The next day, all of us woke up early as we had to prepare for the most special day. It was Raven's birthday. His sixth birthday.


I had a good sleep next to Jason and woke up by dawn. Except for Kael, the other four helped me with the preparations. Kael had to be with the kids as they were sleeping.


Together, we decorated the drawing room, and I was ready to head to the kitchen.


"Everything is here?" I asked Roman as I went to the kitchen counter.


"I ordered everything that Jason told me," he said.


I was going to bake cookies for Raven, and his favourite pancakes that Lucian made for us. I was not so used to cooking, but with my mates' help, I would do just fine.


Just then, one annoying bloodsucker had to say something just to annoy me.
