Chu Jiujiu returned to the ward and found Shen Mu had already woken up, but with a confused expression. She walked over and asked, "How do you feel? Are you feeling better?"
Shen Mu nodded, then shook her head and said, "I don't know, something just feels off, but I can't put my finger on it."
Shen Mu looked at Chu Jiujiu and asked, "Have you seen Ou Jin? What did he say?"
Chu Jiujiu pursed her lips and remained silent, looking down at the ground.
Ou Jin walked in shortly after, looking calm as usual. "Awake?" he asked.
When Shen Mu saw Ou Jin, her eyes unconsciously looked behind him, but there was no one else there.
Ou Jin walked over and glanced at Chu Jiujiu, saying, "Excuse me, I need to examine her."
Chu Jiujiu stood up and moved aside as Ou Jin examined Shen Mu and explained his theory to her.
Shen Mu widened her eyes and said, "So you're saying I could faint at any moment? Or... just die?"
