I'm done crying. My eyes are all puffed, and hurting as hell.
After calming down, Irene just sits beside me, stroking my hair.
Mother has emptied one of the bags, which contains a lot of food.
Well.. I did miss those.
"We should eat something," she heads towards my kitchen to get some plates.
"Your place is really pretty, Lyanna," Nyelle keeps gushing as she tries putting some makeup on herself, looking at her reflection in the mirror.
Irene just laughs, then goes to join her at my mirror.
But I just sit there, feeling totally down. My chest still aches from the revelation that I might have possibly killed my father because of my actions.
Mother comes back with four plates, and dishes out the food.
"Hey dear," she turns to Irene, "What's your name?"
"I'm Irene, ma'am. You're her mother, right? You both look so much alike."
Mother smiles, "Yes. And that's Nyelle, my youngest daughter."
"What a pretty name for a pretty girl," Irene pats her cheeks.
