"This could've been an email," complained Ryle as he pushed the accelerator on the Jeep and increased his speed.
The road to Ash City ribboned through hilly forests.
Streetlights? None. It was darker than Satan's butthole.
"What are you bitching about? I'm here, too," said Reeve. "I swear Rane rigs rock-paper-scissors."
"He always wins." Ryle frowned. "Now he gets alone time with Cassie while we play detective."
"Hey!" yelled Reeve. "Watch out!"
