Claire was absolutely right—Orson's parents are completely shattered by the loss of their daughter-in-law and granddaughter. Those old folks treated her like their own flesh and blood. Now they wander around the house with puffy eyes and tear-stained faces, drowning in grief. Perfect revenge against that miserable old man. He stripped me of my livelihood, so I took away what he cherished most. The satisfaction I feel watching them mourn is indescribable. And that spoiled brat Cole is finally getting what he deserves now that Claire has moved in. His days of being treated like royalty are finished.
