Chapter 195: The White Skeleton Incident
Somewhere in Gollen Village, Seria is meditating, trying to cultivate her mind, as Seraph had advised.
Outside Seria's house, a notification from the Teitanshin sect echoed.
Ding!
The notification sounded like a strange event.
Seria, Seraph's younger sister, opened her eyes, reflecting an old book on her bed.
"This is so interesting! The most exciting story has finally arrived."
Seria looked out the window, grabbed the window, and swung herself up onto the roof. Whoosh! Thud!
Seria made hand gestures to shield herself from the sun, searching for the location the notification had alerted her to.
Seria, still wearing her white nightgown, saw a skeleton as large as a building, walking in another direction. Ding! Ding! Ding!
The skeleton's every step vibrated in response to the direction it was taking.
Red eyes wandered aimlessly.
Seria looked thoughtful. "I had no idea this was going to happen.
Who could do something like this? Where?"
Seria looked down into the newly renovated house.
Her mother's voice echoed inside.
"Seria, it's time to run, child. Get out with me!"
Seria ran away from the house. Whoosh! Seria ran down and stomped on the ground.
Seria looked at the lit house. "No way, Mom. It's time for the wise Seria to come out and take care of things. Don't worry, I'll save the village myself."
Seria ran excitedly, ready to start something. Thud! Thud! Whoosh!
Seria went into the middle of the street. People were running, heading towards the Tenshin School.
Everyone was running in a hurry.
Amidst the streetlights, footsteps filled the air.
Seria ran hurriedly. The sky was pitch black. Even from afar, Seria could still see the skeletal remains of a human being. As large as a building, with two red eyes.
"So big! What is that?"
Seria couldn't run long before her expression darkened. Seria jumped up and stepped onto the roof of a house. Whoosh! Thud!
Far off, she saw four pairs of giant red eyes walking towards Gollen Village.
The body, made of white bones, began to grow larger and larger.
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Seria saw four giant skeletons walking towards her. "There are four big bosses. If Master Tenshin doesn't come out of the coffin, there's bound to be a bloodbath."
Seria ran straight ahead, showing no signs of stopping.
As Seria ran, in the sky above her head,
Tenshin clan members, dressed in green, flew straight towards the large white body. Whoosh!
After a while, the sounds of battle began to boom!
Seria ran to the battlefield far away from Gollen Village.
Seria was greatly shocked by the number of skeletons. So many, it could be said, that there were over a hundred thousand, maybe even a million.
The Tenshin clan members fought, pushing the skeletons back.
BOOM!
But the overwhelming numbers prevented the Tenshin clan members from finishing the fight. BOOM!
In the direction of the giant skeleton, the Tenshin clan elders flew to meet the giant skeletons' attack. BOOM!
The battle was getting fierce.
Seria thought, "Well, let's go and take a peek at the Zenon clan. I want to see how strong they are."
Seria headed toward the Zenon clan to find out more information.
The location was on the edge of Gollen Village, home to the knight clan with the lightning sword embedded in the knight's helmet.
The Artemas clan, Zenon's clan, was located.
The clan members emerged from their houses, which were larger than the others.
The men, each in dark blue robes, were wearing knight robes and swords, ready to fight.
There were about twenty of them.
Among those wearing blue knight armor,
Zhang Ming, the man who received the gambling stone from Seraph and led him to fight against the Sempen Organization,
Zhang Ming stood in line, wearing his knight uniform. [I don't think so. I thought it was a normal family. Turns out, they don't care about the village at all. Moreover, I'm in very poor condition to begin with.
If the Tenshin Sect Elders saw this, they'd probably be a little angry.
Things were chaotic here, but these guys had decided to protect only this place.
What were they thinking? The Artemas family is an ancient family.
Since someone in the family was a senior figure in the Tenshin School, they could cover it up.]
As Zhang Ming felt guilty about accepting a job for the Artemas family,
a knight clad in full blue armor stood in front of the twenty knights.
A blue cloth fluttered in the wind. "Alright, Artemas knights! From now on, we'll create a formation.
We will protect this place."
The blue-robed knight raised his sword to the sky.
"For the Artemasssssss!"
The knights' voices echoed, "For the Artemassssss! For the Artemassssss!"
The voices of the knights followed. "For the Artemassssss! For the Artemasssssss!"
Zhang Ming followed the atmosphere.
In the main house of the Artemas family
Zenon was sitting with a black lump on his lap.
Zenon was wearing the Artemas blue robe.
His expression remained calm.
The Artemas housekeeper was standing and watching Zenon meditating with a black lump on his lap.
Zenon kept his eyes open, staring ahead.
All around the room, chains, and blood were scattered everywhere. This location was underground.
The ground was covered in blood, along with the wounds from Zenon's back.
There was only one lamp in the room. Zenon's hand and knees were resting on the black lump on his lap.
In Seraph's rented house, in a very dark room, a skeleton with white eyes was performing some kind of ritual.
Seraph could only lie there, thinking about what to do. But with so many thoughts, Seraph decided to just stay put.
[As his mind wandered, he thought he had to wait for help. The gun was unusable. He didn't even know if it would hit its target. The Identity Erasure Potion wasn't necessary yet. When the enemy sees you,
Use it slowly. Thank you, Mr. One. Your five-colored potion will come in handy now. If there's a crisis, use it.]
Seraph thanks Rindel for offering him a free trial of the potion.
The white-eyed skeleton is kneeling, prostrating himself before him with both hands.
Seraph can only lay there, wrapped in a blanket, thinking about how to make things easier.
In a certain place, outside the rented house where Seraph had been resting,
The sound of villagers running around filled the air, along with a white skeleton.
Crack, crack, crack. The white skeleton chased the people, not very fast.
The villagers ran as red blood dripped down the ground.
Outside the rented house, Seraph was covered in human blood. The ground was covered with human footprints.
