The sanction on India against using dollars sent shockwaves across the globe.
Because, it showed the other countries that US dollars can be used as a weapon against them as well in the future.
The USA Security of State gave a statement, explaining USA's reason.
"We have stopped India's ability to trade in Dollars due to rising concerns of human rights violations in India, especially the minority.
People's properties are being taken over by the Indian government, and are being deported inhumanely from their own country.
Moreover, India has arrested many of our citizens without a good reason. And those who have been deported and have arrived back to USA have told us that they were treated inhumanely. They weren't even fed for several days, just water.
Due to these issues, we have temporarily stopped India from trading US Dollars.
It is temporary. We will be working together and finding a proper solution regarding this matter, and India will be able to trade in US Dollars once again."
USA didn't really want to make India an enemy, especially when the threat of USSR is continuously riding.
Moreover, many UK textile factories have shur down since India stopped exporting the raw materials completely all of a sudden. USA wanted to sweep in and use the humongous amount of raw materials like cotton to become a competitor of UK and France in the textile industry, even if the manufacturing had to be done in India.
But that didn't mean it will allow India to make moves that it didn't like.

And creating its own international currency instead of joining the Bretton Woods system after breaking away from British Pound sterling.
Even in Europe, USA is supporting their development because they have joined the system. USA won't help a country to develop despite not joining the system.
Indian PM responded to the allegations posed by USA,
"First of all, it's pretty unfortunate that USA is interfering in our internal matters. As fellow democratic and soverign countries, we should respect certain boundaries.
If there is a problem in India, people of India will raise their voice.
Did we comment on the racial segregation in USA? Did we comment on the situation of Native Americans? Did we comment on the war crimed USA committed in World War 1 and 2?
No.
USA has no right to try to school someone on 'Human Rights', given that their own people are having their human rights violated.
And anyway, the accusations made are completely baseless with clear agenda to force India to join the Bretton Woods Agreement.
And they shot themselves in the foot by doing this. If you can use your currency as a weapon right now, why won't you use it in the future?
In the carrot and stick tactic, the stick has become too big, so there will be no negotiation on India ever adopting USD, or any foreign currency as its main reserves or to peg against.
Gold is the most trustworthy and reliable measure of money, and gold reflects our history, culture and undying trust.
USA has broken any trust we had in USD.
In fact, I was in the middle of drafting a trade deal proposal which would have granted USA special privileges in trade with India as a gratitude for the food aid it was providing, before it unilaterally, suddenly backed out of our joint food research, stopped the food aid and used such remarks that shows that it is looking down at us and trying to undermine our independence.
As for the accusations themselves, they are, as I said earlier, baseless. People who wanted Pakistan and voted for it are getting exactly what they wanted.
We gave away our land to house them because they didn't want to remain in India.
We are even giving them preferential treatment and making Pakistani passport for them if they want to leave for another countrt as well.
Millions died in the creation of Pakistan. Where was the appeal for 'Human Rights' when Pakistan was created?
As for the second accusation that we have arrested US citizens and deporting them for no reason? I am sure our embassy shared the reason.
The foreigners we have arrested have been involved in various nefarious practices like scams, brainwashing people, even small children into hating and killing our own people, erasing our history and culture, snatching land and property, and building churches after destroying our institutions.
Raping children, dehumanizing and murdering transgenders, and so many crimes that I can't even say it.
The Indians involved in their gangs are getting harsher punishment. Because they are foreigners, they are just getting arrested and deported.
We don't have food. How do you expect us to feed nefarious criminals when we can't properly feed our own people?
USA, and any country, should understand that interfering in our internal matters for their benefit won't be taken kindly.
USA has put a bad light in the era of Indo-US relations."
India became very Anti-USA in retaliation.
Krishna wasn't worried. Next year, after communists come into power in China, USA will try its best to court India.
In fact, the more Anti-USA India becomes right now, the better it will be for negotiations to be in India's favour.
As for food?
He was sure that USA will try to damage control and quietly resume the food aid.
And even if that isn't the case, India will become food-sufficient this year.
India will eat only once a day in the present, but won't compromise the future.
Well... there is another possibility that USA will turn full-on Anti-India until communists coming to power in China.
So, its time to secure Balochistan.
Pakistan, as expected isn't really upholding the peace treaty and is trying to shift Pakistan itself to Balochistan from West Punjab.
Indian Army has recovered considerably now.
