Nolan and Viera were accompanied by their respective servants to the tower. The view was rather unique because it was lit by magic lights at night.
They looked down at the illuminated houses and streets in silence.
"I like you, Nolan." Viera said softly, but Nolan could hear her voice clearly.
Viera looked at Nolan with a gentle gaze, and Nolan looked back at her. But Nolan's gaze was not as Viera expected.
Nolan looked down and was silent for a long time.
I don't know how much time passed.
Then he replied, "Sorry Viera, I don't understand my feelings right now."
