Chapter 51 - the one they chose

The girl died ? Then what happened to Rustom

After losing the girl, Rustam fell into deep depression.

With clenched eyes, Parashu asked, "Then where is Rustam now?"

There was another girl—someone who had liked Rustam for a long time. During Rustam's darkest days, she stood by his side. But Rustam's mother didn't like that girl—because she wasn't conventionally beautiful.

So what did Rustam do then?

He didn't say a word to anyone.

He simply chose the girl who stayed by his side when no one else did.

Against his mother's wishes, against everyone's opinions—he chose loyalty over beauty.

And for the first time in a long time…

Rustam smiled again.

Rustam and that girl disappeared from everyone's life.

They walked away from it all—quietly.

What remained was the story of Rustam's bravery…

A tale never to be forgotten.

Far from war, far from the dream of peace,

there existed only the two of them—

just Rustam and her,

lost in a world of their own.

So… what happened to Shivam?

He stayed.

He kept fighting—through every battle, every loss.

He never found the girl he once loved again.

But he never let that stop him either.

Shivam became the one others looked up to—the quiet strength in every storm.

He trained harder, rose faster, and earned the respect of even the toughest generals.

But at night, when the campfires burned low,

he would sometimes stare at the stars in silence…

…as if still waiting for someone

who was never coming back.

Then where is Shivam now?

Why don't we see him anymore?

Master Vishma paused for a moment—his eyes distant.

"He's out there… beyond the borders.

Assigned to missions no one talks about.

The kind of missions where only ghosts return… if they return at all."

He looked at Parashu.

"Shivam chose the path of sacrifice.

He walks in the shadows now—not for glory, not for praise…

but because someone has to."

And then he added softly—

"Some warriors protect the world.

Shivam protects the parts we pretend don't exist."

There is a girl now—someone who's with Shivam.

She didn't come from a perfect love story…

But she stayed.

She accepted the truth, the past, the pain.

And Shivam, after everything, chose to stay with her.

They live far away now,

out of reach, out of sight.

All we have left…

are memories of Shivam and Rustam—

and the unbreakable stories of their battles,

their friendship,

their sacrifices…

Legends carved not in stone,

but in the hearts of those who remember.
