Chapter 94 - Roya Has Returned

The magma giant slowly rose to full height.

The terrifying wound he had suffered earlier—had already healed completely.

"Donquixote… I was just waiting for you to clean up these annoying civilians."

"Didn't expect you to be so useless! After all this time, you've only managed to kill a few of them?!"

"Looks like this Fleet Admiral will have to take care of it himself!"

As he spoke, he crouched slightly—

Both of his arms morphed into two massive magma hounds, which he then smashed downward toward the dense crowd of civilians below!

With Doflamingo's deadly threads behind them and the magma hounds crashing down from above, the civilians fell into utter chaos.

Panicked and without direction, many ran straight into the threads—only to be instantly shredded.

Just as the magma hounds were about to slam into the crowd—

A blood-red giant suddenly erupted from the ground!

Both arms stretched upward, catching one of the magma hounds in midair.

Elsewhere, Magellan collapsed to the ground, his body dried up and emaciated, sighing, "This… was a huge loss…"

On the other side, Sanjuan Wolf clutched his head as his body expanded rapidly, using his sheer size to block the second magma hound.

"Hot! Hot! HOT!"

Though his mouth cried out in pain, his arms held firm.

Akainu, enraged by the sudden interference from the two giants, twisted his arms. The magma morphed into molten flows, slipping free from their grip and surging toward them in retaliation.

Though Magellan's poison giant felt no pain—its body composed entirely of venom—the magma's intense heat rapidly melted it down.

Worse still, it couldn't absorb the magma's life force to replenish itself, so its form began shrinking at a visible rate.

Sanjuan Wolf fared even worse.

His arms were scorched to the bone, massive gaping wounds carved deep into his flesh.

But the pain only enraged him further.

He reared back his right arm and punched straight through Akainu's magma limb.

Ignoring the burning agony, he grabbed his own right wrist with his left hand—using his right arm as a hook, suspending his entire body weight from Akainu's frame.

Then—he kicked fiercely at the magma giant's waist!

RIP!!

Akainu's right arm was torn off at the shoulder!

Magma splattered violently, and Akainu let out a howl of pain.

Magellan's poison giant seized the opening—catching Akainu's remaining arm and slamming him over its shoulder in a devastating throw!

The over-100-meter-tall magma giant was hurled like a ragdoll, crashing into a massive column-shaped mountain. Half the mountain collapsed, and the palace built atop it was instantly swallowed by the rolling magma below.

"ENOUGH!!"

Akainu roared, grabbing his severed arm, then spun in a wide arc—finally flinging both Sanjuan Wolf and the poison giant away.

He then roughly reattached his dismembered limb, jamming it back into the mangled socket.

Stepping onto the shattered remains of the mountainside, he activated his full magma power.

In mere seconds, the entire mountain and palace were melted into molten lava, absorbed into his body to replenish his lost mass.

"You worthless vermin… DIE!!!"

Furious, Akainu threw a towering uppercut skyward.

A terrifying amount of energy condensed at his fist, rapidly growing—within seconds, it had ballooned to the size of a coliseum.

Akainu let out a cruel sneer.

The mountain-sized magma fist exploded from his punch—erupting like a volcano, launching a barrage of magma meteor fists high into the sky.

Giant-Form: Meteor Volcano!

In the blink of an eye, the magma fists reached their apex and then fell like meteors—

Blanketing the entire capital city in certain death.

In just a few seconds, everything below would be obliterated. No one would survive.

Admiral Fujitora's eyes widened—bloodshot and trembling.

His pupils turned crimson, veins bulging as he activated his Devil Fruit to its absolute limit.

He raised his shikomizue (Yakuza Kasen), unleashing wave after wave of gravitational force, entangling with the magma meteors as they fell.

But—there were simply too many, and each was too massive.

Even with everything he had, Fujitora could only alter the trajectories of less than one-third of the meteors, keeping them suspended in the air.

The remaining two-thirds—he could not affect at all.

And though he wanted to hurl the ones under his control into the others, the required precision and power was far beyond his current ability.

The sky turned into a storm of fire, and all hope vanished.

Even the civilians who just moments ago had been running like headless chickens now froze, staring up at the descending apocalypse.

They realized—they only had seconds left to live.

Some collapsed to their knees, praying.

Others clung tightly to their loved ones, refusing to let go.

Squard and Jinbei abandoned their efforts to tear down the threads and shot into the air together.

They punched and kicked with all their might, batting away magma fists in midair.

More fighters joined in.

But no matter how many joined, their limbs were too few.

They couldn't stop the tide of destruction bearing down upon them.

Even if they cleared a safe zone in one area, the shockwaves from nearby impacts would still be enough to annihilate everyone inside.

In the face of such world-ending power—resistance was meaningless.

The end had come.

Doflamingo laughed maniacally:

"Akainu, remember this! You owe me a kingdom now!"

"HAHA! Bomb it all! This… this is even better than a Buster Call!"

With that, he snapped his arms, and all his threads retracted, avoiding destruction from the meteor lava rain.

"My Lord!"

After batting away one last magma fist with all his remaining strength, Squard's eyes suddenly lit up.

"He's back!!"

A streak of black lightning tore across the sky—

Leaving a massive scar across the heavens, hundreds of meters wide.

From the ground, it looked as if the sky itself had been ripped apart!

In an explosion of black electricity, Roya emerged, suspended midair before the magma giant.

At that same instant—all the magma fists froze.

The molten lava rapidly cooled, hardening into massive chunks of jet-black rock.

Then, as if drawn together by some invisible force, the rocks collided—

Compressing tighter and tighter until they formed a single black stone sphere no larger than a foot wide.

The magma giant's eyes suddenly flared bright red, energy surging within them.

He sneered:

"Roya… Roya… Roya. I can't believe you really came back for this worthless rabble."

"You crossed that distance in less than half an hour. Burned a lot of your life force to do it, didn't you?"

"Was it worth it?"

Before he finished speaking, two red beams, each over two meters in diameter, burst from his glowing eyes—racing straight toward Roya!

Even the air itself boiled in their path.
