One night, I leaned back into the warm bath, my skin prickling as the heat of the water seeped into my muscles. It was meant to be relaxing, but something felt off. My body felt... tighter, more restless.
I shifted in the tub, trying to ease the strange tension building within me. The steam from the bath curled around me like wisps. My breath came quicker, and as I looked down, I noticed a thin sheen of sweat despite the already heated water.
I blinked. "What is happening to me?"
There was an overwhelming sensation creeping up my spine. My fingers gripped the side of the tub as my body pulsed with need, taking hold of my senses. The craving wasn't for food. It was for something to bite.
I bit down on my lip as a sudden, almost uncontrollable desire to sink my teeth into something rushed through me. I tried to shake it off, but it only grew stronger. The water felt too hot now, my skin burning from the heat.
