Jaxon's request was understandable; more so, Fenja didn't have any reasons to leave the pack house. It wasn't as if she had important things to do. In fact, she was barely familiar with this city.
"Okay," Fenja agreed without thinking twice.
And the next day, Jaxon left early, even before Fenja woke up, and the house felt very empty, leaving only her and Jack alone in this huge mansion.
Fenja tried to occupy her spare time by reading books or watching movies, but she had a lot, and soon enough, she got bored.
Ever since that incident in the greenhouse, she had not set foot there yet. She tried to avoid that place.
However, today she decided to revisit it, only to find out the place had been torn down. There was no greenhouse there anymore. All she could see was flat ground.
"No way." There was no way the building disappeared all of a sudden. She then rushed to find Jack near the entrance gates; he was talking to two of the warriors.
