Roughly an hour later, the sea trembled.

A titanic blue whale, hundreds of meters long, burst out from the depths, breaching the surface with a resonant cry.
Its hide shimmered with ancient light runes, and the energy it emitted was terrifying.
"What the—" Lin Dong stared in disbelief. "What… is that?"
"A Sea-Suppressing Profound Whale," Mu Lingshan said proudly, standing atop the whale. "They're among the five fastest aquatic beasts in the Chaos Demon Sea. No storm can stop them."
She patted the creature affectionately. "With it as our mount, we'll be much faster—and way more comfortable."

Without hesitation, he leapt onto the whale's back.
Lin Dong shook his head with a smile and followed suit.
Once they were all seated, a layer of faint light enveloped them—a protective aura from the whale.
"I'd say its strength is on par with a Great Mastery Life Xuan Stage expert," Lin Dong muttered, amazed by the sheer power pulsing beneath them.
"Let's go~!"
Mu Lingshan raised her arm cheerfully. The whale let out a low cry, and with a surge of energy, it rocketed forward, slicing through the sea like an arrow.

Not long after their departure, groups from Phantom Demon Sect, Kuankun Cave, and other powers arrived at the scene.
