Andrew looked at the status panel a little bit overwhelmed. He couldnt believe his eyes.

Werent these values… a little bit too shabby?

"Most importantly, where tf is the god damn talent at?!" Andrew rubbed his eyes once more before realizing he wasnt miss reading this.

"And why in the world is there no value for my intelligence? What is going on here?"

Andrew was moreso confused at these 2 than anything else, maybe a slight bit dissapointed as well by the other values, even being 3 times higher than an average persons on this planet.

He was a bit greedy, and people always want what they dont already have.

Exhaling a sigh, he knew he just had to be lucky that he got this system, and in a way this could be considered greater than any talent he couldve gotten from the beginning.

"System, explain." He thought, before the panel quickly shifted back to its original form.

[I mean, the talent colum speaks for itself lololol, you just didnt get as lucky as you wanted. However for the intelligence stat, my most reasonable assumption would have to be because of your past life.]

[Let me ask, what did you exactly do in your past life? I can sense a very high magnitude of pattern compression inside your brain, geometrically extremely close to the dimensional geometry of this plane you exist on.]

"Well…. I guess you could say i was just someone who liked to do a bit of everything, a jack of all trades i guess."

"And then at one point i realized that i could become a pretty solid "master of all" if i just reached enough depth in a specific domain, because everything can be connected in one way or another." Andrew said, recalling his past in a way that made him seem like an old knight who took an arrow to the knee.

[I suspected as much, your what must be known as cross domain specialist, or moreso in your historys words, a polymath.]

"Yea i guess in a way you could consider it as much, i just like to think that i had a raging passion for anything i could get my hands on and i was born in just the right era of technology." Andrew said, however he couldnt stop the teethy smile forming on his face.

[Look, an advantage is an advantage whichever way you phrase it. Right now your intelligence might be more closely mapped to your old realitys constraint system…]

[However it does not mean nothing, you will have a much higher ability to adapt to this world because of this, a couple extra constraint systems wont be too much of a hurdle once you start learning martial arts.]

"I would hope so atleast, ive never been afraid of the unknown…" Andrew thought, looking forward to this journey he was about to embark on.

From what he knew, there was 4 main levels of martial arts, respectively known as 'Body Building ', in which the body is tempered repeatedly to prep for the storing of Qi.

'Qi Refining' in which the qi is stored in what was known as the dantian, being constantly refined into the body, allowing the control of qi to a minor degree.

'Foundation Building' which states reinforcing meridians, in which a stable system is built to properly use qi stored inside the body, to externalize it.

'Core Formation' being the highest stage in cultivation reached at this point. Condensing qi in the dantian into a solid core, in which quantity, quality and longevity greatly increases, providing a much more substantial increase in power compared to earlier stages.

Once you reached your senior year of highschool and awakened a talent, going through preliminary years of schooling maximizing the condition before even touching proper body tempering, you would have the chance at making your dreams come true…

"Coming into this world, thats all i couldve ever asked for, a new chance at deciding the direction of my life…" determination flashing in his eyes as he got up and started walking back to his home.

Upon reaching his place, he quickly through together a new grotesque supplement drink, before sitting on his bed and downing it.

This time, it didnt taste as disgusting as before to him, as he knew now that he had a trajectory that would set him apart from the others.

He looked at the clock, it was still only 5 pm, not yet time for him to sleep, but enough time for him to prep for tomorrow.

"Tomorrow will be the day that i copy my first talent. I really hope someone at school awakens something next level…"

"Its not like im doing anything unreasonable, alteast i wont have to hang my head in shame knowing that i stole someone elses talent." He thought to himself, laying his head on his pillow before taking his phone out of his pocket.

Now that he was done with the day, he knew he had to get to "work" to supply himself some income.

It was something he did in his free time just to make sure his parents money wouldnt run out and he could safely replenish in case of emergency.

These being writing webnovels, and also trading the stock market here and there in order to multiply the capital he got from the webnovels.

He could make about $2000 a month with the webnovels doing some half assed work here and there, and he could usually 2-4x this by leveraging the stock market.

He opened his phone and opened his webnovel thag he ahd been writing, titled "The backwards world of texhnological advancement".

This is where he leveraged his past world experience into a creative genre this world only tapped into slightly, his advantage being he knew the true path of technological advancement.

Writing for about 2 hours, he published one chapter while having one more backlogged for future uploads when he wouldnt have as much time.

After this, he looked at the clock and realized it was 7pm, the perfect time for asia market open.

Tapping into the 15 minute timeframe, checking previous day market conditions, checking asia premarket at 6pm, he went down to the lower time frame to place his trade as he knew it would be choppy conditions as according to asia market structure.

Placing a trade on the trend going down, all he had to do was wait 15 minutes before he hit his take profit, gaining an extra 500 dollars for the night just like that.

After admiting his work for the day, In the blink of an eye, it was already 9pm, he ate a quick high calorie, high protein, high fat meal, before quickly chugging a supplemental protein shake as well to end the night.

He took a quick shower before laying in bed, once the clock struck 9:30PM, it was gonna be sleepy time for Andrew.

"Tomorrow, life will get even more exciting, but only if im willing to put in the work required of me to reach the highest version of myself…"

Rolling over onto his side, he checked the time once more, 9:30 displayed on the alarm.

"Yes, even with the system, this is just a sign that im gonna have to work harder than anyone else, or i risk not fulfilling my desire for freedom." Andrew muttered to himself quietly, before shutting his eyes and drifting off into a deep sleep of calm.

Tonight, he had a feeling that he wouldnt have a nightmare from the past.

This time, he knew it would be a dream about the great inevitable future that awaits him…
