Alex's p.o.v
She's nervous to meet Noah's extended family, clearly, she's the only black person there. She's not threatened but she's not excited either, Noah is sliding his hands up her shirt.
"How can you be thinking about sex right now?"
Ever since their first night together Noah has barely kept his hands to himself. His touch riles her and she barely has the willpower to push him away.
"Because you look beautiful."
"I don't want your family to know what we were doing."
She moved away from his touch to look at her reflection on the mirror. She's not a fan of make-up but today is a special occasion to doll up more than her usual routine. She looks pretty; she tied her sew in highlighting her face structure. Her dress is simple just tight on top and flares down she also has a cropped blazer since she fought Leo to also add that to her cart. Her shoes are not visible, but she wore flats. Today is just meeting the rest of the family, maybe Toby and Lucas will join too.
"Noah lets go. I don't want to be late and all eyes on us, I already stand out."
Noah laughs and just wore his jacket and they walked out; she would like to think they complement each other.
"Alex, you look beautiful." She smiles at Perm and she faces away from her, "no need to be shy dear we are all family here."
Family. Family. Family. She looks at Noah and she actually starts envisioning it, her future. They turned when they saw the couple walking in, Ploy looks like a Chinese model or talent. Standing next to Logan they look like celebrities; Logan has Noah's eyes and his dangerous smile. They are beautiful couple.
"Noah."
His brother Logan greets him by giving him a hug and slapping his back harder than he had to. The man joshed each other and laughed, clearly these were kids in briefs. Noah looks like his truly happyto see his older brother for the first time in a while.
"Logan. This must be?"
"Ploy. Honey this is unfortunately my blood brother Noah... You have met my parents, good day mom and dad..." they both address the parents respectfully. "And this must be the legendary 'friend' mom said you were bringing to the wedding."
Logan stepped closer to her personal space and her heart started pounding and she froze. She does not know this man who looks at her, she can't read him. His energy is as light as Noah; she smiles and tries to lighten her mood.
"Excuse his rudeness," he wraps his arms around her waist, and she smiles he eased her anxiety. "This is Alex. My girlfriend, my date and my fated mate."
His girlfriend. She has a boyfriend. What if their feeling fade? Fate bonds, will they be enough to sustain their relationship?

noah's p.o.v
His brother chocked on his wine the butler handed them and he laughed at the expression judging his face in bewilderment. Alex stiffened expecting judgment he silently vowed to always protect her from.
"Your girlfriend? All this time I pitied the girl who would end up with you. My little sis," Logan pushed him away from his mate opting to give Alex the same side hug which made his mate stiffen slightly. "Sis, your luck sucks. Did my baby bro pay you? Blackmail? Trick? Either way if you need entail or dirt on him, I am your man."
Alex laughed awkwardly and slowly moved away from his touch, perhaps she felt his annoyance or was uncomfortable. How dare he makes his mate uncomfortable? Why did he touch her?
"Watch your proximity."
He warned his brother whose attention was set on studying Noah. Axx moved to his side and bowed to his brother. He appreciated the fact she took time to learn the basic etiquettes to follow in their pack-land and that appreciated cleared the tension in the room. He pulled her closer and she giggled but his sole intent was to move her from being close to his brother. His certain his lovely Axx is to be Luna of the Blue Moon pack.
"Someone is very possessive."
His brother lived to torment him, like he and Jay did the first time Logan brought his fiancé to meet the family... Haha that was fun and definitely what family is for? His brother teased him that's fine but getting Alex to laugh at the nonsensical shit coming out of his mouth, now that's where Noah has to draw a line. After greetings, Noah dragged him to their father's office.
"You finally brought someone to meet the family... Leads me to think this is serious. How serious is this 'relationship?'"
"I got her to meet mom, dad, Ora and with great regret come to your wedding."
"Oh my. Does she know you cold, cruel and a manipulative pain in the ass like dad?"
"Tell her and your dreams will perish like dust. Which brings me to why I brought you here. You will take over ten percent of the responsibilities in the company, and I don't like your hands on my fated…"he moves closer to his brother, "put your hand on her again and I will break both your hands… Deal"
Noah threatened with a smirk...
"You deranged ass… You wouldn't dare."
"Test me on both accounts."
"You wouldn't."
"I can already picture it. Logan behind a desk 24/7. Running the show as I elope and move to South Africa with my fated mate. The entire company and its brunches as we know it will be your responsibility. Everything will be on you, picture the endless meetings. I can see it, can you?"
Noah raised his eyebrow examining his seriousness and when he did not back down the door opens, and their father walks in with a large grin. Giving his brother an evil smirk he faced his father with a mischievous glint in case Logan calls him on his bluff.
"Father-"
"Fine -" -Logan
"On both accounts? That or you will have nothing to use to write on boards."
"What are you two slackers gossiping about like schoolgirls?" -Xing
"FINE." – Logan
Wow. That was faster than he thought but it did not stop his skit.
"Father, as promised Logan is willing to do all major presentations for our company. Although with the company it's self I am still willing to help you and take over."
"And the teacher over here agrees?"
"Y-Yes father. Noah over here came up with compelling points."
Noah kept dodging the daggers his brothers kept shooting his direction.
"Perfect. I have a son getting married and will give me grand babies. Another who dating a woman who might not be an omega but will take over the family business... every dad's dream." - Xing
"So, Noah. Did you tell your girlfriend?" -Logan
"Tell her what?"
"Father. Mother stepped down to be and spend more time with you because of your schedules, she basically sacrificed her career." -Logan
"I have an idea for that down the road to make that a win, win situation. But for now, I do not think she will go for it."
"What won't I go for?"
Silence fell when Alex slowly made her way to him and when she stood in front of him, he pressed a kiss on her forehead. This woman is one to over analysis and come to a conclusion's that would be judged by her fiery mood.
"May you please excuse us."
He pulled Alex away before his father 'helped him out' and spill the beans to his future mate. Once they were alone, he held onto Alex's hand.
"I love you and one day I can't wait to walk down the aisle with you. We a committed bunch in this family, once our souls connect with someone it is forever."
He laughed when Axx punched his chest immediately he took the opportunity and kissed her before she could complain.
"I thought I was something life changing serious. Let's go upstairs the bride is nervous. I read somewhere that the family's emotional support will help her ease her pre-wedding jitters."
"It kinda is. Beginning of the next year my niece will be living with me to study at Moon."
"Again, that is not life changing or serious, now hurry let's go upstairs."
Poly and Axx must have clicked because she came downstairs to get him to come upstairs, the idea of family will put her at ease. His fated wants to do everything to ensure her anxiety regarding the wedding is supported by positive energy.
"But I want you here. Underneath me. Writhing in pleasure."
Another punch landed, this time it was harder...

Does not sound like a no. It looks like he is not the only one addicted. The best way to convince her is by showing or giving her reasons to stay with him and being naked will give him an advantage in his pursuit.
