When all the friends were standing outside their rooms and they saw all the spirits coming their way, and when they all suddenly disappeared, all seven friends were very frightened after seeing this. They all took their luggage in their hands and said, "We should leave this hotel as soon as possible because if we don't leave this hotel right now, we all will be killed."
All the friends agreed to this and ran towards the elevator. They pressed the button several times, but the door of the lift didn't open. Harsh in anger said, "What has happened to this lift now? Why isn't the lift coming? I think we all are going to die. Rhea said, "Don't even joke about dying."
"I am not joking," Harsh said, pressing the elevator button again and again. Suddenly they heard someone singing a song near them in a very low voice. They were very scared. Vinay saw that there is a door at the end of the corridor. He said, "There's a door; I think we can get out of there." All of the seven grabbed their bags and went towards that door. On the door it was written, "Take stairs." They all tried to open the door; they pushed it and tried to break it, but the door didn't break. Harsh in anger said, "What kind of door is this? After so much eeffort,it didn't opened." All of the seven friends sat near the door accepting their death. After 10-15 minutes the door slightly opened automatically; they all were shocked at how this door opened automatically. Harsh, after seeing this, said, "Look guys, the door has opened now; quickly grab your bags and get out from here."
As they pushed the door to go downstairs they felt a gust of cold wind. Meenal said, "Are there no lights here?" Vinay said, "I, guess no. But I have my smartphone with me let me just turn on it's flashlight." Vinay switched on the flashlight of his phone and all of them started to go down slowly. As they started descending the air grew older the lower they went.
The sound that was echoing was of their footsteps as they went downstairs; the temperature went cooler, and a very pungent smell started coming, like 100 pieces of meat rotting together. All of the seven friends covered their noses and continued going downstairs. Suddenly Vinay's flashlight went off, and there was again darkness around them.
Vivek angrily asked Vinay, "Why did you turn the flashlight off?" Vinay didn't reply to his question. Vivek again asked Vinay, "What has happened to you now? Why are you not saying anything? Are you alright?"
Vinay said, "Yes, I am alright, but I clearly remember that when I came out of my room, my phone was 80 percent charged. Now my phone is showing 0 percent battery. How is that possible? It has never happened before." After listening to this all of them were stunned; suddenly they saw white shadows at the door of the corridor from where they had taken the staircase. When they saw the shadows they started to run and run until they reached the lobby floor. When they reached the lobby floor, the smell became stronger; it was very difficult for all 7 friends to stay there. Rhea said, "I think we should find the exit door as soon as possible; it's too difficult to stay here." The lobby floor was also covered in the darkness, as there was not a single beam of light. It was very difficult for the friends, as they didn't know where to go, as they couldn't see anything clearly. Suddenly they saw white light coming from somewhere.
Vivek said, "Everyone, let's move towards that white light; maybe from there we can get outside the hotel." All of them went towards that white light; they saw that the light was coming out from the lift, and the doors of the lift were open. Vivek, after seeing this, said, "It's just the lift, but if the lift is working, then why are there no lights?" Meenal said, "Can you all hear those footsteps? I think there is someone else except us in this; we should get out of here as soon as possible."
Meenal turned back; her foot stepped on something and she fell down. When she stood up and took that object in her hand, she saw that it was the head of his friend Harsh. After seeing his friend's head in her hand, she screamed very loudly and started crying. She started calling out her other friends' names: Vinay, Vivek, and Rhea. Where are you all? Look, that spirit has killed our friend Harsh; his head is lying here.
She continued crying. She again called her friends' names: "Vinay, Vivek, Riya, where are you?" Then Harsh slapped Meenal and asked in a angrier voice, "What has happened to you, Meenal? Why are you behaving like this?" She saw that all her friends were looking weirdly at her. Meenal asked, "What happened? Why are you guys looking at me like this?"
Harsh replied, "First you tell me why you were behaving like this." Then Meenal said, "I don't know what has happened right now. The only thing I remember is I came near the lift, I turned back, I stepped on something, and I fell down. When I looked properly, it was Harsh's head, and then I started crying."
Dev said, "Maybe the spirits might be playing mind games with you." We all have to be very careful.
They walked further Rhea said, "I don't think there will be any hotel staff right now on this floor. "Everyone stop," said Meenal. "What happened?" Meenal asked Dev. Meenal said, "Guys, are you sure that we are on the lobby floor because there is no light here, and the chandelier, I think, is also not here, and this place looks small as compared to the lobby." As Meenal said this, suddenly all the lights turned on, and when the lights came on, they all were shocked at what they saw: they saw that the chandelier was gone, the reception desk was broken in half, and there was an old, torn sofa. Dev at a distance saw that a lot of mosquitos were buzzing over something. When Dev went near, there were seven dead bodies of people covered with the white cloth with some stains of blood on it, and from here only the pungent smell was coming.
Dev returned back to his friends when Dev came back Rhea asked, "Where have you gone? Did you find any exit door?" Dev replied, "No, I didn't found any exit door but I saw a lot of mosquitos were buzzing over something. When I went near I saw that there were 7 dead bodies and it was covered by a white cloth and from there the pungent smell was s coming." Suddenly a landline phone rang. They all were stunned. After a few rings Vinay picked up the phone hesitatingly.
Vinay said, "Hello, who's there?" In reply, someone from the other side said, "You all are stuck, and one of you isn't real, and he'll be the reason for all of your deaths," laughs loudly, and cuts the phone.
