Chapter 41 - 21 After Hours

Sarayoot lay sprawled and breathless, his chest rising and falling in rapid succession before he startled at the movement above him. The man perched on his stomach shifted again, pressing down with delicious Though he'd returned to the hotel, but Toey had followed because he couldn't bear the longing any longer. Sarayoot had mentioned they'd just seen each other at dusk, but Toey argued that was merely the warm-up—this was the real deal.

Heavy. Heated. Fierce in ways he'd never experienced before.

"I'm the happiest I've ever been, Khun Yoot." Toey's voice came out husky as he nuzzled Sarayoot's ear, teeth grazing the sensitive skin.

"Good," Sarayoot replied curtly.

"Good? What does that mean? Are you happy too?" Toey pressed, curiosity lacing his tone.

"Yes."

"You're being short with me again." The young secretary lifted his head with a mock pout, studying the man whose hair was usually perfectly combed but now lay tousled against the pillow, his sharp features glistening with sweat despite the air conditioning running full blast.

"I'm happy. You can see just how much."

"I never would have guessed that someone so quiet, so stern and cold as you could be so... passionate." Toey smiled, remembering their two encounters tonight—the first at dusk, tender and gentle, but the second after midnight had burned like wildfire.

"I'm not playing games with you, Khun Yoot. I'm serious. Please don't see me as just a toy, just someone to pass time with. If that's all this is, I'd be heartbroken beyond repair. I've never met anyone who captivated me like this before." Toey's voice turned pleading as his fingers traced light patterns across Sarayoot's chest.

"Okay," Sarayoot answered tersely again.

"What do you think about... us?"

"I..." Sarayoot faltered. Something flickered through his mind unexpectedly, making him hesitate before answering the slender young man lying atop him.

"You're not thinking anything about me at all. You're completely speechless," Toey said with feigned sulkiness.

"That's not it. I just..." Sarayoot searched for the right words. "You know I'm not good with words."

"Then don't say anything yet. I won't rush you. I know I'm too direct sometimes, but I'm an open book—I say what I think. I'm terrible at playing games. I just hope you can see my sincerity and take what happened between us tonight to think about." The earnest young secretary spoke gently. "But if you don't want to be with me anymore, just tell me straight. I'd rather know now, before I fall so deep I can't climb back out."

"Don't say things like that." Sarayoot's voice softened as he rolled them over, cradling Toey in his arms and pressing soft kisses across his face. "I'm not that kind of person."

"I know. I'm a good judge of character. You're good, mature, responsible, serious, and you know what's right for you. And I'm sure you can see my sincerity. I want to tell you I love you with all my heart, but I want to be certain first. This is all happening so fast—I don't want you to think I'm easy or worthless. But I'm following my heart. Soon, I believe this heart will be confident in love without any doubt." The young man, steady in his affection, stretched up to kiss Sarayoot's chin before burying his face in the crook of his neck. "What about your heart, Khun Yoot? Could you consider me?"

"Yes," Sarayoot answered briefly, holding Toey tighter.

I'm thinking about it. Give me some time, Khun Toey. I'm considering everything...

For a split second, Wittawin wanted to flee from Teeradon right now and hide where this self-absorbed man couldn't find him. In less than twenty minutes, the man who thought himself more handsome and charming than anyone had emerged from the pub with a striking, hunky young man—so confident and bold it was almost unbelievable.

Teeradon raised an eyebrow and walked straight toward Wittawin, introducing the intense-looking man walking practically shoulder-to-shoulder with him.

"Win, let me introduce you to Khun Wittawin. Similar names too. Khun Wittawin, this is Khun Ashwin, my new friend." Teeradon smiled brilliantly before turning to Ashwin. "Khun Wittawin is my business partner. We just signed a major deal—high value too."

Ashwin expressed surprise that someone as young-looking as Wittawin was already a national-level businessman.

"I thought you'd just graduated," Ashwin said.

"Khun Win graduated high school ages ago," Teeradon quickly interjected with light laughter, his eyes sparkling as he looked at the 'recent graduate.'

"I'm turning 28 soon," Wittawin replied evenly.

Teeradon's eyebrows shot up, momentarily stunned by Wittawin's age.

"Same age as me, but I look older," Ashwin laughed.

"Different styles. You have that bold, intense look, but Khun Wittawin's style is..."

Say something nice, Teeradon...

Wittawin found himself holding his breath, waiting to hear what Teeradon would say. But the man simply stopped mid-sentence and changed the subject entirely.

"I think it's getting late. Time to sleep. Khun Wittawin must be tired—you'll want to get back to your hotel, right?" Teeradon's voice carried concern, but his eyes flashed with an almost possessive gleam as he turned back to Ashwin with a wide smile. "Where are you staying, Win?"

"White Sand Resort. Single room," Ashwin answered with a grin.

Where are you staying, Win? White Sand Resort, single room...

Both of you are so annoying…

"Khun Wittawin is staying at Palm Beach Resort, the Palm Beach Villa grand suite." Teeradon told Ashwin but turned to face Wittawin. "Sleep well—I mean, rest comfortably."

Teeradon spoke to Wittawin with gentle tones and a smiling face, but those roguish eyes held a demanding intensity, as if to emphasize: Wait for me there at my grand suite. Don't you dare go anywhere.

"One more hour, and we'll meet. Don't be a coward and run away on me," Teeradon whispered, slipping a key card into Wittawin's hand before hurrying off with the intense young man. They walked side by side into the dim shadows of the beachside road. Soon, the rumble of an engine starting echoed and faded into the night.
