You Su's residence is named Cyan Wave Hall, built right by the Jade Ring Pool.
The front hall faces the lake and features an open courtyard. A refreshing lake breeze gently passes by, causing the precious shells and jade on the window lattices to collide, producing a clear and pleasant sound like a symphony played by the wind.
Underneath the shell wind chimes, kneeling on either side of the tea table were You Su and Ji Xueruo. Both possessed celestial beauty that could astonish the world, and when viewed from the side, even the myriad of rare lotuses framed by the beams and columns behind them could only serve as a backdrop.
Both remained silent until You Su poured a cup of tea for Ji Xueruo, taking the initiative to break the silence:
"Miss Ji, visiting so suddenly... wouldn't it have been better to give a heads up?"
Ji Xueruo raised the fragrant tea and took a sip, casting a hostile glance at You Su. She said:
