After two days of meticulous work on Megatron's chest cavity, his voice communication system was finally operational.

"Come on, say something and test it," Aidan said, climbing out of the water tank and wiping his hands on a towel.

"Stupid—" Megatron began with his usual insult, then caught himself, the words dying in his vocal processors. He paused, recalibrating his approach. "Who are you?" he asked instead, his tone carefully controlled.

"Hello, my name is Aidan Parker," Aidan replied with genuine regret in his voice. "It's rather embarrassing, isn't it? We've been together for so long, and we never properly introduced ourselves."

Megatron stared at the human before him, momentarily speechless. Good grief, he thought, this one actually believes we have some sort of rapport. Despite having countless needles embedded in his frame, the boy acted as if they were old friends sharing casual conversation.

"What exactly are you trying to accomplish?" The situation demanded pragmatism, and it was time to swallow his pride.

"Well..." Aidan paused thoughtfully, "to protect Earth, and incidentally, to save your planet Cybertron as well."

"What do you need me to do?" This time, Megatron didn't argue or protest—he simply asked the question that mattered.

"I know about the Star Harvester you constructed on Earth. I intend to modify that device so it can absorb solar energy safely and efficiently," Aidan explained, projecting a holographic image of a pyramid into the air between them.

The image separated into layers, revealing a hidden mechanism within. "This device was originally installed on Earth by The Fallen eons ago, but the other Primes intervened. They had strict protocols against destroying worlds that harbored life. If activated in its current state, it would obliterate all living creatures and ecosystems on Earth."

The hologram shifted, showing ancient scenes of conflict. "Eventually, the Primes worked together to seal The Fallen in a sarcophagus, and they secured both the Star Harvester and the Matrix of Leadership. The location data for these artifacts is stored within the AllSpark. The Fallen escaped thousands of years ago and has been lurking in the shadows ever since, searching for both the Harvester and the Matrix."

"Furthermore," Aidan continued, his voice taking on a more serious tone, "I know that Sentinel Prime, the former leader of the Autobots, has already defected to your cause. His plan involves using a Space Bridge to transport Cybertron itself to Earth's location, essentially colonizing our planet."

Each revelation sent shockwaves through Megatron's core programming. How could this human know such classified information?

"And then there's your creator, Quintessa," Aidan pressed on relentlessly. "She's the only one who hasn't abandoned you. She arrived on Earth hundreds of millions of years ago and created twelve Guardian Knights. She also has a plan to drain Earth's core—which is actually Unicron's life force—to restore your war-torn planet Cybertron. The key to activating her weapon is a specific scepter."

The projection shifted again, displaying the ancient stone circle of Stonehenge.

By this point, Megatron's processors were struggling to keep up. None of this information had ever been shared with him. No one had bothered to inform him of these larger machinations!

"Since all these resources already exist," Aidan said casually, pausing to take a sip from a glass of water that seemed to materialize from nowhere, "I won't need to create them from scratch. I can simply repurpose and modify what's already there."

Megatron found himself questioning his very existence. Are you the Cybertronian here, or am I? How could a mere human possess such intimate knowledge of Cybertronian history and politics—information that even he, a Cybertronian leader, had been kept in the dark about?

"How do you know all this?" he asked, his voice heavy with suspicion and curiosity. "And who exactly are the Creators?"

"I'm a magician with the ability to glimpse the future," Aidan replied matter-of-factly, as if discussing the weather. "I'm also Earth's guardian." It was a convenient explanation, but given that Megatron had witnessed him travel through space without any visible equipment, it seemed plausible enough.

"As for the Creators," Aidan continued, settling into the role of teacher, "they're a mysterious race responsible for creating your Seven Primes. While the Primes were born directly from the AllSpark, you and others like you were forged using stellar energy crystals. They've been conducting experiments in creating life throughout the universe for eons. Even Earth's predecessor—the entity known as Unicron—was one of their failed creations."

Aidan set down his glass and fixed Megatron with a steady gaze. "So, now you can give me your answer."

"I think you should release me first," Megatron said, testing his restraints. The chains rattled ominously around his frame.

"Very well. I hope you can assess the situation clearly, because I want to be absolutely clear about something—I don't actually need you."

Without warning, Aidan raised his hands, and a portal opened directly beneath Megatron. Simultaneously, a silver portal materialized in the air outside the water tank. Megatron plummeted through one and crashed through the other.

CRASH!

He hit the ground with tremendous force, the impact reverberating through the entire facility. Before Megatron could fully process what had happened, Aidan had armed himself with a plasma cannon and began systematically destroying the chains.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

The plasma cannon discharged bursts of blue energy with deep, resonant sounds as the air compressed around each blast. The heavy chains fell away from Megatron's body one by one, each link hitting the ground with a sharp metallic ring.

Once freed, Megatron slowly rose to his feet and stretched his joints, testing his range of motion.

"Hmm..." he mused, his voice carrying an odd note of nostalgia. "Five years in captivity. It's quite an unpleasant experience."

"Perhaps if you were less inclined toward conquest and destruction, you wouldn't have been imprisoned for quite so long," Aidan observed with a slight smile.

Hearing this, Megatron's frame went rigid. His massive form loomed over Aidan, casting a shadow across the smaller figure. "You claim to be a magician? Earth's guardian? Then explain to me how we Decepticons were able to invade your planet so easily." He leaned his head down close to Aidan, his presence intimidating and oppressive.

"It seems you still haven't grasped the reality of your situation," Aidan said quietly, his eyes narrowing to dangerous slits.

In an instant, Aidan's mental powers enveloped Megatron's consciousness. A peculiar energy field manifested around the human, and suddenly Megatron's body locked up completely. He collapsed to the ground, writhing in agony.

"What have you done to me?!" Megatron roared, extending his arm in a desperate attempt to grab the human.

"One arm should be sufficient for this demonstration," Aidan said with calm amusement, observing the outstretched limb. He gestured again, and a portal appeared directly in front of Megatron's reaching hand.

CRASH! "AAAAHHH!"

The sound of metal striking metal rang out, followed by a howl of pain. Megatron's own severed arm had dropped through a portal above his head, striking him squarely while the limb he'd been reaching with was cleanly amputated. The cut was so precise that the cross-section gleamed like a mirror—five years of magical practice had clearly paid dividends.

"Are you prepared to listen now?" Aidan asked, his voice perfectly composed.

Megatron, now minus one arm, finally seemed to grasp the gravity of his situation. He pressed his remaining hand against the wound, where a substance resembling energon blood seeped from the clean cut. "What do you want from me?" he asked, his voice low and defeated.

Aidan nodded approvingly, satisfied that his message had been received. "I need you to leave here, gather all the Decepticons under your command, and ensure that no humans are harmed in the process."

"Is that all?"

"Hardly. After you've assembled your forces, proceed to the Egyptian pyramids and await my further instructions." Aidan transmitted the coordinates directly to Megatron's navigation systems.

Just as Megatron opened his mouth to ask why, Aidan cut him off with a raised hand. "Don't ask questions. Simply follow my orders. If you betray my trust or deviate from these instructions, I will erase you and every other Decepticon from existence. I believe I've demonstrated that I possess such capabilities."

Aidan shrugged with apparent indifference, though privately he knew that eliminating all Decepticons from the universe was beyond even his considerable abilities. Still, Megatron didn't need to know that.
