At the barbecue restaurant.
"Not bad, I appreciate you, but there's one more thing you must pay attention to," Satoru said, nodding in approval as he saw Kiba's fighting spirit.
"Pay attention to what?" Kiba was lost in Satoru's praises, especially with Akamaru's adoring gaze nearby.
"What will you do if your classmates, just like you, keep shouting about wanting to be Hokage?" Satoru didn't answer directly.
Kiba: "Impossible, I'm the only Hokage."
He thought about it again, he was still young, not grown up yet, and then said, "Then what should I do?"
His little brain's CPU couldn't keep up.
"So smart, I didn't expect you to be so humble and willing to ask questions at just four years old. Truly worthy of a future Hokage. As your senior, my answer will not disappoint you.
"I'm entrusting you with all the research on how I should become Hokage. Are you ready?" Satoru said solemnly.
Kiba replied respectfully, "I'm ready."
Woof~
Akamaru, sensing the atmosphere, also responded solemnly.
Beside them, Inuzuka Hana and the Haiwan Brothers looked at their foolish clansman as if he were an idiot.
"Very good. If they keep shouting about wanting to be Hokage, do you think they want to be Hokage?"
"They do," Kiba thought for a moment and gritted his teeth. He wouldn't lose.
"But what if their grades are terrible, and they're still shouting about wanting to be Hokage?"
"Can you become Hokage with bad grades?" A big question mark appeared in his little head. Having just been lectured by Satoru, his brain couldn't process it again.
But Satoru would help him process it: "Of course, because they might be secretly studying, and after graduating and becoming a Genin, they'll make a surprising breakthrough,
"And thus seize the position of Hokage."
"Damn it, how despicable!" Kiba gnashed his teeth.
"Here, this piece of meat is delicious, for you, and Akamaru gets some too."
Satoru didn't rush to speak. To increase credibility, he filled their plates with meat for himself and Akamaru.
As the saying goes, if you take from others, your hands are short; if you eat from others, your mouth is soft.
This was a very subtle way to increase trust.
Psychology was one of the core subjects in the Ninja School's espionage class, and he was using it on a four-year-old child.
Only after they had eaten did he continue, "However, my method gives you a higher success rate of becoming Hokage. Listen to me."
"Mmm-hmm," Kiba chewed the meat, gulping down the beef.
"You must openly, in every exam, show your strength and achieve the best grades. We will take the Hokage position openly.
"If they are shouting about wanting to be Hokage but their grades are terrible, now tell me, what are they doing?" Satoru's tone was firm.
"They are secretly studying."
"If their grades are excellent, what are they doing?"
"They also know the method to become Hokage and want to openly seize the Hokage position."
Satoru gave him a thumbs up: "That's right, you should learn from the Third Hokage and the Fourth Hokage. They both came from the Ninja School, and they both achieved near-perfect or even perfect scores, which is why they became Hokage.
"Now tell me, can you do it?"
"Yes," the young boy gave a firm and powerful answer.
"What if you can't do it? What if you get lazy and say you're not suited for studying, that you're not Hokage material at all, and just give up?"
Kiba thought about it but didn't know what "give up" meant, but he knew he couldn't say he couldn't do it. He was very strong: "No, I'm going to be Hokage."
"Good, very firm, but that's not enough.
You still have to swear," Satoru continued.
Swear?
Kiba was bewildered.
Satoru looked at Akamaru: "You know, you're still young, you just think being Hokage is impressive, you don't know the benefits of being Hokage.
"I'll tell you, once you become Hokage, you can establish a special Dog Day, where Akamaru can be the Dog King for a day, receiving the homage of all dogs.
"You don't want Akamaru to be ridiculed by other dogs, do you? You wouldn't disappoint him, would you?"
Woof woof~
Akamaru, hearing that a special Dog Day could be set up just for him, and that he would be the Dog King, fantasised about standing before the Haiwan Brothers one day, with them bowing and scraping to him. He quickly expressed to Inuzuka Kiba that he would work hard with him.
Kiba was also bubbling with excitement. He turned to Akamaru, and they gazed at each other deeply.
"I swear, I won't disappoint Akamaru. I will become Hokage and establish Dog Day."
Satoru heard this and felt it was accomplished. He didn't ask what the punishment would be if he failed, because he believed in the bond between Inuzuka Kiba and Akamaru, and Kiba's competitive spirit.
And when he grew up, he wouldn't blame Akamaru or anyone else, because by then he would be a mature man.
He chuckled to himself, wondering if the Ninja School would be very interesting in the future, and if Inuzuka Kiba would truly become the top student of Konoha Ninja School after his series of deceptions.
Children in the Ninja World are different from children in their previous life. In a world where six-year-olds would compete fiercely, they possessed both the innocence of children and a more mature way of thinking than ordinary children.
Except for special cases, they wouldn't have any memory; it would have an impact. He looked forward to the day Kiba became the top student.
Then Satoru called the waiter to continue serving dishes until Inuzuka Kiba was completely satisfied.
Anyway, he had plenty of money. Treating two people and a dog was nothing; they weren't Hinata, after all.
"So delicious."
Woof~
Inuzuka Hana and the Haiwan Brothers looked at Kiba and Akamaru with sympathy, but they didn't say anything, instead enjoying the free lunch.
Hey, I thought I'd be eating Satoru's genjutsu, but I ended up with a free feast, and without any cost.
You worked hard, Kiba.
Hana was secretly pleased.
"Hana, how have you been lately? You're graduating in a year and a half. How are your grades?
Do you want me to tutor you? I'm a Jonin, very good at this, but it will cost money. This is to motivate you for future missions," Satoru said meaningfully.
Recently, he had nothing to do and had returned to his previous leisurely period, going to work every day, then taking care of his son and daughter, practising Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, and developing Ninjutsu.
He still had plenty of time.
Woof woof~
The Haiwan Brothers were the first to refuse; they didn't want to suffer.
Inuzuka Hana also didn't want to, kicking the ball to Kiba: "Sensei, I think you could be hired to tutor Kiba. I think my parents would agree. Isn't he going to be Hokage?"
Inuzuka Kiba's eyes lit up upon hearing this. Although this Old Man was ugly, he acknowledged him: "Sis, you're right. I need to study hard, become Hokage, establish Dog Day, and make Akamaru the Dog King. Let's go back and tell Mom and Dad to hire the Ugly Old Man as a tutor to teach me how to be Hokage."
Satoru stroked his chin. It seemed quite interesting. Anyway, he had to set aside time to take care of his children, so teaching Kiba at the same time wouldn't be bad.
Kiba was, after all, a famous character in the original work, and his talent was excellent, much more talented than Iruka's.
If he remembered correctly, Kiba unleashed a powerful move during the great war that could break through a triple Rashomon. If he became even stronger, wouldn't he be even stronger than Naruto's Tailed Beast Ball in his Four-Tails state?
Just thinking about it was very interesting.
And he could earn some extra money.
No matter how much money one has, it's never too much. Kakuzu lived for nearly a hundred years and diligently earned money.
"Kiba, go back and talk about it. Let me teach you how to become Hokage. Just tell your parents that Satoru agreed, and there can be a discount."
