I need to decide on how to distribute those 20 free attributes points of mine and i need to decide fast too .
Should i continue to put them on Comprehension or should i increase my Spirit and Spirituality a bit more , i could also try to enhance my strength a bit more since i can pretty much turn the skill on and off when i decide to .
But the risk of this leading to my ejection was pretty much still there, and i don't see a point in doing something like this since my strength would explosively increase the moment that i held a sword in my hand allowing me to get a huge boost in strength without even the need to use the Obsidian Armor skill .
So the difficult choice i currently had is either Comprehension or more magical related attributes like Spirit and Spirituality , both won't actually attributes much to my current strength but Comprehension might allow me to cope with a variety of situations without much problem, or i believe so at least .
I guess that's where i'm going to distribute those free attributes points, hopefully we find a solution soon for my incapability of using the free attributes points to increase my strength , or i could just destroy the World's Will that could be enough to fix my problem ~rattle~ ~rattle~ so it was actually able to sense my malicious intent.
I began to see the clear sky above us beginning to form clouds and the rattling sound of thunder was echoing until i decided that i probably should put a stop to this and withdraw my malicious intent since i won't do something this reckless without understanding what was at stake here and what could be possibly the outcome and the consequences of such an action .
I suddenly felt someone staring at me with clear hostility i was from on top of the city walls that were now behind us, i turned to see who was giving me such a malicious eyes and i was surprised to find out that one of those who were maliciously looking at me was actually a familiar figure .
I said one of because as i turned i actually noted that there was others giving me the same malicious eyes and from different sort of directions but they were all from those who was standing on top of the wall, a bunch of high ranking Adventurers , in addition to a a summoned hero from the previous batch the hero Nodie Yamada .
He glanced at me and grinned but it wasn't a nice to meet you grin it was a grin filled with grudge and vengeance, who rubbed this guy sore spot and what was he going to get revenge from me for , instead it should be the one who should be asking for revenge was me .
Especially for the stunt he pulled off when we just arrived here in this world and he appeared to be so smug about using his Presence against a newbie like myself at that time, yes the thing that idiotic guy used then was Presence one of the advanced application of Battle Aura .
I need to search for some books related to that power system to try use my raw strength more accurately and to do more damage even when i'm fully controlling my strength and the foremost reason was that i found the power system to be pretty cool , do i really need any other reason .
Seeing that he already gave me a welcoming gesture i thought that it will be quite rude not to answer him back with a grateful gesture of my own .
So i grinned sheepishly in his direction and raised my fist towards him and pointed at my middle finger's knuckle in a greeting like gesture to him .
I don't know why he got all agitated suddenly for , i saw him tightening his grip on his spear as if he was just about to lash out and i was actually kinda looking forward to him doing something so reckless, since if he do this, he will give a chance to release some of my accumulated frustration, and i really need somewhere to let loose some of this frustration that i have , sadly my wish won't be granted .
As just as my taunting was about to succeed in getting him to attack, i sensed as if something was trying to emerge from the surrounding space, and my feelings were correct, a familiar magical circle suddenly appeared behind the idiot of a hero and the moment it appeared, the bustling voices in the surroundings all quietened down and the whole scene went quite as if the whole world came to a halt , the only sound that was audible was the activation sound of the said magical circle as it suddenly flashed with light then it disappeared .
In its place laid now a portal that looked almost identical to the one that engulfed us back when i was at the Teleportation Hall but was more smaller and from the looks of it it actually appeared to a bit more stable too, from the said portal came out a blonde haired guy that i'm very much familiar with as he patted that Yamada on the shoulder while he stared at me in the eyes and said with a smile that for some reason disgusted me to the point that my stomach began to churn as he said :
Easy there hero Yamada, please compose yourself a bit more, we won't be having internal fighting at this time especially when the monsters raid is already upon us , hope you understand what am i trying to say .
Yamada : your highness, sorry for any inconveniences that i caused , i will be more careful from now on , Yamada hurriedly bowed down and said before all the people bow down and some were even knelling as they all chanted Hail To The Crown prince , all bowed excluding me .
His appearance alone shifted the whole atmosphere and this time the chanting was actually sincere, and just by looking at the expression that the people around me have, i was beginning to doubt by my previous conclusion but the churning in my stomach at his words only confirmed one thing something was wrong with that crown prince Ogo .
His voice wasn't loud, actually it was quite the opposite yet, i believe everyone heard it loud and clear as if he imprinted whatever he wanted to say directly into our minds , A SSS Rank figure indeed .
He stared at me and i completely forgot about Yamada and stared at him back challengingly and while i was patiently waiting for what his reaction might be or what will be his next move but one thing was certain, he already got my massage .
Since both of our eyes never broke the contact , we were able to understand each other quite a bit more, we were both smiling but it certainly didn't mean that we were enjoying this, i believe that i was beginning to quite enjoy this but i believe that he wasn't even a little bit amused .
Suddenly i felt a tug on my taterd clothes and saw that the old man beside me was twitching his eyebrows at me as if wondering why wasn't i bowing like everyone else was and i just shook my head at him but didn't explain in detail or more likely couldn't .
I can't just tell him that i'm a hero summoned from another world nor can i tell him that i didn't even bow to his father the king not to mention him a crown prince , not to mention that i'm pretty much the strongest human here , shaking my head should be quite enough as answer for him to leave me be .
The moment i broke our eye contact and just as i was about to start a new staring contest, i felt as if something cold was suddenly attached to my chest and something heavy was being put on top of my heart but it was only for just a second, then everything went back to normal , but whatever that happened a second ago wasn't something normal .
I checked myself wholeheartedly to see if there was anything wrong with my then i took a breath of relief and concluded that i was very much the same as before and whatever he was trying to do, ended up failing .
