"What?…."
"I've awakened a new soul?"
"What the hell is going on?"
Craig questioned,
Just then, his eyes twitched…..
His vision blurred, and the world around him dissolved into nothingness. As if he had been yanked from the fabric of reality.
As he fell into the void, fragments of his thoughts and memories swirled around him, coalescing into a dreamscape that felt both familiar and strange.
When he lost consciousness, his mind became a canvas, painted with vivid images of his past life and emotions that seemed to take on a life of their own.
He opened his eyes to find himself in a realm that was both his and not his. A place where thoughts and emotions took on tangible forms.
The air was thick with the scent of forgotten memories and the sky was a deep shade of indigo.
As if the very fabric of reality had been woven from threads of his subconscious.
The ground beneath his feet was soft and spongy, like a thick layer of moss and the sounds around him were a cacophony of whispers and echoes.
Plum blossoms petals were scattered across the scene.
"Where am I?" Craig asked in a whispering tone.
He took a step forward, he could feel the intensity within the re-occurring violent waves.
He felt disoriented and lost, as if he had been dropped into a world that was both his and aliens. With no clear path to follow.
He gently lifted his head.
His eyes widened in stunned silence, his mouth agape as if words had been stolen from his lips.
His face froze, a look of utter incredulity etched on his features, as if he had been punched in the gut and couldn't catch his breath.
His body was frozen, completely numb…..
And before him stood a gigantic tree. The tree towered above, it's trunk a magestic pillar of white that seemed to glow with an otherworldly light.
It's branches stretching forward towards the sky like ethereal fingers.
Craig was mesmerized.
The giant white tree stood sentinel, it's bark smooth and luminous, it's leaves shimmering like a thousand tiny mirrors that reflected light of the mind world.
He took a step forward, slowly approaching the radiating tree.
The trunk was adorned with intricate patterns that seemed to pulse with a soft, white light, as if the tree itself was alive and humming with energy.
As he got closer, the air around the tree was filled with a soft, serene energy, as if the very presence of the tree was calming and peaceful.
He gently stretched forth his right hand, slowly careesing the bark of the tree.
The shimmering virtual panel appeared before his eyes.
[You've formed a bond with the Eternal Tree]
[The Tree's yet to bare its fruits. Nurture the tree and it will bare fruits for you]
Craig's brows furrowed.
"The eternal tree? What's that? And besides where am I?" Craig asked.
[You're in your soul realm. A mind space which you unintentionally created by awakening a new soul]
[Its a nameless world only you can control. Once you've given it a name, it will under your absolute control]
The system explained.
Craig stroked his chin, still deep in his thoughts.
"I'm still confused. To sum everything up, I ate my sacred treasure right? I awakened a new soul and I'm trapped into a mind world created within my second soul"
"Is that correct?" Craig asked.
[Yes. If that's how you sum it up, you're correct]
"And this eternal tree. What exactly is it?" Craig asked.
[You're not authorized to have such knowledge, but I can only tell you a few things since it's linked to you]
[The Eternal Tree is limitless…..the more you nurture it, the more it bares more fruit]
[A fruit from the Eternal Tree could be anything, an authority or something else…]
Pandora explained.
Craig's lips curled up into a knowing grin.
He giggled softly.
"Is that so?" He asked.
"It seems things are getting more interesting than I thought it would be, but how do I get out of here?"
Craig asked, he scanned the vicinity, in hopes for looking for a way out but he found none.
[Its seems. Tame this world by naming it]
The system instructed.
"Naming it huh? Well it understandable. So what name would I call it?" Craig sighed. He lifted his head.
Glaring at the vibrant purple hue enveloping the sky.
His eyes squinted.
"Well, I'll need to give it a cool name so it's name will be the 'Undervoid'"
Craig whispered.
His eyes flickered, Craig could feel intense radiation flowing through his veins. He had gained complete control of this world.
Reality could be whatever he willed it to be…..
Craig giggled softly.
He gently tilted his head sideways. He imagined a door and a door spawned into existence.
"So this door leads back into the game right? I wonder what my wives are doing at the moment"
Craig whispered, he made his way into the world beyond the world.
~~~
[Few Hours Ago]
Ramposa could feel their encroaching presences from where she stood, she spend a few minutes in the hotel room.
While Cassie stayed by the side of her slumbering husband.
Both ladies were engulfed in rage.
