Ahil led Viraaj towards the bench from where he can have a clear view of everyone practicing.
"Grandfather, you sit here. You can see everyone clearly." He then whispered in his ear "Tell me if someone is being lazy and not practising properly."
Viraaj chuckled and nod in response and sat down with Ahil.
Ira sat down next to Viraaj and looked arround the armoury when she suddenly spotted someone waving at her with a mischievous smile.
She narrowed her eyes at that person while controlling her smile and looked away.
"Are all the soldiers of the palace here?" Viraaj asked while counting the soldiers as the entire armoury was filled with them.
"Yes. All the soldiers are here and some knights are practicing in other side of the armoury, behind the palace." Ahil replied.
"Then why are you training soldiers only? Don't you have to train the knights?"
Ahil waved his hand as no "No no, they can practice by themselves. I should focus on these soldiers first. They are being lazy nowadays. They need hard training."
Viraaj laughed on how seriously Ahil is talking "You are doing well. But you should be kind to them as well. You shouldn't treat them harshly. They might hate you if you keep on being so strict."
"Grandfather, I am always kind to them. THAT'S WHY THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF MY KINDNESS!" Ahil shouted while looking at his soldiers so they can hear him.
As soon as Soldiers heard Ahil's shout, the sound of blades clanking increased. They dared not to look at him if they don't want to taste that burning whip.
They are agreed with Ahil. He always treat them well and sometimes he allow them to take break from practice if they are tired. Because of his kind behaviour, soldiers were being lazy and were skipping practice. To teach them a lesson, Ahil had to be harsh and strict and use that whip to scare them.
Viraaj laughed to see how much all soldiers are scared of Ahil.
"By the way sister, when are you going to start your practice again? I can train you if you want or i can assign a new teacher for you. If you want a female teacher i can arrange that too." Ahil asked hopefully, wanting his sister Ira to start practicing fencing again after taking a break for Coronation.
"I will start my practice soon. But not now. I want to spend some time with my grandfather." Ira replied.
"What practice? What are you talking about?" Viraaj don't know what they are talking about but since it's connected to his granddaughter, he should know everything.
"They are talking about sword fighting." A voice drove their attention before Ira can answer, they turned their head towards the source of voice.
Ira smiled after seeing her husband walking towards them and quickly made some room for him to sit.
Raksheet sat down next to Ira and continued "Your granddaughter is practicing swordfight." He leaned towards Ira "She even beat me."
"What?! She beat you?" Viraaj asked, his eyes wide open in shock that how can his little granddaughter defeat a king who is most powerful.
Raksheet nod "Yes. She did." He wrapped his arm around Ira's shoulder "Thanks to you that she learned it quickly. If you didn't had trained her before, she wouldn't have be so skillful to beat me."
"It was my lucky day that day. Otherwise i couldn't have beat you." Ira interrupted her husband, stopping him from praising her further more.
In between, Raksheet saw his brother signalling him to mention him and his hard work to train Ira. He deserve a little credit for spending so much time and energy on her training.
"And my dear brother, he is the one who trained Ira for one month continuously. It is also his hard work that Ira defeated me."
"Really?" Viraaj looked at Ahil and he nod proudly.
"Yes. I trained her." Ahil said with a big smile.
"Very good. I am sure you trained her very well." Viraaj commented.
"Thank you grandfather." Ahil felt shy after getting a little praise.
Raksheet shook his head to see his brother's silly behaviour. He removed his hand from Ira's shoulder after getting a slap on his hand by his wife.
"You love to slap my hand, don't you?" Raksheet whispered in Ira's ear.
Ira nod in agreement to tease her husband even more.
He sighed and decided to teach his wife a lesson later.
He then turned his gaze towards Viraaj and asked. "Grandfather, how are you feeling now? Any better?"
"Much better." Viraaj smiled widely "It's so refreshing here and my Ira is with me, it's helping my health to improve. I will recover soon."
Raksheet, "That's good. You must be getting bored sitting in your chamber. If you are feeling better to go out, why don't we go for a tour in market. Your granddaughter also haven't went out since our marriage. And I have to go to meet people of Jwalana after becoming their king. It will be my first visit to them as a king."
"That's great! Sure we can go out." Viraaj replied excitedly but his granddaughter interrupted him.
"No grandfather, you can't! You are just feeling better, how can you go out in a crowdy place like market? You may get tired and feel sick. I can't allow you to go out."
Before Viraaj can say anything, Raksheet asked Ira.
"Don't you trust me? Huh? I will make sure grandfather will be safe in that crowdy market. And more importantly, he will not get tired because I will prepare a carriage for him. He don't have to come out of that carriage and it would be comfortable enough. My Grandfather will be with him and i am sure you will stick to him throughout the tour."
Ira narrowed her eyes on Raksheet and was about to argue with him when Viraaj interrupted.
"Raksheet is right. I just have to sit in the carriage and I can see the market through the window. I don't have to do anything but sit and I have to do the same in my chamber if we don't go out. Now I am tired of it. I want some fresh air." Viraaj complained like a kid and Ira can't do anything but sigh.
She want to stop his grandfather from going out in a crowdy place where he may catch flue or any other illness but his point is valid as well. He can't just stay in his chamber all day. He should go out in fresh air and sunlight. He might feel good to see the market's and city's view. But the weather and atmosphere in Jwalana is different than Aaro.
Where as Aaro have a cold and sometimes cloudy weather, Jwalana have warm and sunny wheather. Viraaj is a strong king, he may not get affected by the heat normally but now he is sick. His immune system is weak now, he should think carefully before going out. Because they will be out in the city for a whole day as Raksheet have to meet Jwalana's people and it will take time. Spending all day in a bright sunny day can affect Viraaj's health.
"Grandfather, think one more time. The sun is too bright and you are already sick. We will be out all day. Are you sure you are fine with it?" Ira want to make sure that Viraaj is fine with it. She don't want him to face any trouble in this atmosphere.
"Of course I am fine. I know everything. Don't worry. I am ok with it." Viraaj then looked at Raksheet "Raksheet, tell me when we are going."
"Tomorrow, in the morning." Raksheet answered.
"That will be good. Everyone can arrange their work and make time to go out till then. So it's final, we are going out in the city tomorrow. Be prepared."
"Ok, grandfather, father and father in-law are not in the palace. I will inform them later." Raksheet said.
Viraaj then stood up and Ira immediately got up to help him.
"I have to take my medicine after breakfast. I should take it now. Ira, help me go to my chamber."
"Ok, let's go." Ira held Viraaj's hand and helped him walk towards his chamber.
"Take care grandfather." Ahil said.
"Have a good rest now, so that you can enjoy the tour tomorrow." Raksheet said.
Viraaj nod and waved at them while walking away with Ira.
"Brother, can I come with you for the tour?" Ahil asked, holding his brother's arm like a kid and looking at him with his pleading eyes.
"Of course you can come. You are a commander, you should come with me and have a look at the people and city. People want to see you. You have to get familiar with the kingdom, every city and market. I am thinking to send you to visit every city in Jwalana." Raksheet replied. Being a commander, Ahil should be familiar with every city and Village of Jwalana. The head of the village, famous buisnessman of the city and other important people. He need to know about them and how they are involved in Jwalana's economy and to make their army strong.
"Really?" Ahil got excited just by the thought that he can go on a tour in every city and Village of Jwalana.
