Carson was waiting to see Sunshine's jaw dropping but none of that happened. At most, her eyebrows twitched a little. He wondered what was going through his mind.
Sunshine figured out his ability basing on what he said. He could regenerate. It was the same ability Nimo had in her last life. Both of them had been at Fort Slide base.
Was there a connection between the mist there and regeneration abilities?
"I can show you, if you are doubting me." Carson said. He took a knife from his pocket and sliced his hand. The wound healed before the knife was put down on the table.
"You have not seen the apocalypse survival guide brochure, have you?" Sunshine asked him.
He shook his head. He had been busy trying to save his life and then his sister's life as well, so he had not stopped to look out for brochures.
"One of the rules for surviving an apocalypse is keeping your abilities to yourself unless they are the kind that cannot be hidden." She told him.