But Ramposa was the one who needs to act, Ramposa dived down from the window. They stayed on the top floor.
Ramposa effortlessly landed on the ground, she sniffed the air.
Inhaling the fresh air.
She exhaled a deep sigh, her eyes emitting gray fog essences. Her claws were not hiding.
She gritted her teeths.
"I know you guys are hiding. Why don't you guys come out, let's not waste each other's time right?"
Ramposa questioned.
She rolled her eyes and behind her, an assasin spawned into existence. Firmly gripping a poisonous scythe shaped dagger.
A player who walks on the path of Nightpath genesis.
But the assassin was instantly ripped apart, Ramposa didn't even need to blink.
The assasin's bloods splattered across the scene.
"Tch"
Ramposa growled.
"So weak, the one who placed my husband in such dire state should be strong right?"
Ramposa glared at her blood stained hand. Her eyes flickered, the violet hue radiating was evident.
"It should be a sorcerer right?" She asked.
"I just need to kill this bastards until one of them speaks"
Ramposa vanished from the scene.
She appeared behind a group of assasins, they hid themselves in total darkness but for a demonic beast like Ramposa.
She loves the night, find them in the dark is the easiest.
It was too late when they noticed her presence.
They were already dead, torn apart. Limbs by limbs.
Ramposa is ruthless, unforgiving and chaotic.
She emerged from the darkness with a sigh.
"Weaklings" She growled.
Her movements came to a halt when she realized she's being surrounded by dozens of assasins.
While majority of them were Fledglings. They're decent intermediate players amongst them.
All equipped with their blades, ready to strike her down.
Ramposa chuckled.
"I'm quite bloodlusted at the moment, and it seems Fate hasn't forsaken me yet…."
"To think Fate will present me some new preys to slaughter" Ramposa grinned.
She took a step forward, her entirety was enveloped in demonic radiations.
A pair of ant antennas sprouted out of her forehead.
Each breath she took released intense demonic corrosion into the entirety of space itself.
"Only a single one of you will live and that's because I need to know who's the sorcerer responsible to the harm that has befallen my husband"
"The rest of you mongrels will satisfy my bloodlust"
Ramposa declared…..
A torrent of dark energy burst forth from Ramposa. Ramposa's rage ignited a firestorm of demonic essence.
As if the very fabric of reality was being torn apart by her unbridled fury.
The air around her seemed to ripple and distort, as if the laws of physics themselves were being warped by the sheer force of her anger.
And a vortex of dark, swirling energy erupted from her demonic body. Like a whirlpool of shadowy tendrils that reached out to ensnare and devour everything in their path.
It was a nightmare to the assasins.
***
[Now]
"Arghh"
She growled.
"I mistakenly killed him even though I tried to keep him alive. Humans really are fragile"
Ramposa spoke out, she could be see holding a severed head of an assassin. She had spared an intermediate level player.
Keeping him alive but he wasn't able to survive being tortured for three hours. Countless bodies littered the ground.
All effortlessly stained by Ramposa.
She glared at the blood dripping head on her hands, she tossed the head on the ground.
Gently cleaning off the bloodstains with the torn cloth of a dead assasin.
She exhaled a deep sigh.
"I was only able to get a few information before they died. Apparently they're from an organization called the Vulgran Assasin Group"
"And they were sent by an anonymous elite to kill my husband" Ramposa muttered.
"But there was no information regarding the sorcery who cursed my baby to be like that"
"What should I do?"
Ramposa asked herself, with loads of thoughts overwhelming her sense of reasoning. She overheard faint sounds of footsteps.
She grinned her teeths, swiftly tilting her gaze to confirm if there were still some assasins left alive.
But her eyes widened, completely frozen.
She was overwhelmed with joy when she saw Craig walking into the scene, gently caressing his silk crimsoned hair.
He exhaled a deep sigh.
"What in the hell happened here?" Craig curiously asked. He was stunned to see countless amounts of bodies.
He slowly tilted his gaze, he locked eyes with Ramposa.
"Master?"
Ramposa voiced out.
"Hey wassup" Craig answered, Ramposa's eyes drifted. She saw Cassie standing behind Craig.
And with her head resting on his back.
Ramposa's face beamed with smiles.
"My love!!"
She screamed out, she jolted….happily closing the distance between Craig and herself.
She fell on him, wrapping her arms around him. Giving him a tight hug.
"What the hell is that?" Craig was perplexed.