So i raised my head and just unleashed my Aura Of The Strong and Obsidian Armor for merely a second and that teleportation portal that was behind him was beginning to shake like as if it was going to collapse soon and this was just me using my full power for a friction of second, that would tell him not mess with me, i looked at him and he actually was looking quite stunned but he was weirdly looking to the side but his lips was still moving as if he was possessed or something, but then a voice came from the portal interrupted all that was going on .
Voice 2 : would you die if you stopped showing off like that for even a day , move you are blocking the end and the exit of the Teleportation gate, hurry up and move already .
Another voice that sounded quite familiar too but i can't seem to remember where did i hear it before .
Voice 3 : please your highness, watch your language when taking with his highness .
Another familiar voice and weirdly enough, they were both feminine voices and i can swear that they sounded more and more familiar the longer they spoke.
Voice 2 : ugh, but he is stopping us from passing through, Reince figure out a solution or i will do it myself .
Reince like as in the saintess Reince but the only girl that could speak with Reince with such a commanding tone and was a girl was none other than that princess Trina .
Suddenly the portal behind the crown prince moved to the side and and it expanded and a few familiar figures began to appear from it, the other 3 comrades of that Yamada , the princess Trina, the saintess and two Kibas, the idiot uncle and nephew .
The moment the princess appeared, the people greeted her with chanting as well as they were still bowing like before .
I was still staring at the direction of the crown prince , but a sudden voice appeared in my mind in a magical way forcing my sight to drift towards the princess , she waved at me while smiling as Reince stood behind her .
The content of telepathic massage that i just got from the princess was :
Glad to see that you are doing well, hero Ryuu.
And the reason why was she able to notice me in the crowd this quickly was actually quite simple, i was the only person on the battlefield that was still standing normally and neither bowing nor kneeling .
I nod at her and shuttled with my sight between the rest of the familiar faces that were able to recognize me as well, the two Kibas were clad in a remarkable looking armor were the first to notice me after the princess waved at me and their reactions to me being here were quite remarkable to say the least , they both looked at me like as if i was some ghost that was here to hunt them .
Reince on the other hand looked at me with some remorse that was quite apparent on her face, i just brushed it off since it doesn't really mean much now that things have already came this far and i wasn't really upset with her that much anyway , but i'm more genuinely curious about if she knew something about whether my speculations were true or false .
Next was the other three heroes from the previous summoned batch, Yakima Shiru who i still owe a debt of gratitude to this day, Genji Sakamoto i don't really know much about him other than him appearing to be an easy going fellow and with the equipment he currently have on i believe him to be a power archer , lastly the only female hero among the four heroes Mizuhara Aki which i got to know from Rickan that she was the sword saintess and was even able to feel a faint threatening aura coming from the sheath that was strapped to her waist .
I bowed in the direction of Shiru as he was the person that i could say to have interacted with the most out of those three guys and he replied with a bow and a nod of his own but his complexion seem a bit paler than before as if something was bothering him , but just as i was about to go and ask him if he needed some help, i saw a sword light coming from the wall and aiming at my head .
I slapped that incoming sword light attack and shattered it directly without any difficulties and looked at the initiator of that attack just now Kiba Akiho , still smiling as before, but my smile was currently more provocative than before , i really miss having a sword or else i would have shown him his place .
He looked as if he swallowed a fly and sheathed his sword back and i saw that the princess were going to berate him but just as she was about to talk, we began to hear the sounds of horns being blown coming from the distance ahead .
The princess looked at her brother who still engrossed in whatever he was doing and give the orders for the people to rise up and get in position .
The earth beneath us continued to tremble and the sounds of the horns were getting closer and closer, each time the horn was blown i felt the morality of the people around me got more and more weaker which was a bit weird to see at first but i reminded myself that most of those guys were of low ranking and was only treated as a cannon fodder at most , a few seconds later i was beginning to saw some huge shadow like silhouettes beginning to appear accompanied by some weird mist and then they actually stopped moving as if waiting for something or someone .
From the black mist came a colossal green figure that when it appeared i almost fell to the ground out of pure shock, it was the Goblin Lord that i got news about his successfully escape a minutes ago Javo , but he has grown more in size and his aura was flickering more intensively than before .
The moment that Goblin Lord appeared, the moral of the people in the area which was already getting weaker by the second, completely shattered and instead of continue being dispirited they were now completely desperate , as if they were already seeing the soon to be end .
Humans, killllll .
Javo give what i presumed to be the signal to start the attack, since the swarms of monsters began to sprint towards us with so much aggression apparent in their eyes .
No, i don't want to be here, i don't want to die .
Soon some of the demoralized people began to flee in the direction of the city but the moment they turned their head, they were shot at by the guards at the city walls, i put on my mask and moved in a swift motion and parred those attacks for them and then said loudly for all of those guys to hear :
There's no going back for you guys and you already know your fate if you tried to flee from the battle, so we have one choice and that's to fight, if you trust me i will make sure that everyone of you can get back to his home safe and sound, what would you say ?.
I was able to see that my words were calming them to some extent , but i then heard someone from the crowd saying :
Why would we even trust you , heck who even are you ? .
He was one of the guys that had released malicious intent towards me earlier, but i'm pretty much sure that i never met this guy , but i still replied to him in a tone that was filled with confidence saying :
Follow my lead you live , it's as easy as that and do you really have that much of a choice .
I finished saying while pointing at the city walls some distance behind us and all of them stayed silent before sounds of approval began to echo from all around me , a battle to be remembered, i will make this battle a battle to be remembered for a long and a great amount of time .
I then heard a swoosh sound coming from behind me and the moment i turned i saw a hill like rock formation coming directly towards me accompanied by the yelling voice of the Goblin Lord Javo screaming on top of his lungs :
