"I think it will be better for you not to meet with him," Tace said with concern. "You don't need to see him." He was unsure how Arthur would react when he met with Fenja, but without Jaxon here, he couldn't do anything if that former alpha was being hostile towards her.
However, what she said next surprised him.
"But I have met him before," Fenja said. She then told him that Jaxon took her to meet with his father personally after the party.
"He did?" Tace and Lance were surprised. They looked at each other, trying to figure out what Jaxon's plan was, but they couldn't even find a shred of a clue about what was in his mind.
"Well…" Lance scratched his head, which was not itchy. "He is here already. The guards must have told him about her."
Tace took a deep breath. "Still, there is no news about Jaxon's whereabouts?"
