Chapter 145 - 145 All-Gold Entries!

At that moment, a brilliant green light burst forth, illuminating the entire universe.

Russell transformed into Jörmungandr, the World Serpent, and devoured every last fragment of the Devourer of Worlds.

The main point—waste nothing.

This way, the system could process it into a new entry: World Serpent – Energy Devour.

When the light faded and darkness returned to the void, the system's familiar prompt rang in Russell's mind.

[Plunder Complete]

[Planet Devourer – Blood of Destiny (Golden-Red)]

By consuming the energy of a planet with life, you can infinitely strengthen yourself.

Eliminating Weaknesses: You will never feel eternal hunger, and your strength will never endlessly diminish from starvation. Your devouring limit is the peak of a single entity. Once you surpass the multiverse, the limit becomes the peak of the multiverse, and so on.

Russell let out a long breath of relief, marveling again at the system's power.

Without this removal of eternal hunger, he wouldn't have even considered loading this ability.

People talk about Galactus in certain universes reaching levels far beyond the multiverse, but the odds of that are one in a billion—practically impossible. And even if achieved, that kind of state can't last forever.

For most who share this hunger, it's an eternal curse. They can never be satisfied, never reach full power, always trapped in a weakened state. Eternal hunger is a torment beyond all else; even the strongest will eventually succumb to madness.

But without that weakness? This entry meant Russell could safely reach the pinnacle of his tier every time he advanced to a new realm—quickly, without risk.

Just this alone would make beings like Mephisto and other dimensional demon-lords envy him to the point of insanity.

[Energy Stand (Gold)]

Generate a powerful force-field shield with no lower or upper limit.

[Physical Immunity (Gold)]

100% immunity to all physical attacks below the God-Father Level. Even above that level, partial immunity applies.

Note: Can stack with other defenses, increasing damage reduction further.

[Immortality! (Golden-Red)]

Unlimited lifespan.

The body repairs itself after injury.

Resurrection after death.

Warning: Resurrection is not absolute.

Another incredibly strong entry.

Russell's eyes gleamed with excitement.

Even if not true absolute immortality, it was still an incredible trump card. And before the first "death," no opponent would be aware of it.

Combined with his existing resurrection abilities through the Power of Death and Power of Fear, Russell was now nearly impossible to kill.

[Telepathy (Gold)]

Mental strength far beyond Professor X or Jean Grey under normal conditions. Easily invade any mind, or communicate across galaxies.

In the past, Russell might have been impressed. But now, as a single-entity powerhouse, it was nice to have—though it didn't greatly affect his overall combat power.

[Teleport (Gold)]

Instantly teleport himself or any chosen object to any location in the universe. Capable of rapid travel between galaxies.

[Worldship Biological Authority (Gold)]

Sole control over a worldship six light-years in diameter, complete with its own internal ecosystem, powerful defense systems, and vast energy reserves. Can shrink or expand the vessel at will.

[Giant (Gold)]

Can grow infinitely in size, limited only by the energy available in his body.

[Matter Reorganization (Gold)]

Decompose matter to atoms, then restructure it into any molecular form according to will.

[Bestow Power (Gold)]

Grant a portion of your cosmic power to another, making them your messenger, bound to absolute loyalty.

With that, the system's voice faded, and the list of new abilities vanished from view.

Russell immediately loaded the new entry without hesitation, sighing to himself that he truly lived up to Marvel's reputation as the "big EXP baby." His drop rate was ridiculously high—

—And the lowest entry this time was gold-tier.

If Galactus hadn't also been a cosmic scavenger, Russell might have taken the initiative to hunt him down across different timelines under the multiverse.

But that kind of move could easily draw the attention of Eternity, and Eternity wouldn't allow it.

For now, all he could do was wait for the next unsuspecting Galactus to come knocking.

Still, Russell was more than satisfied. With these abilities, he could steadily advance to the peak of a single-entity powerhouse—possibly even faster than he'd reached the early stages of that level.

And right now, the opportunity before him was perfect.

He glanced into the void. Most of the lesser beings couldn't even comprehend a battle of this scale—they'd already been shocked into a dazed, almost mindless state. The rest weren't much better.

Only about a dozen still had their wits about them, and at this moment, they stared at Russell with the wide-eyed reverence one would give to a god.

These ones would be useful.

With a mere thought, Russell spared the dozen survivors and his Angel allies by shifting them into another space. Everyone else was reduced to nothing more than drifting powder.

The next second, he raised his hand toward the severed head of the Celestial. A dark blue vortex appeared, expanding rapidly until it swallowed the entire void.

A few seconds later, the vortex collapsed inward, returning to him as a stream of golden-red energy.

The Celestial's once-majestic head was now completely gray, weathered and lifeless, as if it had endured billions of years in an instant.

When the last trace of energy returned, Russell's body began to glow faintly, and his eyes were completely filled with radiant energy.

The vision lasted only seconds before fading, but Russell could clearly feel it—his divine power, physical might, and magical strength had all risen sharply.

He had grown stronger again, undeniably a step closer to reaching the status of a true single-entity pinnacle.

So fast…

A faint voice in his heart urged him to return to Earth, to devour it.

If he succeeded, the Earth—this cosmic-axis planet—would provide him with unimaginable energy. It might even allow him to reach the peak in one leap.

But the next instant, a flash of milky-white light passed through his eyes. Sacred power surged within him, annihilating the invisible evil thoughts. His gaze cleared.

Devouring Earth… it would make him no different from Dormammu—or Mephisto. And in the end, such a path would only lead to ruin.

Shaking his head, Russell turned his thoughts to the dozen interstellar hunters he had moved into his pocket dimension.

He appeared inside the space almost instantly.

Looking around at them, he spoke evenly:

"From today onward, are you willing to become my apostles? I will grant you supreme power—and in return, you will seek out uninhabited life-bearing planets for me."

The bounty hunters froze in shock at first. Then, one by one, they dropped to one knee, voices rising in praise.

Russell wasn't surprised.

He didn't care whether they harbored secret ambitions. Once he granted them Wanhuang's blessing, they would be bound to him with complete loyalty.

As more than a dozen streams of blue cosmic energy merged into their bodies, dramatic changes began.

The unique features of their alien races vanished, replaced by a sleek, humanoid form. Their skin gleamed like it was coated in liquid mercury.

Their weapons melted, reforming into smooth, streamlined boards—surfboards, in shape if not in purpose.

Russell released the pocket space, and his newly created messengers scattered in all directions, moving faster than the speed of light.

With his current strength, he could hear their calls even across timelines.

And in that moment, he felt it—a powerful certainty that the peak of the single-entity state was no longer far away. The multidimensional realm itself seemed to be beckoning to him.

Calming his excitement, Russell tore open the fabric of space and stepped through, bringing the Angel of Vengeance aboard the Worldship King.
