...'

"Fine." Teeradon nodded and started removing his own shirt. "I like to sleep undressed. You can sleep in those jeans if you want. Come on then. Why are you standing there? I'm getting sleepy."

I'll let you win for now. Sleep is sleep. At least we'll be tossing and turning, rubbing against each other a bit. Under the same blanket...

Damn it, Teeradon. Next time you need to be more thorough. Maybe even draft a written contract. With Wittawin, you have to hold tight, squeeze firm, never let him slip away...

Pamorn stumbled out of the pub, looking around for Wittawin but not finding him. He started to head back inside to continue the fun, but suddenly felt like wanting to have some little fun.

"Win's disappeared. We were in the pub together, I turned around for a second, and he was gone. Who knows where he's run off to sleep with some stranger," Pamorn said in a flat tone, then had to quickly pull the phone away from his ear as the person on the other end shouted.

"…"

"How would I know? I'm not his babysitter to watch him all the time," Pamorn raised his voice.

"…"

"But he might have gone back to the hotel already. He seemed drunk, but when Win's drunk, he's really adorable. Damn it—droopy eyes, red lips, always smiling slightly, and his cheeks get so flushed. If I saw him walking around all tipsy by the roadside, hey, I wouldn't be afraid of jail. I'd drag him into my car and have my way with him to my heart's content," Pamorn said with a grin, then pulled the phone away again.

"…"

"Easy there, my friend. Hold on, I'll call the hotel in case Win made it back. But he might not answer because he's probably busy sleeping with someone. Uh, I mean, he's probably just sleeping. He looked pretty out of it, so he probably jumped straight into bed once he got to his room," Pamorn smiled as he imagined the scene.

"…"

"Baramee, don't worry about it. Win's clever—he can take care of himself. But going back to the hotel alone without me as company, why are you so worried about him?" Pamorn consoled the person in Bangkok.

"…"

"Well, I was having fun. Like I said, I turned around and he'd just vanished. He probably didn't want anyone to know what he was doing with whom or where," Pamorn chuckled softly.

"…"

"That's enough. I have to go—my one night stand is waiting." Pamorn quickly hung up after riling up Baramee, knowing the other man would frantically call Wittawin at the hotel until the phone lines burned and the resort's night operator wouldn't get a moment's peace.

But no matter how many times you call, you won't get to talk to Wittawin, Baramee. Because Win is busy in someone's bedroom...

Wittawin stood looking at himself in the mirror, deep in thought. Now he wasn't sure if he'd made the right decision coming with Teeradon. Previously, faced with something like this, he would have decided immediately to run away and refuse any involvement with Teeradon. But this time felt strange, and he didn't understand himself either.

Teeradon pursues him relentlessly, doing far more than necessary. He only wanted to flirt for fun—there was no need for such excessive investment. But then again, rich people probably do extravagant things out of habit...

"Wittawin, sleep on the bed, not in the bathroom. When are you coming out?" Teeradon's voice called through the door with gentle knocking.

Wittawin sighed, unwrapped his towel, grabbed his clothes and put them back on, then opened the bathroom door. But he had to turn his face away instinctively when he saw Teeradon standing there in nothing but white underwear.

"I waited for you to shower until I got sleepy. You were in there forever. Haven't you showered yet? Are you planning to sleep all sticky?"

"I already showered. Please, go ahead." Wittawin stepped aside. Teeradon raised an eyebrow and looked down at the person who had finished showering from head to toe, chuckling softly in his throat before hooking his underwear with one finger and sliding it down without ceremony.

Seriously? Is Wittawin really going to sleep fully dressed in a t-shirt and jeans? Don't even think about it. One way or another, I'll get him to take those clothes off...

Wait a minute, little red-cheeked dolphin. When you're shy like this, you look even cuter than before. Maybe Wittawin does have some feelings for me after all...

"Acting all shy," Teeradon murmured and walked into the bathroom without closing the door, then started humming softly in a good mood, thinking that since Wittawin wanted to play games with him like this, he'd play back and make it fun—because he wanted to see Wittawin blush again.

Soon you'll get to see a handsome guy like Teeradon fully naked with your own eyes. Let's see—if you don't fall for Teeradon, then so be it...
