Everyone’s eyes widened as they all turned their attention to Kylion. Evangelin seemed quite surprised too, her ears even turning a bit red.
“Ha! Hahaha! So it’s true! What a sight!” Perris exclaimed while rolling on the floor with laughter. “I never thought I’d see you make such a face.”
He brought his face close to Kylion’s to observe his expression.
“But the battle is already over. What can you do n—”
“…will be yours.”
However, as soon as he mentioned someone’s name, Perris laughter ceased abruptly.
“What? What did you just say?” Perris asked, his eyes now gleaming with a hint of menace.
“If I lose again, Uriel will be yours,” Kylion repeated.
Perris didn’t laugh again, instead, his eyes started to gleam menacingly. He grinned from ear to ear. “Even you can go crazy for a woman sometimes, huh?”
