Chapter 131 - Chapter 131: The Silent Curse Forest

Chapter 131: The Silent Curse Forest

The Silent Curse Forest

Seraph lay unconscious, while Beetho stood looking at the cursed child.

"Now, with a curse this dangerous, if you don't take him to your master, you'll either die by the curse or by me. What kind of curse is this?"

Beetho reached out to grab the staff.

His fingers touched the cursed staff.

Gray roots began to grow, encroaching on Beetho's hand.

The roots began to expand little by little.

But no matter what he did, they couldn't penetrate Beetho's flesh.

A martial artist's body evolves through stages. The higher the stage, the more spiritual power they acquire, and the higher the quality.

The cursed roots couldn't harm Beetho.

Beetho pulled his hand away. "The curse has weakened? But just now, this child was able to fight me." Even though it was only a short time, I was starting to get confused. Was this a high-level curse or a low-level curse?

Beetho summoned a rope, bound the seraph, and flew out of the Silent Forest of Curses.

The seraph was a rice dumpling, hanging in mid-air. Whoosh!

Beetho flew into the sky, wary of the seraph.

"If you're skilled enough to fight me, you must be very capable. But to be cursed like this, it's very strange."

Time began to pass. Five days later, this morning, clouds began to float around, taking on strange shapes.

A place, an ancient wooden house.

Beethobin arrived at his destination, landing softly on the ground. Thud!

Beethobin floated down to the ground, leaving the seraph unconscious on the ground.

The surroundings were filled with the sound of rustling leaves. Fresh green leaves, beautiful green grass, and an old wooden house perched on a hill.

There weren't a single tree around the house.

Beetho grabbed Seraph and led him straight to a house.

The morning air was fresh and the scent of nature was perfect for living alone.

Beetho approached the door.

The door was very old.

Beetho knocked loudly.

"Master Beetho! Open the door for me!"

Beetho kept knocking, never seeming to stop.

A loud noise. "Knock, knock, knock, knock."

The door creaked open. "Screech!"

A shout came from him.

"Noisy! What are you doing knocking so much for? I'm so old, and you want me to come and greet you, you little brat!"

The person who opened the door was an old man, fifty years old, with long, white hair down to his shoulders, and bright blue clothes, suggesting he was from the Tenshin School. His name was Feng Wen.

The teacher instructed Beetho.

Beetho stood still. "I've been knocking for a long time, Master. Are you kidding me?" You didn't come to open the door because you were doing something sneaky?

Feng Wen's right hand swung out and knocked on Beetho's head. A loud pop!

"You little brat, instead of waiting, my door's probably all broken because of you. If this house ever collapses, you'll have to fix it for me!"

Beetho gently touched his head, patting it from the knock.

"I saw you didn't come out quickly. I thought you were going to die of shock from your fear of noise. This disciple was so worried about you, so he knocked quickly. Take back my concern. I won't give it to you anymore. My concern, I'll throw it in the river to humiliate you."

Leith smiled scornfully at the old man.

Feng Wen prepared to throw another punch at Beetho.

"You little brat, do you want to get hit again? "

Beetho raised his hand to stop him.

"Not yet. I found a child under a curse, and I brought him here." He turned to look at Seraph.

Feng Wen looked towards Seraph, following Beetho's direction.

Feng Wen was slightly startled.

"Where did you find him?" And that cane? "

Beetho shook his head in confusion.

"I don't know. I was originally planning to challenge the Silent Forest, so I brought my musical instruments to play in the Silent Forest. But I ran into this kid whose body had been consumed by a curse."

Beetho pointed at the black cane with its eyes completely closed.

"When I found it, it could open its eyes, but it's unconscious now. It was my skill in taking this guy down. However, in the fight, I accidentally damaged this kid's arms and legs, so I'm trying to stop the bleeding."

Feng Wen nodded, his face full of pride.

"Excellent! Excellent! Excellent?"

Feng Wen's right hand slapped Beetho's head with a loud "Slap!"

Oh!?

Beetho turned to look at him with an extremely confused expression.

"Why did you hit me?"

Feng Wen's expression changed to a slightly angry expression.

"You idiot! This curse is low-level, yet you fought this kid, and we're quite far apart in age.

You, a top ten fighter in the Firenine Sect, actually managed to save this kid by inflicting wounds. Has your skill level dropped significantly? How about another slap? Huh!"

Feng Wen was about to slap Beetho again. Beetho had accidentally destroyed Seraph's arm and leg.

Beetho quickly stopped him before he misunderstood, thinking he had stomped Seraph on purpose, and he wasn't going to hold back on a younger kid.

"Calm down. You look like this, but this kid can actually fight me. Plus, he's fighting with his eyes closed. How good do you think I am to be able to deal with a curse like that? Learn to underestimate your own disciples.

Feng Wen sighed. "Never mind. I still think you could become the number one of the Firenine School. It's a shame your talent is so lacking."

The Firenine School kids aren't your match."

Beetho smiled and sighed.

"Don't underestimate me. Being number one in the Firenine School isn't that easy to achieve. Plus, I don't care. Whatever happens, as long as I get to play an instrument, I don't care."

Feng Wen looked at his disciple, his right hand reaching out to grab Beetho's head and shaking it back and forth, causing his hair to become a mess.

"Fine, as long as you don't regret it, whatever. It's my job to guide you. The rest is up to you."

Beetho looked at the seraph tied to a rope.

"Do you think I can help? The Silent Forest might be the cause. I think Master can handle it, right?"

Feng Wen shook his head at Beetho.

"It's not me who should be the one to do it. "I'll remove the curse from this child, but it's you. You brought him here, so you have to help him."

Beetho hesitated. "But Master, if you make a mistake, this child will die, right?"

"It's easy. Don't make a mistake. That's all. I can teach you how. You just have to do it yourself."

Even though there's some doubt that this child can fight you, at least I can guarantee one thing.

I'll imprison this child in the boundary to protect him from any further attacks. The rest is up to you. The boundary can remain open at all times. Prepare to release the curse. Don't treat this child's wounds first, or they might increase the amount of the curse."

Beetho looked deeply in thought. "Are you sure? Master, you gave it to me?"

"Of course it is. If it's not you, then who is? You brought him here to help. Do your best. Whatever the mistake or whatever, you'll have to decide for yourself."

Feng Wen looked at Beetho, whose expression was sad, without any confidence. Will the curse be lifted from Seraph?

"I'm not so sure, Master."

Feng Wen put his hand on Beetho's shoulder.

"Are you afraid of just this? You went to the Silent Forest alone. That's even scarier. Make it happen, or I'll stomp on you instead of the curse."

Beetho nodded. "Yes."

Beetho prepared to begin breaking the curse on Seraph. Feng Wen entered the house, preparing to establish a boundary.
