Aside from the two warriors who accompanied her for dinner before, she didn't really know about the other warriors, let alone recognize all of them.
But Jack was different. He lived in the pack house for decades and knew all of them, as he managed the whole thing around here.
Therefore, at one glance, he could tell that the two warriors who had been waiting for him here were not the warriors he had called for. He had never seen the two of them.
"What happened?" Jack was very tense; it alerted Fenja. She tried to look for something out of the ordinary, but she couldn't find anything.
"Go, now," Jack said in a low voice. He acted calm, but Fenja knew better since she was right next to him.
"Okay." Fenja reluctantly walked away, but she looked over her shoulder to see the two warriors who were standing not too far from them, while Jack walked towards them.
