1 Piece AU Luffy Charlotte

"Ah Red Hair! Thank you for joining us! Our guest of honor will be along momentarily in his special outfit." Big Mom said grinning as Shanks and his crew walked in while the Underworld Leaders were sitting at the table with her, Morgans snapping pictures of the two Yonko's meeting which was sure to the have the Government and Marines especially in a panic.
"I hope you've been treating Anchor nicely Linlin." Shanks said and he had a smile on his face but there was a promise of pain in his eyes if she had dared hurt his Anchor.
"He has taken to my children and openly calls me his grandmother. He is…interesting." Big Mom said smiling slightly and glancing at the doors to see if Luffy was coming in yet.
"My children have also developed a soft spot for him. The last group of slavers that dared come onto the island and so much as looked at him were swiftly dealt with by Smoothie-chan in a manner one would expect from Amande-chan." Big Mom said and that was definitely something new from the Red Hair's perspective. Since when did Big Mom refer to any of her children with affectionate honorifics?
"He's taken to calling five of my children by parental titles and most of them adore him. Most of the one's who has spent five minutes with him call him Sunshine because he's personified sunshine and they know it." Big Mom said bluntly and making Shanks raise an eyebrow but then laugh.
"Anchor can grow on anyone who has a shred of decency in them!" Shanks laughed and the rest of the Red Haired pirates relaxed a bit and began to laugh and jostle each other around as well. Joking about how infectious their anchor was.
"You have my thanks for looking after him." Shanks said seriously as he bowed his head to Big Mom who looked surprised for half a second before she smiled.
"Hmph. Thank my kids. They're the ones training him and helping him learn." Big Mom said motioning towards her kids who were all eyeing the Red Haired pirates warily or looking at the door eagerly.
Benn noticed how a few of them had camera mushi's like Morgans did but didn't mention it. Maybe Luffy was going to do something embarrassing or funny? He was good at that.
"Speak of the devil himself! Luffy come join us!" Big Mom beckoned the boy over when he seemed to have arrived holding the hand of the tall mirror user with the scar on her face and a little girl with three eyes. He immediately tugged the two women towards Shanks and Benn and Big Mom with a wide grin on his face.
"Papa Shanks look!" Luffy said brightly and happily and Shanks heart squeezed happily at hearing Anchor calling him papa.
Shanks turned around and he damn near fainted from cute overload. Anchor was wearing a miniature copy of Shanks outfit. He was dressed exactly like Shanks, cloak and all. He even had a sword at his hip like Shanks did and since he was wearing Shanks straw hat…if his hair was red he'd look just like Shanks.
"Good job Brulee-chan. You did a perfect recreation." Big Mom praised her daughter with a grin while several of the Charlotte siblings were snapping countless pictures. Morgans was snapping a picture of his own too but that was mainly for Stussy since he knew better than to write anything about Luffy without the overprotective families approval. Writing about two Yonko meeting though was another matter entirely.
"Thank you mama." Brulee said grinning while Luffy was still beaming up at Shanks who had a goofy grin on his face and looked as if he was about to keel over.
"Mama Branch made it just for me. Do you like it?" Luffy asked with bright eyes as he stared up at Benn and Shanks.
"Yeah we like it Anchor. Your mama Branch did such a good job I thought you were the captain for a minute there." Benn said patting the boys head and he laughed a bit.
"Silly Benn. Shanks has red hair and is taller." Luffy said giggling and making Benn smile a bit as he hummed.
"Really? I hadn't notice. After all you two act just alike." Benn said and Shanks knew that was his first mate's way of calling him childish. Too bad for Benn that Luffy was one of Shanks' favorite people and so he greatly appreciated the comparison.
"Here Anchor we brought you something to drink with us." Shanks said pouring the boy a glass of juice while his crewmates put the large battle of sake on the table and Big Mom helped herself to a small portion. Drinking wasn't good for her unborn baby after all but a little bit wouldn't hurt too much.
"Thanks!" Luffy said happily as he grabbed the glass with both hands and began to drink from the straw happily.
"I still don't know any pirate that drinks juice." Shanks said with a grin and Big Mom raised an eyebrow at that while Luffy scowled and most of the Red Hair pirates snickered at what was apparently an inside joke.
"Jokes on you Tomato head! At least I won't get scurvy!" Luffy shouted back at Shanks who gaped slightly at him while the Red Haired pirates descended into laughter and Big Mom nearly choked on her drink.
"Did you just call me a tomato?!" Shanks asked making Luffy nod.
"Your hair is red like a tomato." Luffy said as if it was obvious, making Pudding nod her head as if it made perfect sense to her.
"Hm the Tomato Pirates has a nice ring to it." Stussy said amused and making Morgans grin as he noted it down. It'd be fun to throw some confusion into the paper after the last few issues of seriousness. Especially with the Marines desperately trying to find Luffy in order to clear Garps name of being a child abuser, although they never suspected him of being with a Yonko. Not yet at least.
"Oh no! We're not renaming my crew the Tomato Pirates!" Shanks said and Luffy just laughed.
"Shishishishi!"
"Not funny Anchor!"
"It is funny Red Hair."
"Stay out of this Big Mom you aren't helping!"
"I'm a rival Yonko. Why would I be helping you?"
"She has a point captain."
"Benn you're no help either!"
"Shishishishi!"
"Wiwiwiwi."
"Hehehehe."
"That's enough out of you three!"
