"You are mine!" His possessiveness makes Daela's face flush with heat.
The intensity of the dragon's gaze threatens to devour her, and Daela feels the urge to hide from this fierce presence.
Everything about this dominant beast is similar to those creatures from the old tales. The musky smell of wood and ancient earth is heavy in the air, making Daela's nostrils burn uncomfortably.
How long has this dragon lived in these mountains? Has he been alone for so long that he cannot resist but capture the first female that wanders through his path?
No doubt, many females would want a dominant dragon like him.
There is no way he would want a fae, a weak human mixed-breed at that, everyone knows that dragons and Fae bloods do not get along due to centuries of rivalry.
Maybe if she tells him about his choices - he may change his mind.
She doubts that it's her beauty that captured this ancient dragon.
